Ordered a pair heels on 5 Mar 15. Haven't received the product yet. Made an online transaction which was the first mistake. Maybe there is hope if you have just ordered and not paid. If you have made an online transaction then forget about your product. You can raise a complaint by mailing them which will be closed after few days with no resolution....
