I had ordered some products from your site and it took a long time to ship. I had a change in address during this period .My order is shipped via ecom express.When I contacted them they informed me I can change my delivery address via Street Style Store.I raised queries and called the customer support for SSS multiple times but I can't reach them....

I received totally different order than I ordered

i have ordered few items on 7th Feb. 2021 and the website accepted it as COD.
after ao long, I received order and when I opened, I was amazed to see how the hell they can play with customers money and time?? if they can not fulfill the requirements, they shouldn't at least cheat them.
Please take an action asap.
for reference, I am sending you pictures of the items mentioned on the package and...

I went for 3 for 999 shoes offer today so the bill should have been rs.999 but instead it is 1049..what does that mean??...

I ordered some clothing with shipping address of my University and sent it back for Exchange. But now due to COVID Issues my university is being closed . So, I need to change that shipping address to my Home address....

A boot shoe

My order no. is #4285596.. Its a shoe i reexchanged this product bcz of size issue and i was promised to be given a credit note.. But nobody came to pickup my stuff and no credit note has issued.. I tried calling them 17 times but no response, also sent several mails but no response! Please someone pick my garbage from here and give me credit note.....

Amount got debited from bank but order not placed

I added footwear from SSS in my cart and proceed to checkout through debit card. I made payment through debit card and it got successful (screenshot attached), But when it directed me back to SSS website. My order was in cart only and it said proceed to payment. But the amount already got debited and it is not showing on their website. They took my money but have not placed order. I want my money back....

Couldn't cancel my order and delivery boy threatened me

I had ordered a pair or shoes from that app and I tried to cancel it but saw that the item was shipped so there were no cancel option..then I tried to raise a query and tried to mail them and tried to cancel the order, after that they sent me a mail saying they would contact me with in 24-48 hours but there was no call or message...so I opened the app to check if I could return and exchange the product..the app was showing that I couldn't...

My credit voucher is not working

The credit voucher is disabled and i am not able to use it for my shopping. they took back the product they delivered and now they are not enabling the voucher code...

I ordered 3 shoes from the site on 24th February. It's been 15 days and the order is still not shipped.The contact number doesn't work and there are no answers from their part to the query option in the site....

They gave me a credit voucher but whenever i try to use it, it shows the voucher is disabled. I have faced this problem from very beginning...

Refund on my order

I ordered boots from this pathetic site. Pre-paid for the order and got different a size. After which I initiated an exchange and then received a pair of boots for the SAME LEG. They got my order wrong twice plus the boots were dusty and kind of worn out.

Despite being their fault they won't issue me a refund and gave me a credit note which doesn't work as well.

This site a load of crap and honestly wouldn't...

They are not accepting return and no money back policy

I had a ordered a combo buy offer for 3 clothing items for 799. And i knew that they didn't have money back policy. So they don't do just returns. But they can credit that amount of money as street style store credit so that we can buy something else from their website. But when i requested for that, so they said me that you can only exchange the item. You can't return it. So i requested them to give as credit, so that i can buy something...

Order not received/ Tracking info is incorrect

My replacement order for boots was placed on February 4 and I didn’t receive it yet.
The tracking number on the website is:

Upon calling ecom express I got to know this tracking number is invalid.
I informed Street style store about this and asked for my refund and they keep saying Please wait for the item once you get it return it for a refund.
So according to them I should keep...
