I ordered a paid of 3 shoes from streetstylestore.com and received the same on 30th April, 2015. i wrote them a mail regarding exchange of the products as there was a difference in size for the same. There is always a auto generated mail received in response. I mailed them twice regarding the same but there is no response except the auto generated mail to solve the ticket. Please help me for what step can be taken further....

I placed an order on the 14th April 2015, 3 shoes for Rs. 999, i have not received my order yet. I have written 4 emails by now and i havent received any response from their side. I ordered three shoes from this store of a particular size but what i got is not the same size, also the quality is so poor they are not wearable .
