Please help i had purchased 1 product from StreetStyleStore.com but did not like the quality of the same product and asked for return instead they sent me the same product again and my mom unknowingly accepted the same order. That was bad ki they did not call or sent any details on the same. i had returned them both the products in 1st week Nov 2015 and yet there is no reply on the refund or even the credits that they can provide. They do not answer the calls and also there is only automated reply on the helpdesk mail id. I placed an order in July 2015 but when i got the products(shoes) after like a month, they were of such a cheap quality that i was aghast and sad to spend so much money(1000 bucks). the shoes were entirely different as shown in the pictures on website(no disclaimer regarding the same). So i decided to return them. But the website claims no refund policy(maybe because they know no one will be satisfied after ordering from them once). hence after multiple calls and e-mails the team sent me a voucher code of 1000 bucks which i had to apply in 4 months, and now when i applied that, it applies only 400 bucks. I mean how bad is their system!! Worse e-commerce site ever. I hope this is the right platform and the complaints get resolved in the best possible way so that consumer money is not wasted on the most ridiculous site ever!

The order for 3 pairs of shoes was made on October 30, 2015. The payment was made through debit card. The confirmation stated reciept of payment and ready for dispatch on November 2, 2015. Till date, it is showing that the product is ready for dispatch. I've been contacting the people through e-mail because the contact number they have on their website doesn't work :/ They are replying in affirmation to making an urgent dispatch but they havn't done it yet. Today is december 5, 2015. And i have no information about what they are going to do. I need an immediate refund. Kindly entertain my issue. The screenshot of details of my order is attached herewith.

We had send mails to your authority still we didn't get any reply from them. Its been more than one week we have ordered our product still we didn't get it. Please deliver the product before 5h December or else we will have to cancel our order

Hi I had ordered some products from this Street Style Store website about 3 months ago..with order no [protected]-690852 Forget about delievry of the products i did not even recieve response for my multiple emails..do they guys even deliver the things evr? Or just eat up the money..for god's sake can you let them just let me know if m going it ever or not? Disgusting service

So i ordered 3 shoes from sss n the value was 1299 as i got two orders of same shoes i returned one .. but i had to pay for it as i thought those were another shoes .. but those where the same shoes i ordered before .. n now the courier company took the package and its been a month still i didnt get my cashback in account

I had placed an order with SSS on 11th Oct, 2015 which comprises of shoes, shirt and another pant with a shirt. I had just received the shoes 3 weeks back. However, the other 2 items are still undelivered. There isn't any contact number except for an email address. Its close to 2 months now and I have sent so many mails to them yet the order is not delivered. I even asked them to refund the amount if they are not able to deliver but after few responses they have stopped responding to the emails also. The company looks total fraud. Deeply Disappointed.

Hi, I have ordered tops from SSS online and its been 2 months. I have paid through my credit card. The products are not delivered yet... No customer help nor any tracking ID. This is so irritating. I would suggest go for COD option than prepaid option

I placed the order 2 days ago and the money is deducted from my account.When i check my street style store account it shows that i have placed no orders.I am trying to contact them for getting a confirmation about my order but no one shows up.If the order is not placed they should refund the money anyhow or give a confirmation atleast that the order will be delivered .

The order for the product was made on 15/10/2015. The order number is #312926 and reference number is QWFCDOBSV. The amount of Rs.999 was paid on 15/10/2015 14:57:37 via credit card. It is 1/12/2015 and i have no update on the product.I want the order to be cancelled and the amount i have paid towards the order to be refunded. Please look into the issue ASAP.

I have ordered 3 pairs of footwear in street style stole in the month of September 17th this year. I finally received the product after 2 months after a very great efforts and complaints but it didn't match my foot size so I have asked for exchange and they have come to collect my order and took it for exchange they have collected money from me. Its been a month since they have collected my foot wear and there Is no reply from their side for my mails or messages. I need my product or money. Their contact number always in a busy state . Customer service dnt respond on calls neither on emails.. I placed my order on 26th Oct still didn't receive dat order neither the amount it's been 1 month.. I hope u knw how frustrating is it.. U guys hv forced me to make complaint in consumer court for d same coz I hv all records dat ur advisors dnt respond on calls n emails.. All I want my order.. Best part is dat we dnt hv option to cancel it n u guys even didn't returned my amount.. This shows dat u stole mount o[censored]r customers.. I hope u will do somethng on this..

I have placed my order online on their website streetstylestore.com on Sept 29th, 2015. But as of now I am yet to receive my order and when I contacted them 3-4 times, they just promised everytime to deliver the product soon. When tried to contact them on phone number they have mentioned on website, the line seems to be busy all the time. My order is prepaid and already paid Rs. 1100 in advance. Their forum is full of many such complaints where everyone has raised the concerns about delivery, poor service/quality of the products. Please help me to get my money back or atleast to receive the products for which I have paid the money 2 months back. Thank you.

I was in total awe when i saw their website and the collection of shoes. Also read the negative reviews but still went ahead in shopping from this website. I placed my order for a pair of sneakers of 699 and waited patiently for the delivery. However, when i received the piece, it was a different pair that was sent. The one i ordered and the one i received were two seperate pairs. i've been calling them but they I can't reach them. I've also mailed my query but haven't received any response.

I have placed an order around 3 months back, till date i didn't receive my order. I tried reaching out the customer care people but contact number is not valid on the website. They are not at all responding to emails. If they are not able to manage the deliverable atleast they should refund my money back. Its not a small amount.. around 1500 rs i have paid there. This is the weirdest thing of SSS. They are just eating money. FRAUD service.. If I dont get my product or my money returned back... I will file Police Complaint against them. I have waited for more than 3 months and its not a joke. Strict action should be taken so than they should not play such a gamble with people and their money. WORST WEBSITE EVER. WORST SERVICE.

I had placed an order with Street style store on September 22, 2015 and had made the payment through my debit card of which I received an acknowledgement mail from Street style store. It is pertinent to mention that while placing the product, it was stated on the website that the products will take 3-21 days to be delivered to the customer. Naturally, I waited for more than 21 days. After passage of about 25 days, I inquired about the status of my products. I received a mail from Street style store that the products aren't ready yet and shall be dispatched soon. However, after about a month, when I again dropped a mail to SSS, no one ever bothered to reply to my mail. Aggrieved by the circumstances, I resorted to their facebook page and dropped a message to them on the page asking about the status of my products. More than 2 months have passed, however, no one from the company has bothered to reply to my mails, messages. In fact, the contact number given on their website is always busy and no one ever responds. To my utter awe and shock, people in huge numbers have posted similar grievances on their page, however, no one from the company ever replies. This website is complete fake and deceiving and defrauding the customers. Do not ever buy anything from this website. They torture their customers to the extreme and do not even deliver their products.
