Previous order no. #77963 --which was placed in december, one of the pair of shoe was requested for replacement which was priced at Rs. 899 and a new order in replacement was placed but it dint come. Later on that order was cancelled without informing me.
So now I have put another order for Rs. 1049 with order no. Order: UXXQOQCIK
And i have put it for Cash on delivery and have requested for the pickup of last product and replace by it and i asked them to deduct that replacement amount of Rs. 899 from this total amount and deliver me the new order and please get the shoes picked up too. But there is no response from their side even after months.All my complaints via emails, fb posts, fb messages have been ignored.
