Hi, I have ordered only pair of shoes and did online advance payment through net banking. They have promised to deliver product in 21 working days, but its more than 2 months but there is no update of my order. Site doesn't have any contact number on which we can call and confirm, they hardly reply on mails too. after many mails every time they get back to me that your order will reach to u in 3-4 more working days but nothing happens. I am totally frustrated and want my money back now. Please find the attached document of my order detail and a few mail I have sent them.

    This regarding an order I have placed with Street Style Store online order #190961. They say they take 3 - 21 days to deliver the product. Today is 22nd day and still I have not received it. I have emailed them at [protected]@streetstylestore.com several times and called on [protected] but did not get a response. I have already paid for the product for Rs 1000.       I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this website, but they got delivered atleast after 1.5months. Secondly, I am not at all happy with the product. Quality is worst and in size also they would not fit to any normal foot. Called many times, lodged many complaints but nothing happened. Service is disgusting. I want my 1000 rupees back.

        I placed an order of footwear from an online store Street Style Store on 14th june 2015, below is the link for their site. http://streetstylestore.com/ Delivery is mentioned from 3-21 days on their site. i called their customer care and they promised to deliver it before 21 days and now even 21 days are passed and i don't have my product in hand.           I placed an order with this online website called Street style store. I placed order for 5 footwear out of which 3 were of wrong size and design. Despite being told that the product will be exchanged by the customer care team no-one is getting back to me. I have called their offices and everytime they give false promises. Spoke to two people called Gaurav and Arvind and that promised either product will be delivered or money will be refunded. I called their 4 numbers and now no-one is answering calls.[protected], [protected],[protected] and [protected] are their contact numbers. Please investigate this company. They are frauds!

          they r not initiating refund...

          I had placed an order for 3 sandals costing rs 1000, order numebr is APKQJUDOL.

          1, Product size is different.
          2. Picture which shown is different from what it looks in real
          I have never faced any problems with other online sites.. i guess they are just cheating customers

          I have not got any single mail from their side after 27th july 2016. very disappointing this is.

            I have placed an order on Order # QDXTNKKOH placed on 05/14/2015 22:41:08. I did online payment of Rs 899 for same. I have received order confirmation email and payment received email. They committed me to deliver the product within max 21 days and I agreed to that but it has been almost 50 days but they have not even shipped my product and they are just making fake excuses that due to high production demand it is taking time . But if I am asking them to refund my money if they can not make it they are not even doing that. They are not even contactable and just responding to emails with their fake answers. Please help, I am attaching order invoice along with it.

              This is w.r.t to the order number #189458 (FPRKBFRGA placed on 06/15/2015 12:52:23) wherein I ordered three pair of shoes costing me Rs.1049/- on Street Style Store. I want to have a refund of the same amount because of poor quality and cheap material used. I did not like the shoes in personal. Hence want to exchange them for bags or apparel.                 This is probably the worst online shopping site i have ever experienced. I had bought a few products worth Rs.999. The products were really of low quality, so i tried to return them. This return process really was so troublesome. they dont respond to ur mails once they receive their money and there is no other was to reach out to them other than mail. and once u have paid them they dont bother to respond. I literally had to bend backward to get them to take back their products. they final did after several mails and issued me a credit note of Rs.999. Now I wanted to use that credit note and purchase something else. but i am not able to use that al all. I have sent them three mails regarding this but they just dont seem to respond. This is my last resort to get my money or products. It would be very helpful if anyone could resolve this. And one more thing to all those who are reading this... It is my sincere advise and request - please dont buy anything from street style store online site, the products that they show and the ones they deliver are completely different.

                  I had placed my order with SSS on 1st Jun 2015 and today it has been 33 days and I donno whats the status of my order. I made the entire payment online. When I mail their support helpdesk they say the below every time (see mail below) . How long do I wait.                   I had placed an order with SSS. On 28 March 2017 I have made the complete payment online and today the date is 15 may 2017 I have emailed the SSS support team bt they did nothing I had to gift this order to my sister bt these people ruined it . And the next order I placed was on 21st Aril 2017 and is still waiting for the order and now they have marked the order as cod rejected I mean I don't understand if these people does not want to sell then y the hell they have opened this site to cheat people to eat there money as they do not have the refund policy. These are cheaters ask them to either refund my money or deliver the item. Please help. I give these people [protected] as rating

                    I have been following up with your steam since a month ... I had order three pair of shoes order number 155938. One of the shoes were damaged so I followed the process of return and the shoes were taken by the courier guy on 20-5-15. Since that day I am following up with your team members. Mailed ao many times for my delivery of my new pair in replacement of old damaged ones ..but there is no response I am highly disappointed with the service. I also mailed your representative named Mehak Sharma but there is no response. I will never recommend to anyone..

                      I ordered 1 shoes for 699 from street style store on 17 may 2015 of order reference -wqmhwbxev and order id-161714 .It's been almost 2 months but i haven't recieved them. There is absolutely no response to emails [protected]@streetstylestore.com and phone number given on site is also wrong number[protected]. They is absolutely no way to contact them, pls return the money or deliver the item, it just spoils customer experience along with giving bad name to the company.

I has been more than 2 months and I am Rs 1000 in loss. I tried calling their founder Ms. Rimjim Deka, but the number was switched off.                               Even I haven't received my order, paid online for. Date of placing the order and making the payment - 8th August 2015. Their customer service is horrible. I haven't received any communication from the. I have the e-Bill and order history with me. I require help with getting my money refunded. Kindly, let me know how to go about it.

                                I ordered a footwear and a backpack on 3rd June 2015. I made the mistake of online payment. Later I was informed that the footwear is out of stock so I had to unwillingly change my order. Now I am left with a deliberate credit note (I am sure as hell I wont ever buy anything from that), no response, a couple o[censored]nresolved tickets and a lot of impatience. What I don't have is my money and the stuff I ordered. It has been almost a month now that I have not received a positive response. They just keep asking me to wait.

                                  Hi, I ordered two pair of shoes from their website online on May 14, 2015 making full payment online. The Order number is #161329. Irrespective of multiple comments in their website, calls(switched off), emails, no one is responding. It is already been 1 and a half month and my Order is still not delivered and neither do they respond for refund of my money. This is a fake company. I want to sue this company and need an easy procedure for this. If anyone knows by which way this company can be shut, please let me know. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

                                    we ordered three pairs of shoes with order no. #156019 on 6th may 2015. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com. Is this the service you are providing to your customers. we will never recommend your website for shopping. Please at-least reply our mail for the delivery or refund our amount.

                                        My order number is 171624, Invoice #IN168426..placed a month ago ...I have been trying to contact them for over a month, However their lies are always busy and they never respond to their mails !They have no tracking id and no way whatsoever to contact them!...A perfect example of a number 1 fraud company ! I demand for my products to reach me immediately or refund my complete money ...I would never recommend this site to anybody...I ill wait for another week before going to file a case ...
