I have done my order on 17/09/2015 with Order: IGUUFLPDW, Payment done through Credit Card. But till now i didn't get any delivery. I have written lots of mail to company by every time i got the mail i.e Your ticket has been generated and no further response i got. No telephone line is working and every time phone remain busy.

I have placed an order worth Rs 999 from this site but the same has not been delivered from a long time. I have tried tracking the order as well the company people through calls and mails but there is no response. I have never encountered such pathetic website before this. Please if anybody has any idea about how can we take the refund from this site, please let me know. Horrible Website!! Guys never ever place an order from here.

It says that flat costing 499 and as an offer it is 3 for 999 and so i ordered 12 products of Flats but still costing 6088 plus 50 due to COD. where is the discount amount and when am I going to get reply from them. Is this Company a fake to bluff others?

I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Though i got the order after a delayed time. I placed a request to exchange the product due to mismatch in size. None of their representative get back even after so many mails. Even cannot contact them, their number days invalid. Now what do i need to do with the product. Such a waste n dumb site i have ever seen

We placed one order on Sept 11 and still till we have not received the order. If we mail the email address provided in the website, they reply saying we consider you r order and urgent and no response. Sent some 2-3 emails no proper replies. This is very painful we pay and order something still do not get the products. Can someone look into this one.

Hi, This is regarding flats which i ordered from SSS, order NO. #238355. which was faulty and damaged, Hence the return request was done from SSS side and product was returned and voucher code was provided. I didn't expect the quality of their products will be this bad. And their response is also very late. They will reply to your complaint mail after 1 month or something or will not reply at all. And the product which is displayed in their site is not at all same to which you receive. Now a new product #293476 was ordered by me using that voucher code as no other option was left for me as my money was stuck in their side, Now the size of the product was too small so i wanted to get it exchanged with bigger size. Now according to their return policy first exchange is free of cost as mentioned in their site, But when contacted their customer support they said i have to pay 200 rs for exchange as it is 2nd exchange. Now once a new product was ordered the exchange would be first only so why am i being charged 200rs. The customer support was also rude when asked, the person rudely told me that if you want to exchange pay 200rs or else forget it. When i complained about the quality of their product comparing to roadside products for cheaper price, the agent responded that i should have purchased from roadside only and not from their site. Thanks for the horrible service provided by Streetsylestore. I would suggest all who is reading this to avoid any purchase from Streetsylestore.

Hi I placed an order on http://streetstylestore.com/ on first week of september. My order number is #[protected]-70084 and a payment of Rs. 2297.02 was deducted from my account. I have written several emails to them and tried to contact them but there is no response. Instead they emailed me informing they havent received payment and asked CC reference number. I shared the same with them and still awaiting a revert. Neither they are refunding my money nor giving me the product. Kindly help! My order no.776451(2 pair of shoes) from your store has been paid fully with amount ₹999/- and yet its not there on my order history list or there is no notice from the street style store regarding the dispatchment of the products. And also, my orders are still in the shopping cart but the amount has already been paid. I have ordered today i.e 5th Oct, 2015. Either refund my money or give me the details of the delivery.

I had placed an order for flats 3 @ 999 on30/09/2015, but did not received any tracking no. Till date I am waiting but all in vain.I even tried to report through the given help center but the mail delivery fails. I even tried calling but shows busy.

I have ordered a product from the official website of Street Style Store on 1st September. I have made my payments online through credit card. Its more than a month now that I have not received my order. Its written in the website that the delivery of any product will not take more than 21 days. How come this delivery is taking so much time. I have been waiting long for this delivery and that now it is not coming I want to be refunded. I ordered a pair of wedges but on recieving i did'nt liked that actual product. so, in that regard i called on their number many times but that number was either unreachable or busy. then i have dropped atleast 10 mails to them but these have not responded and one or two reply came that were totally unstisfactory. now it's going to be 12 days since I have placed my request to them. today morning (3/10/15) i tried to call them but nobody picked my call, i called up for 7-8 times.

I had purchase one wedges order ID - 277595 and the material was not good so i return it and request for refund, and ask me to purchase any other item from their website, i have checked all the and all are not worth as per the price the are selling . This guys just created the website with some automated emails... i hav orderd my stuff no confermation i hav received as i m fedup of doing mails, there no always get bussy or switched off ...BIG FRAUD NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THEM ... guys if any one gets there stuff so plz let me now i want my stuff back

I ordered three pair of sandals on 29th march with the scheme of buy 3 at 999 and i got on 17th april and i complaint on 21st april regarding the size and quality of the product. i asked them to exchange it then they took the sandal and i was given a credit note of 999 and when i am buying then they are asking to pay 60 bugs more and my order no is BLQXCXUZL and they are not picking up the call and they are not responding on mail. i just ask him to transfer my money into my bank account

I tried to raise return request but was not able to figure out the solution for it since you guys have very bad communication channel. As per your customer care executive, she suggested me to write the mail regarding this. i want to exchange the size of 1. Flats on my feet (black) from 38 to 37 since due to design structure its not fitting in my feet. 2. "Its my style seems" to be silver in pic. but actual product is white. kindly provide "Dancing moonlight" in exchange of it in size 38.

I have ordered 3 shoes from this site worth Rs. 1698.01 on 18th of April'15. and on same date i ordered A top worth Rs. 700 ON COD basis. the product which was on COD (Top) I received that but those 3 shoes for which i paid full amount online haven't received any confirmation mail of order from SSS but got the msg from my registered Bank and CC Avenue for the payment clearance. i made complaints on their help desk but i only received ticket number all the time . From 18th April to till Date i didn't get my refund or my ordered product. its really pathetic service they are providing.
