i had shopped online on May 3rd, 2015 and made online payment for INR 2497.01. My order ID:[protected]-393259 CCA ref No. :[protected] I followed up many a times however; products are not yet delivered. in between I was contacted by Aisha Naaz asking for Alternnate number dated: May 27th that product could not be delivered because courier guy's call was unanswered. To my surprise this never happened. I replied to Aisha providing her all the details. The lady never turned up with any reply and my follow went futile. i logged a case 63423, which was closed twice on June 6th and june 8th, without my consent. Later on Pooja Seth responded saying that the products are high in demand and should be delivered in 3-4 business days. Without my consent order is changed too. It is June 12th today and i am still waiting for my order to be delivered.

    I placed my order on 30th may, 2015. This site only provides you with 01 invoice once your order is completed. No tracking details, no customer care number. I have written almost 5 emails, however, no revert from them. I have paid INR 999 & have not clue about my consignee.       Sss isn't a fraudulent company. I should know as I have made several purchases from them. The problem with sss is, the quality isn't too good. And they take forever to deliver an order. Half of the time the customer care service dosnt even answer calls or reply to mails never believe their 3-21 day delivery policy, you might be lucky if you ordered only a single product, otherwise the wait is Long!!!

However, our customer care no. has been updated on our website and we assure you that all the calls will be answered on that. Besides, quality is our primary concern. All our products made up of different material. If you don't like the quality of the products or have any concern regarding the size, colour then, you can get them exchanged within 7 days either with the same or a different product of your choice.         I had place an order on 1st, May, 2015. I already paid money which is worth INR 18475.10, my order no is FPSAXLUVE. It's been 40 days, there has been no tracking details and nothing whatsoever. My money is stuck with your online store, I am totally disappoint. I demand immediate action to enquire the condition of my order, inform me and ship to its destination as it's been 40 days since I place an order.

          I has initially purchased a pair of shoes on 02/24/2015 baring order no #101185 and only got delivered on 03/13/2015 after an exchange of emails. The shoes were of inferior quality and did no justice to the picture provided on the site. Being a size too big i had to return it and after scheduling a pick up, (which again took forever) Jojavas picked it up from me on 04/15/2015 not within 7 days as the site mentions. After they received the product because i was dissatisfied with the same i requested for a replacement on the 04/22/2015 (as they do not refund the money). I asked them for accessories instead of shoes and denied the request, stating that i could only pick another pair of shoes only.After picking my pair of shoes on 04/22/2015 itself that they confirming it, i still have not received it. After sending them a e-mail to know the whereabouts of the product, i received an intimation on the 05/13/2015 stating that the order was confirmed and was in production with their vendor and it would further take 5 to 7 working days to process.Whereas on their site as of 05/13/2015 it is said that the product has been shipped via FEDEX and it fails to give me a tracking number.As of the 06/03/2015 i asked for a follow up and have failed to get a response from them. It has been over a period of 3 months that i have been following up with them and have still failed to see a end product. Some strict action has to be undertaken for scam and fraudulent companies as such.

            i order from this site on 03/05/2015 and still order is not delivered i paid RS 999/- from my credit card but there is no response from company my order # is 151466 and i ordered 3 pairs of footwear.I feel this company is fraud as no contact no is there to track your order and also they don't reply to your mails. If they cant deliver my product so at least they should make a refund to me.

            as per the reply received from this company on 10 june 2015 they promised that within 7 days i ll get my product but till yet i haven't received anything...i want refund of my money as i have lost all hopes that i ll ever get my order.

            i previously as well filed a complained with you but still not action is being taken on the same...i ordered shoes from Street Style Shoes on 05/03/2015 and paid them Rs 999/-...till date after more than one and half month i have not received my ordered...there is no contact no. available anywhere for them so that i can track the status of my order and they committed to me that it will be received in 7 days as per mail received on 10/06/2015 but till yet nothing is received...i want refund of my hard earned money as i now feel that i wont receive the product as this is a fraud company.

              I had placed an order with this online store through Roposo Mobile App on May 15, 2015 and still havent heard from them. There has been no status updated and no tracking details, nothing whatsoever. My amount of 699 Rs is stuck with them now and I am totally annoyed and confused.               I have placed the Order(No.266442, Invoice No.IN261852) of 3 items on 09/09/15, till date i have no information no clue about the products. I have never faced these kind of mishandling and harassment of any shopping portal. There is no tracking details, no confirmation, no dispatch detail till date on 30/09/15. I dont understand from which part of earth the products dispatched from that it takes 21 days to dispatch. I kept on writing to the customer care email address [protected]@sss... but no response. The customer care number is also a fake number which never gets connected.. very much disgusted with these type of team. i want to have a authentic customer care number where i can speak with the authentic people about the order and commitment of date to deliver my product.

                  I made a purchase from an e-commerce website called streetstylestore.com on May 21st (order confirmation attached). On May 28th, since I received no information about my order delivery status, I raised an enquiry, after which my order's status changed to urgent dispatch. Further I got a mail from someone called 'Atul' which said the below: "Dear Customer, This email is regarding your order #167253 (MKGQCFGPF) and 168442 (ENSCBXQOD) . We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As you know our product delivery time is 3-21 working days, however, due to the higher demand of the product ordered by you than we had expected, there is some delay. We would request you to provide us next 7-10 working days more as the product is still production and we will dispatch it as soon as it will be ready. Also, we do not have refund policy. We appreciate your co-operation and patience." After this I have not received any updates from them. I have a feeling that they are frauds especially after they said they do not have a refund policy. Please take necessary action and help me get either my product or money as soon as possible.

Had it been Cash on delivery they would have come running. Now that i have paid them in advance they are fooling around.                           actually i placed an order for which i paid the money thru my debit card later i got a mssg saying the order is confirmed for a cod! i mailed the help desk immeditely but no reply for anything yet !its bben more than 3weeks my 999 gone from the account :(

                              I had ordered shoes from SSS on 17th March and made an online transaction. The order reference is: WZONPIXZH. It has been more then 3 months and I haven't yet received my order. I had mailed them several time but it's of no use as I got the same replies each time. The Consumer Forum is a waste of time as the problem is never solved and issue gets closed. I would never ever recommend this site to any one. Regret shopping from such a fraud site.

                              No responce either through mails nor through phone calls fedup with this one really wanted to book a compliment on this store I will do this
                              I have recently ordered three items from SSS the money 999 was debited from my account by ccavenue but in my account of SSS it is not showing the list of orders .in order to resolve it I have tried to customer care but they instead of lifting they were avoiding to lift the calls really frustrated if this happen for the next day I will complain regarding this store
                              Hey.. I had Ordered a pair of tan boots (ODER ID[protected] on[protected]. I'd received the boots on[protected]. The size of the boots were too small so I tried to replace the order thru My Account on SSS, then I've sent an email on 1&6 December and lastly I had sent an Instagram msg too but nobody responded as usual.
                              I've done alot of shopping and also recommended my people. But this time I'm very very disappointed. Regret shopping from such a fraud website.

                                Ordered a pair heels on 5 Mar 15. Haven't received the product yet. Made an online transaction which was the first mistake. Maybe there is hope if you have just ordered and not paid. If you have made an online transaction then forget about your product. You can raise a complaint by mailing them which will be closed after few days with no resolution.

                                  I ordered my shoes on street style store www.streetstylestore.com on 2nd april 2015. Its been 2 months already, they haven't delivered the shoes. I have already paid Rs. 2597/- online. They don't have any phone number and they do not respond to emails. Its a fraud company. Many consumers have complaints. Please shut their website as they are fooling with people.

                                    Hi, Please read through the attached mail for the conversation history. I had purchased few items from SSS . At the time of payment completion, I got a mail from them about successful placement of my order but surprisingly my order history didnt show anything. After that, I have made few inquiries on the emails provided on the site. Mr Vishal Puri from SSS even acknowledged that they had recieved the payment and asked me to send the list of products to him. I did as told and since that day, I have been only asking about the status with no reply from your side. Seems like shopping on your site is a one way street. Bad Experience. Distasteful service!

                                      Hi, i have purchased 3 items under999 section, but then due to size issue i have returned two out of three items. its been more then 4 week still no status update on returned items. also I have sent 3-4 email for my return status, still further action has been taken till now. Please take this issue as complain and help me to either return my amount or send me the items.

                                        Date of incident:[protected] Time: 23:52 Client Number: [protected] As soon as the transaction was completed the page showed that the order has been successfully cancelled. but the i have gotten a message for the bank saying that "There was a successful authentication attempt with federal bank ecom transaction".
