It's really too late to delivery the product. How a product can be so long in preparation of progress? Since ever I ordered the product it's still in preparation. Its nearly 20 days for today that I have been ordered. There is no other information of dispatch rather than only preparation in progress. Could you like to provide some information regarding the order that when its would be reaching to me.

It has been over a month since I ordered shoes for Rs. 1155. There has been no update from the company on this so far. Their helpline no is also useless as it repeats the same message. I tried emailing them amd also raised tickets on their site but no response. The gave a tracking no for xpressbees courier which i found ou was wrong. A complete fraud

It has been over a month since I ordered 3 shoes for 1155 rs. It was prepaid. There is no response from the support team and no reply to my emails as well. The tracking no. given by them for xpressbees courier is also wrong. Strict action needs to be taken against such fraudulent companies

On Feb 2nd, I had placed an order for a pair of heels. The money was debited from my account (proof attached below). It has been 2 days & there has been no response from their side. I've registered a complaint on their so called customer service, but no luck. I'm still waiting for a confirmation & my order ID.

I got 3 tops for 1200 i want refund for two of them their quality are very bad and i am extremely disappointed . I dont want to exchange it because the quality will be same only

Hi, i have ordered boots from your site on 14th December 2020 but still it is not dispatched yet, its been more than 1 month and still it is showing the order is split. My order no. is #3916574. It is requested to you please dispatch my order as soon as possible.

I had asked for a refund on a product of shoes I ordered because I received them damaged I was told voucher would be issued once I return the shoes I have returned them twice and was told by customer care it will be credited soon but I have still not received it have been trying to call customer service but it's non responsive my order number is 3753344 please look into this

I placed an order on 7th jan...i made the payment online of rs 1050...i received the order confirmation mail but not the confirming order...i donot know even if my order is placed or not...i want the refund at the earliest

My order from streetstylestore.com was placed about a month ago of Rs 1887.
I still haven’t received any update from their end. They aren’t even reverting to calls, mails, dms on social media. computerised call just says your order is on priority and the delivery date is being pushed each day. This is highly unacceptable. I ordered 3 tops from streetstylestore on 23rd November 2020 and i haven't yet gotten it delivered. I tried multiple ways to contact them but of no use. And my money has been wasted i guess. My order number is 3810232

Hi I am Anushka. This is to inform you that because of the very poor user interface of your website and your lack of providing utmost customer service, i am about to face a huge loss.
I had ordered 3 pairs of sandals (each of size 36) at 999 (plus additional charges) on 22nd Dec 2020, whose order ID is 3956512.
The shipment came in successfully on 31st Dec 2020. The sandals weren’t of correct size to me and I had requested for an exchange of the whole order with a bigger size.
However there was only ONE OPTION in the website, which displayed the picture of only one of the sandals for an exchange. There wasn’t an option for exchanging all the three. I had anyhow proceeded with the option placing an exchange with a bigger size( order id : 4005191)
The next day, a delivery boy came in and i gave all the three sandals to him and also made sure to notify the team about this over email and Instagram.
Unfortunately there wasn’t any positive response from the team.
The sandal, whose image was displayed at the time of exchange was delivered to me on Jan 10, 2021.
There is no news of the other two sandals.
I did not receive a mail or even a phone call to assist me with the same.
I tried multiple times on the phone number provided and still no information.
I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED and would like to escalate this issue.
Either i want the other two sandals exchanged or the money back.
