My order refernce is :IUSIKWHMW and it was placed on 12/15/15 and i even paid the order online(999)..it said order is accepted.
I orderd a red sequin embroider dress-L
I dont no what is your problem.till now i did not find any tracking deatails and no cal.after paying the money also i[censored] do such things😠😠😠😠😠😠
I want my order to be deliverd by tomorrow.my payment was online and payment method was ccavenue-999

My order number- UWAWORVME placed on 12/15/2015 at 20:44:55 haven't delivered yet neither i get any tracking id nor status that how many more days it will take to reach to me. i tried to call on numbers available on websites on the name of customer care but responses are totally negative. either phone is busy or not reachable always.

Hi, I ordered 3 shoes in Sep-15..delivery was made within a week..but as I opened the packing the shoes were of so poor quality and the material used was worst..i felt like i wasted my money..so i planned to return it and take my money back but as per their bakwass policy they cheat customers n dont give refund..so sadly i have to ask for exchange as there was no other option available and i can waste my hard earned money..I wrote them mails for 10-12 times with reminders but very thanda response from their side..finally after 2 months they gave me credit..n now i have ordered for exchange shoes but they have not delivered it till now..Now i am so fed up that i dont even feel like writing mails to them. Totally unsatisfied with SSS..worst in quality, worst in service, worst in punctuality n worst in customer satisfaction.. I will never recommend this to nyone..

Hi, I ordered 3 sandals for INR 999 in October 2015 and paid the amount online, . Out of 3, 2 products were of poor quality and hence I requested for return pick-up on the same day. The products were collected in November 2015 and I am still waiting for the credit to be applied in my SSS account to purchase a new product as they do not refund the amount. It is only exchange or repurchase. It is very annoying as the customer care does not even respond to my emails and their contact number is always engaged. Regards, Jesintha

12/31/2015 Invoice #IN421525 thats my order date and invoice no., in given invoice pdf no, tracking or shipment no. is given i m trying ur phone no. since last 3 days for about 100 times.

It's been over a month and they haven't sent me my right order, they provided me with wrong shoes took the money, the return of the shoes were quick but no reply after the shoes were taken back, and no emails sent about the delivery procedure

Received shirt and dress for which i have raised exachange of size... and it been more than 20-30 days i havnt received pants and shoes nor any update about exchange... Respected sir, I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 10th of September by order ID 267535. It's been 3 months and I have already paid for the shoes. Every time I message them on Facebook they don't respond, their replies on mail are always that my order is on priority and their phone number is invalid. Order reference no. PBDFYLYVB was placed on 23rd November 2015. Its been one month and 12 days and still the order has not been delivered yet. On mailing the customer care team they say delay will be more inspite of the dispatch time written as 3-21 days. I had placed a request return on 22th of Aug 2015.According to style street email my order will be picked on 28 th but still i do not have any clue regarding the same . Today it is around 5 month ( 01/01/2016 ) from when I had placed my order and my order has still not been returned. Every time I called customer care the representatives gave me very unprofessional and unreliable answers which obviously were a lie as all the promises they made never ever got done. I want to cancel my order. I have never seen a website who takes 5 month for delivery and return ( whole process ) .The reverse pick up number for my order no 232927 did not work and I did not get any communication from style street. I am still waiting for a reply on my last mail which was on 10/1/15 for them to rearrange a pickup with a valid courier service. they are unreachable over the telephone. How should a customer reach out to them? .

I had ordered a slit ankle length dress through this site and I have yet not received delivery. I want to lodge a complaint against this site. They are big time frauds as the number given in the site does not exist. They do not respond to emails.
