I had placed my order on Dec 08 ORDER NO. 3882577 and I am yet to recieve shipping details/ dispatch email about my order even after more than 5 days of placing an order. Can I know the delivery status of my order and if so any updates on it.

    My Order Id is #3870564, # 3874125
    I placed the order on 06/12/2020 and I haven’t received any update regarding my order, as per company policy product will be receved with in 3 - 21 days.. But still does not get any information ... If you guys does not have stock, remove the product form your website or app. As per your policy i want my product till 27 dec 2020 bcoz 21 days will complete on 26dec 2020. After that if you guys arrange the delivery then i will not accpet it. Even i had raised a query via app, but still doea not recevied any information. What kind of service you guys providing.           I placed my order on 17/9/2020 but still haven't received my order with the order ID #3601973 yet after almost 3 months. There is not proper consumer care system. The service is extremely slow. Either refund my money or deliver my order in the next three days. My order is prepaid maybe that's why the company doesn't bother to deliver the order.It is extremely exhausting trying to contact them

                    I placed this order on 18/10/2020, the order was prepaid they cancel my items on 27/11/2020, after sending 1000s of emails and lakhs o[censored]nanswered call, an till date 10 December 2020, I have asked for refund or voucher, they're not even answering what is wrong.
                    When I call on number to check the process the automated call is telling the product is yet to deliver, I not getting the status and my money.

                        So I made a payment of ₹4631 on their website on 8 th of december but the order was not placed. But the amount got deducted from my bank account. After multiple failed attempts of trying to reach out to their customer service, and messaging them on social media there is absolutely no response from their side. I feel so helpless and exhausted and would like to resolve this as soon as I can.

                                  I had placed order for boots on 13 Nov and had already paid for them. As per the website the product are to be delivered within 3-21 days. It has been more than 21 days and the boots are still not even SHIPPED. Ive asked about the order status and im only told that there will be further delay in delivery due to manufacturing issues and am told just to wait. According to their website, orders not delivered within the estimated time frame are eligible for refund. I want refund against the item yet they refuse to give me refund and only offered credit note. Please look into my order since im looking to move from my current address/residence. If you cant deliver within this week, give me refund.

                                  They responded quick once I complained over this forum. I got a call 2 days after and was immediately given a refund and told me it would reflect in my bank ac in 5-7 days. Im happy they atleast gave me refund when unable to deliver on time.
