This is w.r.t to the order number #189458 (FPRKBFRGA placed on 06/15/2015 12:52:23) wherein I ordered three pair of shoes costing me Rs.1049/- on Street Style Store. I want to have a refund of the same amount because of poor quality and cheap material used. I did not like the shoes in personal. Hence want to exchange them for bags or apparel. Please help to get the cost spent, in terms of return voucher. Also, pfa the invoice of the order placed. Thanks & Regards, Bharti

    Not able to get a refund of money

    This is probably the worst online shopping site i have ever experienced. I had bought a few products worth Rs.999. The products were really of low quality, so i tried to return them. This return process really was so troublesome. they dont respond to ur mails once they receive their money and there is no other was to reach out to them other than mail. and once u have paid them they dont bother to respond. I literally had to bend backward...

    I had placed my order with SSS on 1st Jun 2015 and today it has been 33 days and I donno whats the status of my order. I made the entire payment online. When I mail their support helpdesk they say the below every time (see mail below) . How long do I wait. I feel cheated. ********************************************************************* Dear Customer, This email is regarding your order #178487 We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to the higher demand of the product ordered by you than we had expected, there is some delay. We would request you to provide us next 7-10 working days more as the product is still production and we will dispatch it as soon as it will be ready. Also, we do not have refund policy.     I had placed an order with SSS. On 28 March 2017 I have made the complete payment online and today the date is 15 may 2017 I have emailed the SSS support team bt they did nothing I had to gift this order to my sister bt these people ruined it . And the next order I placed was on 21st Aril 2017 and is still waiting for the order and now they have marked the order as cod rejected I mean I don't understand if these people does not want to sell then y the hell they have opened this site to cheat people to eat there money as they do not have the refund policy. These are cheaters ask them to either refund my money or deliver the item. Please help. I give these people [protected] as rating

      I have been following up with your steam since a month ... I had order three pair of shoes order number 155938. One of the shoes were damaged so I followed the process of return and the shoes were taken by the courier guy on 20-5-15. Since that day I am following up with your team members. Mailed ao many times for my delivery of my new pair in replacement of old damaged ones ..but there is no response I am highly disappointed with the service. I also mailed your representative named Mehak Sharma but there is no response. I will never recommend to anyone..

        I ordered 1 shoes for 699 from street style store on 17 may 2015 of order reference -wqmhwbxev and order id-161714 .It's been almost 2 months but i haven't recieved them. There is absolutely no response to emails [protected]@streetstylestore.com and phone number given on site is also wrong number[protected]. They is absolutely no way to contact them, pls return the money or deliver the item, it just spoils customer experience along with giving bad name to the company.

                i have previously written my complaint here, but even then nothing happened. I messaged your team but there was no further reply. I has been more than 2 months and I am Rs 1000 in loss. I tried calling their founder Ms. Rimjim Deka, but the number was switched off.                 Even I haven't received my order, paid online for. Date of placing the order and making the payment - 8th August 2015. Their customer service is horrible. I haven't received any communication from the. I have the e-Bill and order history with me. I require help with getting my money refunded. Kindly, let me know how to go about it.

                  I ordered a footwear and a backpack on 3rd June 2015. I made the mistake of online payment. Later I was informed that the footwear is out of stock so I had to unwillingly change my order. Now I am left with a deliberate credit note (I am sure as hell I wont ever buy anything from that), no response, a couple o[censored]nresolved tickets and a lot of impatience. What I don't have is my money and the stuff I ordered. It has been almost a month now that I have not received a positive response. They just keep asking me to wait.

                    Hi, I ordered two pair of shoes from their website online on May 14, 2015 making full payment online. The Order number is #161329. Irrespective of multiple comments in their website, calls(switched off), emails, no one is responding. It is already been 1 and a half month and my Order is still not delivered and neither do they respond for refund of my money. This is a fake company. I want to sue this company and need an easy procedure for this. If anyone knows by which way this company can be shut, please let me know. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

                      we ordered three pairs of shoes with order no. #156019 on 6th may 2015. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com. Is this the service you are providing to your customers. we will never recommend your website for shopping. Please at-least reply our mail for the delivery or refund our amount.

                          My order number is 171624, Invoice #IN168426..placed a month ago ...I have been trying to contact them for over a month, However their lies are always busy and they never respond to their mails !They have no tracking id and no way whatsoever to contact them!...A perfect example of a number 1 fraud company ! I demand for my products to reach me immediately or refund my complete money ...I would never recommend this site to anybody...I ill wait for another week before going to file a case ...

                            Please look into this company. It is somewhat a fraud. If you login into there complaint forum then you can see yourself. I ordered product and then gave one of them for exchange, and its been almost a week they did not reply. The status is Waiting for product, whereas when I checked with courier it has been delivered long back. They do not refund the money and its fine with me but at least give back the product. If you cannot exchange the product at least give back the original one. My return order number with them is RE#903. Please I really request look into this company. They are using hard earned money of people.

                              I had ordered 3 pair of boots for Rs 2097/-(Order Reference OXATIFQFA ) on 10 march 2015. it' s been 3 months. i have submitted complain several times and they said that they have shipped and sometimes they ignore my mail but till now i haven't receive.                                 I still regret ordering shoes on this site. I ordered one pair of wedges on 19th june and its been more than 25 days, I haven't got the delivery yet and you guys assure the dispatch in 3-21 days. Such a service. There's this whole damn website of yours and you dumbs are having only one customer service number. Seriously this was the first and last time I visited this site. Totally sucks.

                                  Hi I had ordered a pair of Boots on 29th May 2015 at SSS and paid online INR 699 and yet have not received the delivery of my order. The tracking ID given by them (DELSSSP110705) is invalid and thus I am unable to track the order as well. When I try to contact the phone number provided by them, its always busy. The order detail is Veronica black boots of size 36, order no BOQMQFJCF costing Rs. 699. Please Help.

                                    Hello, I had ordered 3 footwear from Street Style Store costing 1049. Since two of the footwear did not fit my foot, I had raised an return. They had confirmed that return is possible by selecting two other products and cash refund in not available. So I had raised the return and I have already placed the new order. But, they are now not responding to my mails. I tried to reach out to them via phone but the number is always busy.                                       Hi, I have order couple of products the order No: 175307, Tracking Code: SSC032499, the products are absolutely hopeless and you people are just making fool out o[censored]s. This company is a fake company please don't by any products through Online, if you make online payment then don't expect to get the products only if you can ask for COD(Cash of Delivery) then they might feel generous enough to send you the product after 2-3 months but its sure that the product that will be received by you wont match the product which you intentionally order from this site. BEWARE OF STEET STYLE STORE..DON'T BUY

                                      i have the same issue.. as above.. the products are not upto the mark . what i ordered was way different. And guys are also not confirming the return application sent by me... really a great dissappointment.
                                      absolutely hopless flats..it looks like they are made of paper..and become useless after first use...Misuse of a brand name ...and should be sued.
                                      its not only that this company has provided fake contact number so that if we have complaints to make it says this number doesnt even exist... if its not fake than why wudn't you provide us the number which works n respond to our complaints ... i placed an order for this pair of shoes and its not even the same as the picture...moreover its ugly n when i tried to call, the P.S thing happened.. we can take action against it i[censored] wont respond to us
