I have try to make order for shoes but the payment got deducted but the order is not generated and now they are not responding on the support contact no.

I ordered 3 tops from streetstylestore on 23rd November 2020 and i haven't yet gotten it delivered. I tried multiple ways to contact them but of no use. And my money has been wasted i guess. My order number is 3810232

Hi I am Anushka. This is to inform you that because of the very poor user interface of your website and your lack of providing utmost customer service, i am about to face a huge loss.
I had ordered 3 pairs of sandals (each of size 36) at 999 (plus additional charges) on 22nd Dec 2020, whose order ID is 3956512.
The shipment came in successfully on 31st Dec 2020. The sandals weren’t of correct size to me and I had requested for an exchange of the whole order with a bigger size.
However there was only ONE OPTION in the website, which displayed the picture of only one of the sandals for an exchange. There wasn’t an option for exchanging all the three. I had anyhow proceeded with the option placing an exchange with a bigger size( order id : 4005191)
The next day, a delivery boy came in and i gave all the three sandals to him and also made sure to notify the team about this over email and Instagram.
Unfortunately there wasn’t any positive response from the team.
The sandal, whose image was displayed at the time of exchange was delivered to me on Jan 10, 2021.
There is no news of the other two sandals.
I did not receive a mail or even a phone call to assist me with the same.
I tried multiple times on the phone number provided and still no information.
I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED and would like to escalate this issue.
Either i want the other two sandals exchanged or the money back.

Hope you would reply ASAP.

I had placed my order on 14thDec its been more than a month now my order is still in priority dispatch from last 10 days, the customer care no. Does not work, no one is answering the query mails.

The order stated it will be delivered with 3-21 days but I haven’t received my order yet it’s been more than a month. The customer executives are also not picking up the call. My order number : 3907075

I am not satisfied with the product or the service I have received.
After waiting for this product for 30 days I was more disappointed than pleased.
It is not at all what I was expecting. The material was alot thinner than I expected and the sole of the shoe was not straight and aligned.

I have placed another order on 10 December 2020 and I have yet to receive it.
But as of now I am not pleased with your services this far.

I made my payment more than a month ago and the package hasn't been dispatched and delivered. Order number: 3853218.

I recieved a WRONG PRODUCT i ordered a lavender drawstring jogger and received a blue jogger and the rest I received were NOT AS DESCRIBED in the picture posted on their official website also the QUALITY IS BAD and the size is also not proper it's way yo bigger then what it shall have been. I call them everyday but their customer care is always busy they don't reply to the queries nor do they reply to the messages.

I had placed an order for 3 tshirts on 27/11/2019, its been over a month and the company hasnt dispatched the order and are not willing to provide an update as to when the order will be delivered and the payment has been made.

This online website streetstylestore.com is a seller of women's shoes and clothes. I have purchased 3 shoes from them and one was delivered in the wrong colour. I placed an exchange request and it was picked up. In return I again received the wrong size this time. I have contacted them from their facebook support multiple times but no proper response. It has been a month now. They are neither proving the correct product, nor providing a refund. Their customer care number is non functional. I have also complained on their website but no luck. Please help me get this resolved.

This is the most ridiculous online website I've ever come across.
They have literally looted my 2000rs
They sent you the different products
Then they don't receive your calls
I have literally called them 1000 times till now
Nd they have received it only once.

I have placed an order for clothing on 28th Nov 2020 from Streestylestore
And as they claim to ship the order within 21 days, I waited. Now it's more than one month. It's 4th January 2021 and I haven't received any tracking details, no information regarding my order. I had paid in advance. I tried to contact them but all of their executives are always busy. Scam! Even their customer support never replied after promising a reply within 24-48 days. I've raised tickets 3 times. Neither they are sending the product, nor replying. All these posts on Instagram but not replying for the complaint. They've taken the money.

It's been more than a month since I placed my order but still my order is not delivered. You have mentioned maximum 21 days but that's just for fooling customers. From 1st Dec 20 till date my order is not even dispatched and no one ever answer my queries neither pick any call. You made my first experience totally pathetic with sss. Atleast answer customer queries because they have paid you there hard earned money.

I have placed an order with street style store of a (clear two band toe block heel) on 09/12/20 by CC avenue payment method, it's almost a month now and still no update regarding my order.I want my order or refund my money asap

Its been more than a month but I haven't received my order. its in the priority dispatch and everyday the date is extended by you but I don't think you people understand the meaning of priority .
I have done cod for the order because i know you are slow but that much slow will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order ??Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility . You neither respond properly nor your number ever works, every time I have a problem I have to post a complain here .
Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.
