Hey there,
I had placed my order on 8th Dec last month and it has already been over 21 days as mentioned on your web page and is now almost a month since I had placed my order. I was notified about my order being dispatched by 2 Jan and it’s 2 Jan today but still no emails or any updates on my order. I request to know about my order status so kindly reply me with proper info.

      I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes(attached invoice copy). I have received wrong product. While placing return exchange request app is showing 6 pairs of shoes. Due to this technical error am not even able to return my product.

      No one from customer care services receives the call. That service is just for name sake. This is the worst experience I have ever faced while placing an online order.

      Please provide me refund as am very much frustrated with the lowest level of service ever received. This is not at all acceptable.

          It's been over a month since i ordered and it still hasn't been delivered they told that your order will get dispatched till 25th and today is 28th and it still shows the same. Please give order status deliver it as soon as possible. Very dissapointing.

            I have not yet received my clothing items that i had ordered this month around 13 dec . Total 6 items i had ordered . I have no information regarding the status of my item whether it has been dispatched or not . I even tried calling customer care, but nobody answered my phone ..it was constantly going busy and i kept waiting but no response . I then finally received two items which were not my size so i requested exchange . Both of them got picked, for the shoes i have no information when will i receive the correct size and for the other item i had requested for credit note, i just want a refund instead of a credit note because size was not available for the second item . Im not satisfied with the fact that there is no refund option if there is no size available for exchange . Plus the item did not even look lik it was in photo . Such a scam .

              My order was placed on 3rd december and it's going to be a month now and my order hasn't even been shipped or delivered. Please deliver my product within 5 days or cancel my order and refund my money. This kind of delayed delivery is not acceptable. even the support is non-responsive

                Hey! It's been more than 30 days since ordering and I've not received any information about the order. I think it is a fraud. They do not provide any contact number or any other method to call and get the details. They are simply hanging their customers dry. This is not tolerable at all !!

                  I visited today to a street vendor next to Siddhivainayk bakers. He had speakers and headphones, I asked him for the Rate AMD found 5 times rate than usual. I asked him that it is not good It is against the TMC rules u can't sell the products on higher price because u r a street vendor. But he refused to decrease the charge by saying' No buddy can stop my business not even TMC pull my store from here since 10yrs. I know lot if people in tmc' he added.
                  I want an strict action against him, I want TMC to take appropriate action against that street Vendor, he can't talk to a customer like this.

                    I had made an order on 15th Dec i.e. #3921824 and #3924661 and it has been 11 days today n still no information regarding my order. One thing I know that it hasn't been shipped till now!!! Why so long to get it shipped!! Please I need them as fast as possible🙏..N I have already paid for my order i.e. Rs.1258...Please give my some information regarding my order or else how will I not think that it's not fraud n have not been played for my money..Moreover, I had tried getting in touch with u via the website. I sent so many queries but still I got no respond. Please atleast respond by now. N one more thing!! I will be moving out next year so my address will change obviously. N before I move out, if my order doesn't arrive to my current address then can u deliver it to my new address. Can ur company do it I wanna know. Thank you.

                    .By then if my order doesn't reach me, kindly please refund my money. I'm sick o[censored]r ### deliVERY SERVICE. I wouldn't want to blindly wait anymore for my order to arrive, with ur company not giving an exact date. Like seriously!! there are so many cases where u make ur CUSTOMERs wait for months n even a year. I wouldn't want to be treated that way. I[censored] can't give me my order within atleast a month if not 21 days, then better cancel it n refund my money. I'm not at all interested to keep entertaining ur online shop.

                              I ordered boots for rs. 734. made the payment by upi and the amount was deducted from my account but ordered was not placed. The is no order the items are still in cart. I tried to call but couldn't reach. It's very upsetting to see more unsolved same problem. It the worst online shopping app i've ever seen in my life giving so much of trouble.

                                      I ordered slipper and i requested for exchange because I had size issues.
