I ordered my shoes on 9/12/2015. I have still not received my order which I have placed. I have picked 3 for 999 offer. Kindly request you to look into this issue and rectify. Since I am on vacation my office will be on shutdown period till 4th jan 2016. I would kindly request to call me on my number before delivering I would like to change the address of delivery. Please request to deliver the product that the earliest.

I ordered a combo of three heels worth Rs. 999/- on 15th Oct, 2015 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (see attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have provided a contact number which was busy all the time, and an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com where they wont respond to it at all, I asked them about my product and same day I got a mail from them saying the order was dispatched and will reach you in a couple of days, but i have not received it yet, I even requested them to refund my amount 999/- against order reference-EEBZTRJBV, and order no-352514, Kindly do the needful. bodilapati.[protected]@gmail.com

Please do the needful, and fraud online shopping sites like SSS should not be a problem for any one again to waste their time on tracking and tracing to know the information regarding the order

I ordered a dress and 3 footwears from this website in November. I have recieved the delivery of dress but it is not of same color and quality which is displayed on the website.So i returned it back but still they have not refund the amount 999 in my bank account. I ordered 3 products on streetstylestore.com on 11th Dec 2015 and made payment through paytm wallet.
but i haven't received any of my product till date.
I m trying to call on company number but it is not reachable and when i mailed them, they replied that their executive will revert back within 24 hrs but neither i have received my product nor any response from their side.

this is a fake site and these guys are making fool to customers.
Now i want to cancel my order and money back.

I had ordered a dress on 30th of October 2015 and it's the 20th of December 2015 and I haven't received my product. I have already paid and despite several emails, the customer support team hasn't paid heed to my concerns. It's very disappointing and I have been trying to contact every single day. I had placed an order for a grey skirt on the website very clearly, double checked it yet an incorrect dress has been sent. There is no customer service number and even their online account is nt helpful because the password has been revoked and to reset their password their email is not helpful at all. It seems like my money has been wasted.

I have ordered from this site on 1st oct 2015 by paying online and have not received the order till date. These people have no contact number and the details of the courier are also fake They even generate fake slips of receipts showing the order was accepted by me. They have no consumer ethics and fake on all issues. I am tired of calling them over and over again and mailing them but they ignore the messages and send an auto generated mail without even paying heed to the mail content.

I have ordered 3 shoes combo for rs 999/-, they have sent the wrong shoes after 31 days after that I have requested to exchange the shoes and I have been sending them a lot of emails but they did not responded and not even exchanged the shoes till yet.
