I had purchase one wedges order ID - 277595 and the material was not good so i return it and request for refund, and ask me to purchase any other item from their website, i have checked all the and all are not worth as per the price the are selling . Could you please help i need my refund amount back on my bank account . [protected]

This guys just created the website with some automated emails... i hav orderd my stuff no confermation i hav received as i m fedup of doing mails, there no always get bussy or switched off ...BIG FRAUD NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THEM ... guys if any one gets there stuff so plz let me now i want my stuff back

I ordered three pair of sandals on 29th march with the scheme of buy 3 at 999 and i got on 17th april and i complaint on 21st april regarding the size and quality of the product. i asked them to exchange it then they took the sandal and i was given a credit note of 999 and when i am buying then they are asking to pay 60 bugs more and my order no is BLQXCXUZL and they are not picking up the call and they are not responding on mail. i just ask him to transfer my money into my bank account

I tried to raise return request but was not able to figure out the solution for it since you guys have very bad communication channel. As per your customer care executive, she suggested me to write the mail regarding this. i want to exchange the size of 1. Flats on my feet (black) from 38 to 37 since due to design structure its not fitting in my feet. 2. "Its my style seems" to be silver in pic. but actual product is white. kindly provide "Dancing moonlight" in exchange of it in size 38.

I have ordered 3 shoes from this site worth Rs. 1698.01 on 18th of April'15. and on same date i ordered A top worth Rs. 700 ON COD basis. the product which was on COD (Top) I received that but those 3 shoes for which i paid full amount online haven't received any confirmation mail of order from SSS but got the msg from my registered Bank and CC Avenue for the payment clearance. i made complaints on their help desk but i only received ticket number all the time . From 18th April to till Date i didn't get my refund or my ordered product. its really pathetic service they are providing.

Big time fraud online store..worst/cheap quality and no refund, don't go with the images they have placed on http://www.streetstylestore.com/ all fake the recieved is nowhere near to images...Better to choose local stores den http://www.streetstylestore.com/ I will post my email communication with them in sometime. This guys just created the website on PrestaShop, with some automated emails.

Worst quality of footwear no exchange no return nor any refund never order anything from this website "street style store" No proper response from customer care. No refund of amount. I ordered footwear for about 3k There has been no refund nor replacement till now . "Cheap quality" Fraud !

Hi dis is payal here i made an order on street style store on 16/9/2015 have been waiting for my order however neither i have receive any call nor any email then i tried to reach the cust care team however never get a chance to speak to any representative then i send an email as per them my product has already been delivered i dnt knw where and how they deliver the product without communicating to the cust, i didn't knw that dis ppl are thief they have taken my money however havent receive the order yet this is not about money this is about trust which they have lost i m not gonna make any purchase from this website hence forth would also advise ppl please dis is completely a scams company should be sued

I have made my order on 4-Sep-2015 and didn't received it yet. It's been 22 days and they claim to deliver in 15-21 days. My order number is #260317 and I have ordered the combo of 3. I called their number about thousand times but it always says "number busy". I have already made the payement also using my debit card and I donot want my money to go in vain. I have had 2 orders earlier also but neer had any problem it was delivered in 15 days only. I want my money back or the complete order.

I ordered a combo of three shoes worth Rs. 1099/- on 2nd sep, 2015 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except the one (see attachment).Also, they have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com .Now there is no way to contact them, I have called up many times on the number, they have provided over their page, I have written a mail regarding the same but I got a auto generated mail in response. Kindly do the needful.

Hi all, Its been like 2 months, the Street Style Store have sent me mail stating that they have sent my return product, and would reach me in 5 days which was like 5th of Sep 2015. But I have still not received the product. Details of return request. #005036 #224501 Package received 08/12/2015 I have mailed and no reply..Is there anywhere else I have to complain and get my product or money back..These SSS is the worst online shopping I have ever done

I have placed ma order for 699 / - on 10t august.. My order number is #238848..
Now its 24th sept.. I havent received my order..However, company claims 7 - 21 working days fr the delivery of the product..I mailed to a concernd dept. Regarding the same.. 2 - 3 tyms they relied but noww neither they are responding to my mail neither calling me nor refunding my money back... I guess ths portal is absolutely fraud and nt worth.. I am highly dissapointed and lookin frward to visit to a consumer forum regardin ths issue... I maslf is working for customer services but never xperienced sch a fraud... Have gone through many thrd party online portals and ordered bundle of products... But alws had a good response.. Atleast this so called sss can reply to our query... I dnt knw wat these guys are upto and doin fr customer satisfactn.. Worsssssssttttt servicess... And worst productsss... Plsss never evr visit to thss portal,.. Its fake... Wat i need to do nw.. Please provide the contact number, number given on the webside is not correct . i want to return the item i perches, i have sent the mail as well but no one get back to me neither on the mail nor on the call. i want my money back . I have already put a complaint a month back as they were not returning correct size as I asked them. After the complaint lodged I received a call from employee Gaurav and he asked me to send the photos of the shoes. I did that but again from the next day itself no picking of phones no replying and then same thing happened. None of the person cares to see what there customer is waiting for. Please dont buy any stuff from this site as they never send the correct thing as well as the material is also not good. My money and time both got wasted in streetstylestore.

I have ordered on 21st August 2015 and paid online payment. So, far product is not delivered and not even updated any progress. Customer contact number is always busy. Really frustrated and irritated. Not getting what should I do. Can anyone help on this.

Hi, i had placed an order for the footwear with Street Style Store on the 9th of September 2015. The order number is #265919.Had already made the online payment. We are standing on the 18th of September & yet i dont know when will i relieve my order. If i call on the Number provided for the Street style Store, (Customer Care/Helpdesk) there is no response as the line goes busy for the whole damn day. Further to this trauma, even mailing them the same issue was in vain as i did not get satisfactory replies. please help me in either getting my order delivered or getting my money refunded. thanks, Meenal
