I ordered 3 slippers for Rs.999 through my debit card. It has been more than 21 days now and my order has not been delivered. i tried contacting them but i did not get any response. Such online portals should should be banned for indulging in fraudulent activities

    Hi team,

    after waiting for nearly 70 working days I received some piece of [censored] of cheap quality after sending 50 emails . they look nothing like what is on picture. posted a peacock and delivered a crow..!! (with due respect to crow)..I am so mad I want to reprimand the guy whoz running the site. I had ordered 2 pairs for 1000 bucks VQAPJPUAA ref number. I want my money back!!!.. its not of my size.. no quality.. absolute zero service
    .. disheartened.. they shud close the site down

      I wouldnt give it any start!... This time i burnt my hands... I had placed an order on June 18th - Total: Rs 1, 198(2 pairs)... Not hearing from them... i wrote to them on July 7th and after two reminder i Got an email from Pooja seth on July 8th Dear Customer, This email is in reference to your order #191864. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and the delay in your shipment. The product that you have ordered is higher in demand than we had expected and is still in production. We request you to give us next 7-8 working days and will dispatch your order on high priority. We appreciate your co-operation and patience. Thank you.         i ordered three footwears at street style store on 21/6/2015 and my order no is 194214.At the time of order the company said it will take 3-21 days but after 21 days i mailed the street style store for non delivery of order and got reply from them that the order is in great demand so it will take 1 week more.Further after one week i again mailed them for non delivery and cancellation of order but at that time there is no revert from their side.Now am unable to track my order and it is more than one month.So pls help me to refund or place the order.

          I had placed an order with street style store in June and I had recieved the order in my absence after two weeks. The order was wrong and I tried calling them several times but there was no response from their side. After a week or so someone else had called to communicate that another order of mine is ready to dispatch and I clarified saying I dont need it and I need someone to take back the previous order. They didnt not revert and instead sent the other order as well. As my mother wasnt aware of this issue she paid for the second order as well. I called them again and asked them to take back and they said someone will call me on monday but there is no reponse. I like to file a complaint against them regardting the same. Please help.

            Hi, Its my humble request that i want to return all the footwears being delivered to me and refund me the money . Following are the reasons :- 1. Footwears are being shipped so late as per the expected tenure. I am really much disappointed with your service. 2. The material of the footwear is not as per my choice . 3. They are not comfortable and of our sizes. I hereby wanted the footwears to be collected from my address and refund me the money . The footwears both the packs were collected in a single go by the pick up boy . i have the tracking number no given by them in the recipt. But after that on daily basis again and again the javas team is calling me and messaging me to collect the other pack. I have tried to call on the helpdesk number lot many time since then, but nobody responses. I have asked for the reimbursement of my payment through mails, but there is still no reply.                     I placed an order at this site on15 july 2015 and paid through net banking. I received the transaction success mail from ccavenue but nothing from this site. When I check my history on their site, it shows that I haven't placed any orders yet but they deducted the money already. I tried calling them but they either do not pick up or they are always busy. I also wrote them a bunch of mails yet they haven't responded. How can I get my money back now ?? Here is the mail I got from ccavenue for my payment. I don't need anymore orders, i want my money back ASAP.

                      Hello Service Desk, I had filled a return request against reference number YRBXYUFTZ and order no #172528, for which Street Style Store replied back after so many follows up that the exchange has been initiated. Its been more than a week that I have no further information about the return. They assign a ticket number to the complain and then stay aloof for many days. I feel cheated in the whole process. Also, I tried calling upon the service desk but no response has been received; no one feel responsible to pick up the call. Can you please help? Its urgent! Waiting in anticipation.

                              Hi, I have ordered only pair of shoes and did online advance payment through net banking. They have promised to deliver product in 21 working days, but its more than 2 months but there is no update of my order. Site doesn't have any contact number on which we can call and confirm, they hardly reply on mails too. after many mails every time they get back to me that your order will reach to u in 3-4 more working days but nothing happens. I am totally frustrated and want my money back now. Please find the attached document of my order detail and a few mail I have sent them.

                                This regarding an order I have placed with Street Style Store online order #190961. They say they take 3 - 21 days to deliver the product. Today is 22nd day and still I have not received it. I have emailed them at [protected]@streetstylestore.com several times and called on [protected] but did not get a response. I have already paid for the product for Rs 1000. Its very frustrating and I am tired waiting for it now.Please help. Their Website is http://www.streetstylestore.com/

                                  I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this website, but they got delivered atleast after 1.5months. Secondly, I am not at all happy with the product. Quality is worst and in size also they would not fit to any normal foot. Called many times, lodged many complaints but nothing happened. Service is disgusting. I want my 1000 rupees back.

                                    I placed an order of footwear from an online store Street Style Store on 14th june 2015, below is the link for their site. http://streetstylestore.com/ Delivery is mentioned from 3-21 days on their site. i called their customer care and they promised to deliver it before 21 days and now even 21 days are passed and i don't have my product in hand.                                       I placed an order with this online website called Street style store. I placed order for 5 footwear out of which 3 were of wrong size and design. Despite being told that the product will be exchanged by the customer care team no-one is getting back to me. I have called their offices and everytime they give false promises. Spoke to two people called Gaurav and Arvind and that promised either product will be delivered or money will be refunded. I called their 4 numbers and now no-one is answering calls.[protected], [protected],[protected] and [protected] are their contact numbers. Please investigate this company. They are frauds!

                                        I have placed an order on Order # QDXTNKKOH placed on 05/14/2015 22:41:08. I did online payment of Rs 899 for same. I have received order confirmation email and payment received email. They committed me to deliver the product within max 21 days and I agreed to that but it has been almost 50 days but they have not even shipped my product and they are just making fake excuses that due to high production demand it is taking time . But if I am asking them to refund my money if they can not make it they are not even doing that. They are not even contactable and just responding to emails with their fake answers. Please help, I am attaching order invoice along with it.
