I had ordered Joe Lace Up Boots - Shoe Size : 40 from streetstylestore.com. They delivered the product but i returned it on 25/10/2015 for exchange as I needed a bigger size that is 41. Please help i had purchased 1 product from StreetStyleStore.com but did not like the quality of the same product and asked for return instead they sent me the same product again and my mom unknowingly accepted the same order. That was bad ki they did not call or sent any details on the same. i had returned them both the products in 1st week Nov 2015 and yet there is no reply on the refund or even the credits that they can provide. They do not answer the calls and also there is only automated reply on the helpdesk mail id. I placed an order in July 2015 but when i got the products(shoes) after like a month, they were of such a cheap quality that i was aghast and sad to spend so much money(1000 bucks). the shoes were entirely different as shown in the pictures on website(no disclaimer regarding the same). So i decided to return them. But the website claims no refund policy(maybe because they know no one will be satisfied after ordering from them once). hence after multiple calls and e-mails the team sent me a voucher code of 1000 bucks which i had to apply in 4 months, and now when i applied that, it applies only 400 bucks. I mean how bad is their system!! Worse e-commerce site ever. I hope this is the right platform and the complaints get resolved in the best possible way so that consumer money is not wasted on the most ridiculous site ever!

The order for 3 pairs of shoes was made on October 30, 2015. The payment was made through debit card. The confirmation stated reciept of payment and ready for dispatch on November 2, 2015. Till date, it is showing that the product is ready for dispatch. I've been contacting the people through e-mail because the contact number they have on their website doesn't work :/ They are replying in affirmation to making an urgent dispatch but they havn't done it yet. Today is december 5, 2015. And i have no information about what they are going to do. I need an immediate refund. Kindly entertain my issue. So i ordered 3 shoes from sss n the value was 1299 as i got two orders of same shoes i returned one .. but i had to pay for it as i thought those were another shoes .. but those where the same shoes i ordered before .. n now the courier company took the package and its been a month still i didnt get my cashback in account

I had placed an order with SSS on 11th Oct, 2015 which comprises of shoes, shirt and another pant with a shirt. I had just received the shoes 3 weeks back. However, the other 2 items are still undelivered. There isn't any contact number except for an email address. Its close to 2 months now and I have sent so many mails to them yet the order is not delivered. I even asked them to refund the amount if they are not able to deliver but after few responses they have stopped responding to the emails also. The company looks total fraud. Deeply Disappointed.

Hi, I have ordered tops from SSS online and its been 2 months. I have paid through my credit card. The products are not delivered yet... No customer help nor any tracking ID. This is so irritating. I would suggest go for COD option than prepaid option

I finally received the product after 2 months after a very great efforts and complaints but it didn't match my foot size so I have asked for exchange and they have come to collect my order and took it for exchange they have collected money from me. I have placed my order online on their website streetstylestore.com on Sept 29th, 2015. But as of now I am yet to receive my order and when I contacted them 3-4 times, they just promised everytime to deliver the product soon. When tried to contact them on phone number they have mentioned on website, the line seems to be busy all the time. My order is prepaid and already paid Rs. 1100 in advance. Their forum is full of many such complaints where everyone has raised the concerns about delivery, poor service/quality of the products. Please help me to get my money back or atleast to receive the products for which I have paid the money 2 months back. Thank you.
