I was in total awe when i saw their website and the collection of shoes. Also read the negative reviews but still went ahead in shopping from this website. I have placed an order around 3 months back, till date i didn't receive my order. I tried reaching out the customer care people but contact number is not valid on the website. They are not at all responding to emails. If they are not able to manage the deliverable atleast they should refund my money back. Its not a small amount.. around 1500 rs i have paid there. I had to exchange it, i raised a return complaint from their website from my login and then they sent an executive to get in collected from me.
