They don't deserve any stars. They are basically a fraud. Their privacy policy has clearly mentioned that we can exchange the product, so I did exchange one product, and it took days, they to dispatch, I understand because of the current situation. So some days back, they updated the order status, and also gave a tracking number of Expressbees Courier, so I kept checking everyday and today suddenly it showed that my product is out for delivery...

Recently I made an order on SSS. But due to time taking of shipping I had to cancel the order and it’s been 14 days I cancelled my order. Refund money Rs. 1199. I have attached screenshots below for proof of cancellation before shipping. They clearly mentioned I will get refund in 10 days....
