This is in reference to an online order placed at your store.
I placed an order for black long boots on December 15, 2023. It is not yet dispatched and the dispatch date is also changing continuously.
I required these boots earlier. But with such poor services i dont think so you will be able to deliver it and you may even delete my account.

      I was waiting for my order from past one and half month i didn't receive it, it always went for re attempt delivery but I never got it the store wasn't picking up my calls neither was the courier person I am very disappointed you have such a bad coordination, I got a message for refund i didn't received it it's been almost 20 days this is not acceptable I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise I'll take a strict action towards the company

        From past 1 month I was waiting for my order i didn't came to me at all i paid online for it the store wasn't picking up my calls the courier person was also not picking up my calls very poor coordination you have I am very disappointed I got a message for refund it's been 15-20 days i haven't received my money back I had to raise this issue it can't be tolerated I want my money back into my account

            As, the product is still not shipped so i no longer need this product and i am cancelling the order before it is shipped . i ordered it on date 14-12-23.
            so, please cancel my order right away. as, i will not be responsible for any actions related to this product from now on.it got delayed and SSS store doesnt any order cancelling option when it is a consumer's right to cancel order at any instant of time before it is shipped. order was cod type.

              I have ordered two heels which cost 1099 and i have made the payments as well on 14th December but after the payment was done i didnt receive any email nor sms from the store so i tried calling customer service and it doesnt work no calls have been picked up by the employees even during office hours

                    I have received "to all the single ladies boots" order #8322363 but the fit is not at all impressive and I did not even like the product. I tried to return it through the app but I don't know which is it showing as if the product is under exchange so I want to return the product, I have been trying from a week to call Street Style Store customer service, but no one is answering. I really request you to solve this complaint as well. I want my order to be returned. and the money must be refunded.

                      I ordered a dress few weeks back thinking it will arrive early as does every other shopping websites which are far more busier. However, i received the parcel late and upon returning returning the parcel, i expected a refund instead they provided me with a credit voucher. I in no circumstance want a credit voucher, I want the amount i spent so I can purchase better clothing with better quality.

                          Hi,

                          I have ordered a coord set but it's not fit on me and quality is also not upto the mark.so I raise a ticket for return but then showing now a status of credit note given.cost of product was 1098 and credit note given only of Rs.50.

                            Delayed dispatch date

                            I have order 2 heels on 24 Nov 2023 for a function on 14 Dec 2023
                            The dispatch date shown after ordering was Dec 06
                            But now its showing 11 dec
                            Its prepaid
                            I am sure there no way it will be delivered before time
                            I tried to contact support many times, but all of them are busy

                                I ordered a product from SSS on 31 oct 2023 the company has a guaranteed time period of delivery which is 3-21 days and I was guaranteed the same.. but it's been over 21 days and I've not received my order yet..they said that I can self cancel my order if I didn't receive my product within 3-21 days .. and now I want to cancel my order but there is no such options as cancel under my order.. and whenever I tried contact the costumer cares i always hear the same thing that all the costumer care are busy! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!.. SSS Is not answering to my insta messages too .. SSS I want to cancel my order and get my refund!! please solve this issue.. S

                                      I didn't like the product so I returned it but I didn't get refund or exchanged product. The product was delivered on 11/10/2023 around 1:30 pm and I returned it on 12/10/2023. Order No: 8137107, AWB:[protected] of rupees 998.00. It's been 1 month since I first complaint but I still didn't get the response. I alo called the customer care number but it always say the executive officers are busy. I hope my complaint will be solved immediately.
