My order number is #223310. I ordered for a dress and when i received the package i realised that the dress i received looks nothing like what is shown in the picture for Rs.1500. Plus, they have a no refund and they will exchange only the size of the product. The dress had loose threads and cheap material. I am still waiting for their reply and i expect a full refund.

    I ordered 2 shoes from Street Style Store on 15th July. It has been almost a month and still no update on my delivery. This great store also doesn't think it is important enough to reply to emails asking for assistance on non-realisation of their promise. And the contact number given is non-functional. Great store, Street Style!

      Hello Sir Iam Atish Sharma and Iam from Chandigarh I had ordered a bag on 24th july from the Street Style Store Company Email :[protected]@streetstylestore.com Phone: [protected] Postal Address: Street Style Store, 206-Bhagwati Sadan Building, Plot No 8, BH Block Market, Near Nainital Bank, Shalimar Bagh Delhi - 110088, India. The payment was online and as i did the payment my card is debited by the Rs.1099. My acc. is in PNB bank . But the order was not placed. I have the details of Bank which states that the payment has done to Street Style Store . Here are the details Ac XXXXXXXX00008732 Debited with Rs.1099.00,[protected]:38:36 using debit card.Link ADHAR to A/C if not done Aval Bal Rs 8032.21 CR Helpline [protected] Now when i called the Street Style Store they refused that the payment is not done and till now they did not give any status about the order and the payment please please do something

        The quality of the product is the cheapest they sell online the email address and the contact information both are fraud the help desk is also wrong it is not as good as it is promised by the website I had ordered sandal worth 899 plus COD charge of fifty I got 2 calls from Street style store department for convincing me to take their product as they have an exchange policy.since I wanted to exchange the product I called on the same number from which I got calls but they are not responding now. I would like you to take strict action against this website.

          Hi i am fed up of writing emails to this website, they dont respond to email or messages neither they care to say if they can pay back . Some executive last wrote to me in july 21st after writing emails that its not possible as they are short of stock they will deliver later, later means 6 months ? Nor does website care to payback, i feel they should be banned immediately before more people buy or order from this website

            We ordered 3 pair of shoes. out of three shoes one is fine but other two are of very bad quality & fit issues. Had placed a replacement request & doing regular follow ups but no response from their side. Mobile no. given does not connect only and no revert on the mails. can someone wake them up & tell to address customers complaints for their product.               I have ordered three pair of shoes. from which i have replaced one pair costs Rs.899. the pickup has already been done from my address but they have not provided me the replacement product yet. since i have been calling them so many times but no one gives a satisfactory response. one of the executive (Gaurav) said that they will refund my money but now they are not answering my call.its more than 4 months now. very poor services.

                My order number is 204387.I received the product on 13th july 2015. I requested for an exchange on the same day as the size did not fit, it has been 22 working days yet my product is not exchanged. I tried calling the customer care but they never answer the call. Even though they answer they say the case has been forwarded and hang up.This is my second exchange, they requested for a picture of the product and I mailed them the picture, they requested for additional Rs.200 on second return and I agreed to that too. I send mails and try calling them every single day but there is never a proper response.

                        I have raised a online order for 2 pair of shoes frond 3 months back and I goit the shoes after 3 months . But both shoes are defected. There soles are completely tampered. I have raised a request for exchange on same day but after 15 days there is till no communication does the company will take another 3 months to return or exchange or communicate. Trying calling them many times but they never pick up call... Disgusted Experience . Never buy anything from Street style store.

                            I ordered a Jersey gown whose size did haywire ..I need to return and get my money back .there's a sequin shirt whose size also gent won't exchange .there's no reply on all either of the updates after mailing a lot of times .I ordered 3 months back for 7k And even then such bad products and service

                                My order numer is 181394 of ₹1498. I had placed the order approx 2 months ago and havent recieved it as yet whereas they say it would take 7-21 days. Also, they dont pick up their customer service number to help and in reply of my ton mails, they informed that those products are no longer available and that they dont even offer refund of money. If the product wasnt it stock, they shouldnt have taken the order in the first place. What am i to do now?

                                    Hi, Its my humble request that i want to return all the foot wears being delivered to me and refund me the money . Following are the reasons :- 1. The material of the footwear is not as per my choice . 2.                                     They people are very irresponsible, they returned a credit note for the same account but when i orderd a product then did not dispatched it.Its been a month i ordered a product all just i want to say that we should take neccessary action against this company .I must say they do not bother about customer satisfaction.                                     Street Style Store — Shoes ordered

                                    I ordered with this website pair of 2 shoes. There was an issue with the size so as per there directions i returned back the shoes. But now i am not getting any news regarding my replaced parcel. Its been more than a month and there is no revert from there side.

                                    Placed an order 1 month before and till now waiting for it. Multiple calls.. Multiple emails.. All unanswered!!! When I check my Oder's status they show that I didn't pick there call or I refused to take the product, but I I never got any call and not even anyone came to my home for delivery...I want all my stuff...!!

                                        this is an e-commerce website. In some cases after receiving the payment they dont send the products across. in my case they sent me a product but when i wanted to get it exchanged or return it, no one would pick up the phone or replied on email. Till now I haven't received any mails from them which means that they took my money and sent a product of the lowest quality and never did anything when i complained. their number is not available ever.
