I ordered a shoe on 15th jan 2016, till now it didnt reach. i tried to contact them, but they never ever picked up the call. Please deliver my order as soon as possible

I had placed an order with the company on 28th November, 2015 and paid the whole amount at that time itself. The order has been split to multiple orders now. I have received some, and some are still pending.

An incorrect order has also been sent, but I cannot send it back because they might not even replace it.

The company doesnot respond to emails. They also do not pick up calls in the number mentioned in their website.

I have attached the screenshots (serial-wise) for the whole conversation with the team. You will find that there is no reply from the team (or response after 1 month) and the whole order is not yet shipped.

I request a full refund for the harassment i am going through

I ordered three shoes online on streetstylestore, SSS website on 17 th Oct. 2016.
In spite of writing several emails I still have not received complete order nor refund.
As I didn't received any shoe I requested to cancel my order and refund the payment. They kept on sending emails that the order has been shipped. I kept on sending emails to cancel the order. When I threatened to complain in consumer forum they send me very poor quality, 2 pairs of shoes instead of 3 which is not even usable.
I have not got refund.
I have initiated return of the 2 shoes which was delivered in mid Jan and they have not started return pick up yet.

The site pictures are totally misleading.
They are taking consumers for ride.

i have place a order on [protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com order 3 shoes for 999 its 6 months since i got the product.

ordered one boots from street style store(sss) on 18th dec 2015. I got it by 25th dec 2015 but there was some default in the product. I requested them for an exchange on 30th dec 2015 and i got it by 16th jan 2016 but time allotted to me was 8th jan 2016. After late delivery they delivered me some other boots. I mailed them twice after that but nobody replied to my mail. I even called them but nobody anwsered my call. I waited for their reply quite long but till now nobody has replied.

Very bad service. They dont reply to mails. I havent recieved my exchange parcel, its been a month now, still no one has mailed me back, i had ordered for shoes costing around 500₹, i have the reciept with me . More than a month is done now, still no answer back or call back. So now i want my money back as soon as possible.

i had ordered 3 product from streetstylestore i.e 1 shirt and2 sandal but i had only received one product i.e shirt, no any details for 2 shoe has been provided whereas all was ordered together, please help me to resolve my problem because i am following for this product since September 2015.

Hello, I've ordered a combination of shoes in 999/- (Order Number: 615592 on ) and made an online payment using Net Banking. I was notified that my online transaction was failed so i made another transaction using different bank and it was successful. The very next day, i got an email saying that my first transaction was also successful and the money got deducted from account. I contacted the Streetstylestore.com and raised a refund ticket. Their customer care representative emailed me with the ticket ID and told me that the amount will be refunded to me within 6-7 working days. i've been checking my both the bank's accounts for months but there is no sign of refund even after 5 months. I've been trying to call on the customer care number but they wont pick up the call nor they reply on any of the emails i've sent. Please look into it and resolve the issue as early as possible.

I had ordered shoes from street style store and the piece was damaged also it didn't fit me well, so I asked for an exchange.
The quality as well is not meeting expectation.
I mailed them several times but there is no reply and Call doesn't get connected.
Pathetic service. It's been so long, there is no reply from their end for the exchange process and they have no refund policy.

I ordered a shirt costing 800 but the actual product dies not even worth 300/- . I applied return but noone came for the same. The order status is just shown waiting for package on their website. Its totally fake website started just to con people.

I have ordered two pair of shoes on 17 december 2015 by making online payment from my debit card, when i mail them, they only reply to my mail, saying sorry, and your product will be received soon. but there is no response from them. they are also not refunding my amount

Important Note: Streetstylestore.com"SSS" is fraud company. If you order anything from this site, First it will receive to buyer after long time minimum 20-30 days and meantime if you want contact them, they will not reply any mail and contact number which has mentioned on site will always show busy tone and never connected. I have returned the product, till now after 2.5 month and not heard anything from seller and tried to connected many times through email and contact number but they haven't reply a single time and every day I am seeing frequently advertisement of this website my face book page...I want to complain to facebook customer care why they are advertising fraud company in their sites without having any proper information about website.


My all friend please share this post and make aware other friends that, every advertisement posted in facebook might not be genuine website or company, because facebook don’t check this information before posting any advertisement in their site.

And please don’t order anything from this website Streetstylestore.com your product will never come and for more information you see facebook account of this website (https://www.facebook.com/streetstylestorecom[protected]…/…). Their people post their comments that website is fraud.

Hi, I have ordered the footwear on 14th dec 2015 and revieced on 25th dec2015 with order id #GXOQVPDPP (refernce id#CH14011). Due to the size issue i raised the return product on 26th Dec2015 but nodoboy come to pick up the product for exchange. Call on given no more than 50 times but no response. I really got disappointted with their service. Is this the way to treat your customers? At least give a response. We put our faith in you and this is what we get? This is not at all acceptable. Kindly reply soon telling me what I need to do to get my money back. I want my money back now or else I will going to raise national consumer complaint for the same.

I hav ordered 2 pairs worth Rs 999 with order Id 450412 n other 1 pair with order no 449757 worth Rs699 on 12/01/2016..i hav no information whether it has been dispatched or not. Please provide some information about the delivery

I had ordered shoes from the offer of 2 for 999. I had received the product after 1 1/2 month and the shoe size for extremely big, hence asked for a replacement for a smaller size. When I received my exchange product both the pairs were damaged and from then onwards I have received 1 email stating that on the second exchange I have to pay 200. Hi, I have order a dress from this site, but I it is vary nonsense quality so I want to return it .I have also raise return request and mailed then so many times but no response from that side .No one came to pick up the parcel and no one is receiving the call .and did not get any mail or message from your site.and all contact number is fake... i am a student and i cant lost my money. Hi, I placed order of 2 pairs of shoes of Rs.999 on 16th December and the same was delivered to me on 31st December.My order no. is #403509 with reference to Order: QERCYHWHD prepaid by ccavenue. The sizes were small so i filed the exchange on the same day but its 17th January still they have not initiated the exchange process .I have emailed them many times but each time the person named Arvind Yadav replies that they will send for the pick up in 2-4 days. l said them its urgent yet they are least bothered and just close the ticket . There customer care number is not in service. I either want the exchange soon or my money back. These people seem to be big frauds and eat people hard earned money Please file my complaint and try to solve my problem ASAP. I am hoping my problem will be solved soon. Thank you.

On 5th October, 2015 I had placed an order on streetstylestore.com with COD, I received the order by 18th October but the shoes were in the worst possible condition.The shoes were supposed to be of size 42 but its size 38 and does not fit me at all. The bill says that the product is size 42 but its definitely not. the shoe only had a sticker which said its size 42 which looked completely fake. After claiming for an exchange for the item the company sent an employee to collect the shoe and have not given me any updates ever since. After the return of the shoe they have only provided me with an exchange order number.
