I have placed an order and got a wrong product, i want my money to be refund, but cant get to them, no answer on customer care no., no rply to mails, pathetic website, fraud company pls. do the needful my invoice no. is 393787

I ordered two pair of footwear from www.stylestreetstore.com on 11/12/2015. But till date i didnt get the products delivered, , , the companys telephone number as shown on website is either busy or not answered. i have done couple of mails for my product. But they say that they will share the courier details, once ship the product. Order Number: 393279 Totally fraud website.

Http://streetstylestore.com/index.php?controller=history Please find the above order details My exchange order ID is : UPVLJEXTD Dated : 12/17/2015 I ordered my first product on first October which was delivered to me after a month and the quality was really not good ..after which I placed for an exchange .the delivery boy collected the package after which I did not receive any confirmation from the company's end.i tried to call/email but no response . One day when I dropped an email saying I will take this up to the consumer court I got a call and they said they will immediately dispatch the exchange products and in 7/10 days max I should be getting the delivery ..it has been a month now but I haven't got any sort of notifications from there end ..I am constantly sending emails no response ..now I think only for cash on delivery orders they send the order .rest whoever has already paid they don't even bother to send across the products ..and there is no customer service at all..pathetic is the word .so many customers across India are planing orders and waiting and this is the kind of service ..this website should be closed coz most of it is fake.

1) I think they pick images from internet and get the products made locally, the image and the real product are completely different. 2) They have extremely bad customer service. They do not respond to phone calls, messages and emails. It is a fraud website and should be closed with immediate effect

My order refernce is :IUSIKWHMW and it was placed on 12/15/15 and i even paid the order online(999)..it said order is accepted.

My order number- UWAWORVME placed on 12/15/2015 at 20:44:55 haven't delivered yet neither i get any tracking id nor status that how many more days it will take to reach to me. i tried to call on numbers available on websites on the name of customer care but responses are totally negative. either phone is busy or not reachable always.

Hi, I ordered 3 shoes in Sep-15..delivery was made within a week..but as I opened the packing the shoes were of so poor quality and the material used was worst..i felt like i wasted my money..so i planned to return it and take my money back but as per their bakwass policy they cheat customers n dont give refund..so sadly i have to ask for exchange as there was no other option available and i can waste my hard earned money..I wrote them mails for 10-12 times with reminders but very thanda response from their side..finally after 2 months they gave me credit..n now i have ordered for exchange shoes but they have not delivered it till now..Now i am so fed up that i dont even feel like writing mails to them. Totally unsatisfied with SSS..worst in quality, worst in service, worst in punctuality n worst in customer satisfaction.. I will never recommend this to nyone..

Hi, I ordered 3 sandals for INR 999 in October 2015 and paid the amount online, . Out of 3, 2 products were of poor quality and hence I requested for return pick-up on the same day. The products were collected in November 2015 and I am still waiting for the credit to be applied in my SSS account to purchase a new product as they do not refund the amount. It is only exchange or repurchase. It is very annoying as the customer care does not even respond to my emails and their contact number is always engaged. Regards, Jesintha

12/31/2015 Invoice #IN421525 thats my order date and invoice no., in given invoice pdf no, tracking or shipment no. is given i m trying ur phone no. since last 3 days for about 100 times.

It's been over a month and they haven't sent me my right order, they provided me with wrong shoes took the money, the return of the shoes were quick but no reply after the shoes were taken back, and no emails sent about the delivery procedure

I have ordered shirt, dress, pants and shoes from sss store. Received shirt and dress for which i have raised exachange of size... and it been more than 20-30 days i havnt received pants and shoes nor any update about exchange... And there is no contact number thats is correct to contact them. Please help or any way to contact.

Respected sir, I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 10th of September by order ID 267535. It's been 3 months and I have already paid for the shoes. Every time I message them on Facebook they don't respond, their replies on mail are always that my order is on priority and their phone number is invalid. Order reference no. PBDFYLYVB was placed on 23rd November 2015. Its been one month and 12 days and still the order has not been delivered yet. On mailing the customer care team they say delay will be more inspite of the dispatch time written as 3-21 days.
