    I have placed order for some clothes of amount Rs1532.99 and i completed my payment through netbanking. Money got deducted from account and i can see it in account statement but i am unable to see order placed under https://streetstylestore.com/index.php?controller=order

    I can still see my items under cart. I didn't get any confirmation email or message about my order details as well.

    Please resolve this issue at earliest.

                  RTO declared

                  I ordered from SSS on April 21 now it is June 11, I haven't received the order. I have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied. I am very much disappointed with SSS. Its have been three, four times I have raised the query in your site and you claimed you customer care will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any clarification even after the 48 hours.

                          I ordered from SSS on April and since then there were no updates about my order and today out of nowhere I got a text saying my order will be delivered soon but it's been too long now I have changed my mind also I am not at my hometown now so I'll not be able to accept and pay for the delivery as it was a COD. There is no cancellation option so please cancel my order ASAP because I can't take the order or pay for it.

                            Money credit voucher, can't use

                            In feb 2021, I've received a credit voucher against a return for non-availability of my size for an item. It has expiration date till 2022. Basically they don't refund your amount, they keep it with them and tell you to use it in next purchase.

                            While I was ordering and trying to use the voucher(04/06/21), it said "the voucher is invalid" everytime. You have my money because of your own mistakes of which no value has been provided...

                                  I have placed an order on 9/5/22 but the address is given of my college where currently I'm not present and my college closes by 8pm and that's why when the delivery boy came to deliver order they did not receive and my delivery status got cancelled and now it's showing re attemp order. What should I do?
