I have orderes a shoe but received wrong product. I exchange it to the okder one but again got wrong product. Please give me the shoes which i ordered or give me the refund but please dont give anything which i disnt ordered.

I placed an order for 3 products worth 1447/- and made payment through net banking. The amount has been deducted from my a/c but the products are still in the cart. The order has not been placed. I tried reaching out to the website but nobody is picking up the phone. There is no mail address. I want my refund but i don't see any way to get that.

I had placed this order on[protected] on street style store. And order order got split.

This was supposed to be delivered but the first order went for re-attempt and yet the order did not receive
I tried to contact customer care for two days since that day they are not picking up the call I tried another number given in the website that number is too unavailable.
When I open the website yesterday the order showed delivered. But I haven’t received the order not any call not even from customer care this is the first time I’ve ordered some street style store and this was the response I received this is too bad for the customer to trust please look into it and I have paid the complete amount. My order was kept on[protected] and the order was split and one of the order went for re-attempt of delivery but i never received and when the other order too arrived both the orders were supposed to be delivered at the same time but its been weeks and still not delivered. THE CUSTOMER CARE DO NOT PICK UP THE CALLS ALSO THE MAIN BRANCH THIS IS HORRIBLE. now the website shows delivered while I NEVER RECIVED MY ORDER this needs to be solved

I have ordered 3 flats they have sent me only 2 one is missing. when i tried to call them they did'nt replied and i have paid for 3 flats. i have raised the query.

I've order footwear from the website but due to size issue I've initiated my exchange of one item which has been picked up but when I checked this remaining two items, I found that size were small but now I'm unable to initiate the exchange of those two items because option isn't there
I've raised so many complaint and tickets but no body is responding also customer care number never gets connected
I'm trying to get these products exchange but due to no response from these people this product is still with me and return window is for 15 days
How can a customer raise his complaint when there is no one to hear them out

Then i have been mailing and messaging on facebook as customer care number is always busy.
But now seems like they have blocked me on facebook
And deleted my facebook comments too.
After waiting for the product for a month you have cancelled my order now i just saw. I was expecting my delivery someday thats y i didnt even shop from any other site but you just cancelled now after waiting your customer wait for this long.
The person replying me on messenger was also rude.
You must be thinking this is cool and can escape. But causing this extent of inconvenience to customer and not being ready to help them is definitely not cool
You might block me here too. But for the kind information i am a youtuber and have every records and your responds. Definitely making a vlog and giving a review plus a very important information about your service and the reason why you are worst rated on google.And will also be sharing all my experiences with a proof

You being a website can block a customer just because you gave them bad service and are unapologetic and now block them and find an escape and cancel their orders after making them wait for mor than one month.
A good company never blocks a customer instead check the reviews and try to understand then get a solution and try best to keep customer

But this SSS i promise its so unprofessional and horrible.

I ordered three tops for 799 inr . It was prepaid through bhim upi. The money was deducted from my account but the order was not generated. I called the customer care number several times nobody picked and submitted my complaint via email id there and i no one has reverted back although it the website we'll get back to you in 24 hours. I have been trying to speak with the customer care executive but no response there too. Nobody is taking my call. Either generate my order or i want my refund.

I had ordered some products from your site and it took a long time to ship. I had a change in address during this period .My order is shipped via ecom express.When I contacted them they informed me I can change my delivery address via Street Style Store.I raised queries and called the customer support for SSS multiple times but I can't reach them.

i have ordered few items on 7th Feb. 2021 and the website accepted it as COD.
after ao long, I received order and when I opened, I was amazed to see how the hell they can play with customers money and time?? if they can not fulfill the requirements, they shouldn't at least cheat them.
Please take an action asap.

I went for 3 for 999 shoes offer today so the bill should have been rs.999 but instead it is 1049..what does that mean??

I ordered some clothing with shipping address of my University and sent it back for Exchange. But now due to COVID Issues my university is being closed . So, I need to change that shipping address to my Home address.

My order no. is #4285596.. Its a shoe i reexchanged this product bcz of size issue and i was promised to be given a credit note.. But nobody came to pickup my stuff and no credit note has issued.. I tried calling them 17 times but no response, also sent several mails but no response! Please someone pick my garbage from here and give me credit note..
