I bought a dress from this website, had done the payment on 5/2/16 but still I haven't recieve any email from them. I want my product soon. Please kindly help me out.

I received a wrong product and I want to exchange it now there are no enough options available on the site for purpose of exchange it with some other product please help me to resolve this problem.

Mine is a return order. It has been almost a month i havent received my order yet. And i have already paid for it. They DO NOT PICK UP OUR CALLS and DO NOT REPLY TO OUR MAILS. Not only me but there are many others like me facing such problems from them.
I hope you'll take some strict action against them.

Atleast reply to my mails...iv been mailing continously.. but ni reply.. when are you going to send the refund ? I have shared my bank account details long back .. i want a reply withing 24 hrs

I ordered from Street Style Store on 24th december but the product is not yet delivered, I already paid for my order and there is no mail chain and no proper contact number of their site. You cannot contact them thwy never pick the call and everytime i mail to them they say it will be delivered in 7 days. Now they are not even replying to my mail. I ordered boots for 1200rs. I even asked the mto cancel my order and refund my amount but i no reply no messages no contact. Also I am not sure if the address of the shop given is correct or not otherwise i will go to their shop and cancel my order and take back my money. I don't understand what is taking them 40 days to deliver from their shop in New delhi to Noida where I stay. Order num: 416343

WORST SHOPPING SITE

Greetings,
A new website in the market, http://streetstylestore.com/ which is getting into providing girly stuff. I ordered few boots for my sister and here is what i got.

Its been more than 1.5 days i haven't received my order for my sister.
The order were made for some occasion which are now gone.
They don't even reply to emails, nor do they respond.
They don't even pickup phone calls.
If they reply, they say, they have huge order, (dude if you have huge orders and cannot handle, hire a team or stop running a website for god sake)
If they reply in email, they say order will be out in 2-3 days.

Its now more of 12 days after they last replied and still no response from them.

Filing a complaint for them. Take the website done, taking other legal maters in the issue as well.
Wasted a lot of time, energy and money.

Stay safe from such websites.

Please help us recover the money and make sure no one else gets strucked in it.

Gave order for multiple shoes on 15th December 2015 and made online payment. All shoes came later than the promised delivery time of 7-21 days. One pair of shoes still undelivered, even after 12 weeks. The site keeps promising to send and refuses to refund. The site also changed the order date to January to show that it has been only a month since ordering, even though I have email invoice of original order date. They have also given false help-desk numbers.

I've made an order of a dress order reference PKVFJIKTS amounting to 1299 on 22nd of September 2015 of which the item is still due to be delivered. This year in the first week of Jan they tell me that the product is unavailable hence I need to make an exchange order of the same amount. I've made an exchange order reference IQPHDJHSM of amount 1298 and asked them for a notification mail regarding confirming my exchange order and the amount not to be charged again since I've paid the amount 1299 alreday through online payment of the previous due order. They are not responding to my mail at all regarding the exchange matter and I believe they are intending to cheat me again. I'm highly disappointed and frustrated with this site and the people working for it. They are big time frauds and shameless creatures. I just want them to either give me confirmation mail on the exchange order or simply refund my amount.

I have ordered one shoes from SSS which is delivered to me yesterday (1st Feb, 16), today when i wore it for the first time they are making a wierd kind of noise while walking.

This is really disappointing after a wait of 1 month getting a product like this.

I purchased shoes from this website last year, LAST YEAR from the id [protected]@yahoo.com

.First of all, They took like 3 months to deliver.
With great misfortune, those shoes didnt fit, I returned them with a request for replacement.

Then began my plight.It has been one whole year. Neither did they refund my money, Nor they replaced my shoes. And finally, Im going to lodge a consumer complaint against SSS.

So, Never Ever purchase anything from this Street Style Stupid Store!

I ordered two pairs of shoe on 10/01/2016 from streetstylestore.com at Rs. 999, order id 447074 order ref. JHJYKPWWJ, which I received on 17/01/2015 and paid by cash on delivery. The size was not correct for me so I raised a exchange request on the same day sending a mail to [protected]@streetstylestore.com . They gave me a return ticket id [#187916] on 19/01/2016. Initially, they were repliying to my mail and told me that a person will come for reverse pick up, after that they will send me the exchanged product but till now nobody came for pick up. Those pair of shoes are of no use to me, got irritated because of their pathetic service and I mailed them that I don't want to exchange, Pls. take the product from me and refund my money. Now, They are not receiving my calls and not even responding to my mails. This is a fraud company.

They are not responding at all. I want total refund of my money and only you people can help. Please help to get the refund and ban these fraud company. I request u to look into the matter as soon as possible. This is not the first time for them, I have seen N number of similar complaints about this company.

Actually I ordered these shoes thinking that you will give us a excellent quality but it doesn't fulfill my wish the quality of the shoes is so bad I didn't like it and the size is also not fit me... So I want to exchange these shoes with another hope u will do something fast.. Please reply soon

I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes from streetstylestore.com on 7th Oct, 2015.While ordering, they said it would take approx 3 weeks to ship the order to Bangalore. Now, it has been 4 months since I placed the order and I have followed up with the helpdesk in this duration. Everytime, I get a response saying that the order delivery would depend on my location and that it would be dispatched soon. They are shameless and their responses are pathetic. They are the worst service providers and I would strongly recommend people to beware of this online portal. Do not ever shop here.

I have ordered the shoes from www.streetstylestore.com on dated 16.11.2015 through cash on delivery (Rs. 750) and it was delivered in mid of December 2015 (after one month).

When i saw the product i found it has pathetic quality so i tried to return the product.. Now the problem arises.

The contact no of the company i.e.[protected] mentioned on the website doesn't work. I tried to contact the company so many times but didn't find any way.

Company has also changed its address which was previously mentioned on the website.

No communication from the company side from the date of ordering the product to delivery of the product is made till now. Also no response from the company side from email is done. Even on the website it has shown that the product is shipped till now. No delivery update is done by the company on the website.

Can anybody help me how to tackle this to get back my money from the company.
