I have ordered one sweat shirt, but it's quality and fit is very poor ... so I wanted to return but till now they have not resolved my issue, instead of that.. the status of order is showing ( credit note given) which I'm unable to use . Tried calling customer care no... so many times... it's showing all our executives are busy... it's very disappointing that sss has no time to resolve customer queries... and really I have no clue now ...

I am unable to cancel my order just because it's shipped? What if I want another color or change one item with another? you deliver late at one point I can deal with that but why can't I cancel my order? I don't want you to work hard when I won't be able to be there to receive it. This is such an inconvenience to us.

I have ordered products from the site on 06/09/2023. The payment was made online. The I'd no is 8050249. Till date no updates of estimated cod is communicated via mail or sms... I would like to get my products as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be going to lodge a complaint .. since the customer support is also not helpful

I've returned a prepaid order because I didn't like the product after recieving, they generated a money voucher for that returned product, then I placed a new order with that money voucher I recieved for returning last order and also paid Rs195 for the complete order.
Now it's showing reattempt delivery.

how am I supposed to reattempt delivery?
Will I get my complete money I spent on the purchase from the beginning?

I have tried several times to call on their registered no provided n the website but it is not getting through. Please help. I paid 799 online, the streetstylestore website showed that the transaction was successful, later on they sent the message that the parcel has been delivered but I didn't receive any now they refuse to pick my call or provide a grievance redressal method I have tried multiple times, my money has been deducted I am very poor

Everyday I receive message about me being not available for order and asks me to reattempt the delivery. It’s been more than 21 days and I do not even have an option to cancel the order. I paid for the product online and it’s a huge amount. I want to cancel the order and get a refund. Please do the needful
