Ordered a pair heels on 5 Mar 15. Haven't received the product yet. Made an online transaction which was the first mistake. Maybe there is hope if you have just ordered and not paid. If you have made an online transaction then forget about your product. You can raise a complaint by mailing them which will be closed after few days with no resolution.

    I ordered my shoes on street style store www.streetstylestore.com on 2nd april 2015. Its been 2 months already, they haven't delivered the shoes. I have already paid Rs. 2597/- online. They don't have any phone number and they do not respond to emails. Its a fraud company. Many consumers have complaints. Please shut their website as they are fooling with people.

      Hi, Please read through the attached mail for the conversation history. I had purchased few items from SSS . At the time of payment completion, I got a mail from them about successful placement of my order but surprisingly my order history didnt show anything. After that, I have made few inquiries on the emails provided on the site. Mr Vishal Puri from SSS even acknowledged that they had recieved the payment and asked me to send the list of products to him. I did as told and since that day, I have been only asking about the status with no reply from your side. Seems like shopping on your site is a one way street. Bad Experience. Distasteful service!

            I had brought a pair of shoes from Street Style store in Jan and then wanted to return as the pair did not look good. Even returning the pair was big thing. Had contacted them multiple times and after a month they finally took that back. I wanted the refiund to my bank account but they did not agree and issued me a voucher of same price i.e. Rs 700 which is valid for 6 months. Now from last 1 month I am trying to place the order using the voucher but no luck. Initially they told me you cannot order anything other than shoes but when I told them none of other online websites does that. They agreed and asked me to order after 10 days. I tried to order after 10 days but all in vain. Now it has been a month and I thought let me order shoes as it was mentioned by their team member. I tried placing an order for a pair of shoes and surprisingly I am unable to do that as well. They are not answering my phone calls, no response to emails or messages on facebook. They are totally fraud website. May I request you to please help in getting the refund to my bank account as I am tired of placing order or contacting them. Regards, Riya Madaan [protected]

              I am facing total fraud with streetstylestore.com. I had ordered Dusk to Dawn Oxfords - Shoe Size : 39, but because of smaller size i requested for exchange. The old package has been picked from my place but they have not delivered the requested size or item yet.neither they have refunded my money nor i am getting any proper response. There is no any number mentioned on website, only i received few standard mails from their helpdesk. I received delivery of shoes on 15th of may and very next day i requested for exchange.It has been 30th of may today and nothing is resolved yet. Please help. I want my money back and i want proper action should be taken against the fraud people.

                I have ordered for two shoes worth 1000 and they only provided me with an attachment of the order invoice but without a tracking number. The email doesn't work and there is no phone number on the website. My money is not returned nor is the product delivered. Looks like many have been cheated by street style store shopping website.                       Hi, I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for 999/- First of all the products were delivered after almost 20-25 days but since they had mentioned the delivery time on their website, I ignored the delay. The product was delivered & the quality was pathetic. I didn't like one of the shoes and decided to return it. I sent a mail on their email id & they were quite prompt in replying. Till the time I returned the shoes, they replied to my mails quite efficiently. Now Its been almost a month since I returned the shoes & there's no reply whatsoever. I'm sending chasers every other day. Today I sent them a stinker & thought of checking complaints regarding this company online & found this website which is loaded with consumer complaints. I wish I had checked this before ordering. Best part about this company is that they don't have any contact no. so the only way you can communicate with them is through email. A very good way to save their asses.

                          Hi I usually shop online, So, One fine day I came across their website.I was totally impressed by the designs of the footwear shown on it and I ordered 2 pairs, choosing the COD payment option (thankfully).. But, then I had to wait for more than a month to get the delivery. They dont have any contact no. neither do they reply on emails. But the frustration grew even stronger when I received the product. The quality was so cheap..its like they have made the sandals out of cardboard or the cheapest stuff available. And also one of the sandal was of incorrect size. I emailed them the same day but till date (its been more than 2 months now) I have not been contacted by them. I know it was my biggest mistake that I did not do any research about the merchant before ordering the stuff. But I would request all of you not to get tempted by the fancy pictures shown on their site and fall in the trap. They are fraud!!!

                                    I ordered three pairs of shoes on a highly advertised offer of 3 for 999 on streetstylestore.com. The website says that the order will be delivered between "7 to 21" days. Order: KMUOJAHEP placed on 04/16/2015 16:43:48 has not yet been delivered to me despite having waited for almost 1 month. When I wrote a mail to the helpdesk, they too 9 days to respond and when they did they said the order would take another 7 - 14 days! Moreover, they refused to allow me to cancel the order or give a refund if I found the products unsatisfactory. Many other customers are facing the same issue. After I responded to their first mail, I have not yet got a response from them, there is absolute silence from their customer care people. First I got an auto mail saying my order has been dispatched, then I got a mail saying my order has not yet been dispatched, then I got another auto mail saying the order has been dispatched. When I try to track the order, it shows no coherent details and it shows that it has been sitting in some location since 23rd April! Where is my package? Why has it not reached me? Why are the customer care people not responding? Further, when I tried to post this on their facebook page, they deleted my comment, along with other negative comments and they show only positive comments. What's worse, there is no option for cash on delivery, so my money has been with them for 30 days and they still haven't delivered my products! This is clearly a case of misinformation and misuse of customer's money. I request you to please address this as I am not able to resolve this myself.

                                      We have ordered two pair of bellies on 02/05/2015 and the size was not fit in so we have ordered for exchange of product size of the same.                                         I ordered a combo of 3 footwear on 14th May 2015 and made the payment online. Its been more than 10 days, I haven't received my order. Order No- CRHENIZBK. This is highly irresponsible and ridiculous for a company like this which is under growing stage. Adding to it, they have not provided any customer care no on the site or anywhere. No tracking no is provided, only a payment confirmation mail is received when we confirm he payment for the order. This is highly ridiculous. Kindly do something- either I should receive the order at the earliest or the money should be refunded back to me.
