I was in total awe when i saw their website and the collection of shoes. Also read the negative reviews but still went ahead in shopping from this website. I placed my order for a pair of sneakers of 699 and waited patiently for the delivery. However, when i received the piece, it was a different pair that was sent. The one i ordered and the one i received were two seperate pairs. i've been calling them but they I can't reach them. I've also mailed my query but haven't received any response.

I have placed an order around 3 months back, till date i didn't receive my order. I tried reaching out the customer care people but contact number is not valid on the website. They are not at all responding to emails. If they are not able to manage the deliverable atleast they should refund my money back. Its not a small amount.. around 1500 rs i have paid there. This is the weirdest thing of SSS. They are just eating money. FRAUD service.. If I dont get my product or my money returned back... I will file Police Complaint against them. I have waited for more than 3 months and its not a joke. Strict action should be taken so than they should not play such a gamble with people and their money. WORST WEBSITE EVER. WORST SERVICE.

I had placed an order with Street style store on September 22, 2015 and had made the payment through my debit card of which I received an acknowledgement mail from Street style store. It is pertinent to mention that while placing the product, it was stated on the website that the products will take 3-21 days to be delivered to the customer. Naturally, I waited for more than 21 days. After passage of about 25 days, I inquired about the status of my products. I received a mail from Street style store that the products aren't ready yet and shall be dispatched soon. However, after about a month, when I again dropped a mail to SSS, no one ever bothered to reply to my mail. Aggrieved by the circumstances, I resorted to their facebook page and dropped a message to them on the page asking about the status of my products. More than 2 months have passed, however, no one from the company has bothered to reply to my mails, messages. In fact, the contact number given on their website is always busy and no one ever responds. To my utter awe and shock, people in huge numbers have posted similar grievances on their page, however, no one from the company ever replies. This website is complete fake and deceiving and defrauding the customers. Do not ever buy anything from this website. They torture their customers to the extreme and do not even deliver their products.

I have placed order for 2 pair of shoes on 23 Oct 15 ..Amount was paid on same day..but till date no order delievered or shipped..Customer care gives standard reply to get back but no resolution.. I want my money back with interest or product at earliest.. Every time its me who have to mail them then they revert but never any action from them. Order id 322160.please help ..

I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes on 21st of october. The products were delivered to me on 7th of november but I had ordered size 39 yet i received size 42. So i returned it and requested for a smaller size i.e.39. Till date I have not received any kind of intimation. I mailed them but never received a reply, made tens of phone calls and text messages but it was never answered. I have already made the payment. Please Help

I had ordered for 3 footwears from street style store . It has been more than a month and still no idea as to where the product is. By tracking the courier, it says on 10 th nov, package damaged and the current status of the product says undelivered due to bad weather. I have ordered several stuffs from various websites and have received all of it. Then why not from street style store. Moreover I have paid them online. Besides there s no contact no. Very poor service !!! Are they actually existing or are they fake ?

Dear Team, I ordered for 3 pair of ladies foot wear in the month of sep 2015 and i had recived it in 15days, due to size problem i had returned it to gojavas on 3/10/2015 and i havent recived any response from your side am daily writing a mail and trying to call you please revert me back on this at the earliest. I had ordered motorcycle ankle boots brown size-38 from street style store Delhi since september. I recieved boots of size -41. This was not my size so i sent the courier back to the adress and i did not recieved any courier in return its been more than 2 months. I want my shoes back or i will drag them in court.kindly make this possible as soon as possible .

After enormous no of tried they finally answered my call and gave me a credit note so that I can buy something I place of my previous order which I returned to them because I didn't like the quality of those. After that, I had some queries regarding the credit note. I sent them mails upon mails but no response. I try calling these people everyday but they don't answer the phone nor do they reply to emails. They provide really bad support. Was a mistake to trust them.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 08/16/2015 form the site streetstylestore.com and they never showed up till 3 months i wrote to them via mail a number of times but they always said sorry and asked me to wait again now after 100 days they sent a wrong colour shoe pair.i am frustated of the service provided by them. i payed them online in the begining it wasnt cod. i want a refund with some compensation against my order or the shoe i oredered with some compensation. i am attaching the images below

I have ordered a pair of shoes through this website and have not yet received it. There was no Cash on delivery option available therefore already made a payment .After sending them continuous emails on the helpdesk Email ID provided with no revert about the status. They have blocked me on the social website Facebook as well so that I cannot share this socially with anyone. they are not even reverting that if the stock is not there they will refund my money or not. They are not even picking up the call on the phone number that they have provided. Looking for a quick solution .

I have ordered a women footwear from this Street Style Store. I received it in 10 days time, but the product was not as per the expectation and had problem in the fitting. I had to exchange it, i raised a return complaint from their website from my login and then they sent an executive to get in collected from me.

Its been more than 2 weeks now, they neither returned my money nor sent a replacement for this.I wrote some 20 emails to their helpdesk no one is responding to it, did try calling their customer care number but its always busy. I had very bad experience with this shopping site.And tired of contacting them.Are they making money out of such kind of business?

I had ordered items which was not received for almost two months and all details were also erased from the website due to some technical error due to which i could not trace and had reordered (332556). The order that i gave the first time (282674) was delivered that too with a wrong size and Sagar from Streetstylestore had mentioned that the order could not be traced due to some system error. Since then there has been no confirmation or communication that the order has been active again and came in unexpected with a wrong size on 18th Nov. Since then I have been trying to get int ouch with them but there is no revert. Today on 27th Nov I receive an SMS that my second order will be delivered today. I have already paid for the first order which turned out wrong. And have been trying to get in touch with them for an exchange or refund for which there is no response. This is a very reluctant attitude and unprofessional when someone starts using you regularly. I was very happy when i ordered teh first time but this time i ve totally lost it with these guys

They have taken 2397/- rs from my account and just got one confirmation order no with no delivery dates . Calling them, nothing is happening . All the numbers we call is either wrong no or an avaya tone is set saying no agents available . Please help ... THIS IS FRAUD . HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK ITS A HUGE AMOUNT ???

I ordered a product (footwear) worth rs 999 on 25th october'15 and till date i havnt got it. the time required in delivering is mentioned as 3-21 days on the website. the contact number what they have given is not approachable. through mail i communicated and they said it will be shipped asap..but still havnt received it..they have stopped replying on mails also...totally fraud...i did the online payment also...please look upon this matter and take strict action against this. here i'm attaching the invoice also!

My wife ordered two products (order no 291977) on 29 sep 2015.But despite almost two months the products have not been delivered.Despite frequent e mails nothing has been done by the online company and only reply being sent is that products will be delivered soon. I have already paid Rs 1098 and this fraud company has neither returned the money nor the products have been delivered. Their contact no also does not work. Its a shame that this company is looting peoples hard earned money and is still doing business . I suggest strong action against this fraud company and request innocent people not to buy anything from this store.

We had ordered the product on 27th oct 2015 where it was mentioned 3 to 21 days u vl get ur delivery. After somedays i was expecting shipping email or so so i just emailed them that what is the status. One of the executive of there company named Pradeep replied we have cleary mentioned 3 to 21 days. So we waited for 21 days then 21 days got over but no email for shipping or delivery. On 21st day i emailed on pradeep email id regarding would i get my product today or not he replied on 18th nov saying sorry there was opretional issue tats y it did not get delivered on time n all he said he have placed our order on urget and will receive email once the product is shipped.Till date we have not received any email about shipping. We mailed the company as well for the same.. Reply from them have stopped from pradeep as well. Its feeling like we are getting a product in free and we are begging for the same. Hope we receive our product as soon as possible

I have ordered three flats of Rs. 999/- (total). When i received the product i was completely disappointed with it so i returned it but according to them i have to order something of the same amount and its said the product will be delivered withim 3-21 working days and till date neither did i got the money refunded nor the product. So, i would like you look into the matter.
