I had ordered 3 pair of boots for Rs 2097/-(Order Reference OXATIFQFA ) on 10 march 2015. it' s been 3 months. i have submitted complain several times and they said that they have shipped and sometimes they ignore my mail but till now i haven't receive. They did not provide any customer care number or even the tracking number. How can i get my money back? Can you plis help??...

Hi I had ordered a pair of Boots on 29th May 2015 at SSS and paid online INR 699 and yet have not received the delivery of my order. Sss isn't a fraudulent company. I should know as I have made several purchases from them. The problem with sss is, the quality isn't too good. And they take forever to deliver an order. Half of the time the customer care service dosnt even answer calls or reply to mails never believe their 3-21 day delivery policy, you might be lucky if you ordered only a single product, otherwise the wait is Long!!!...
