I had ordered some products from your site and it took a long time to ship. I had a change in address during this period .My order is shipped via ecom express.When I contacted them they informed me I can change my delivery address via Street Style Store.I raised queries and called the customer support for SSS multiple times but I can't reach them.

    i have ordered few items on 7th Feb. 2021 and the website accepted it as COD.
    after ao long, I received order and when I opened, I was amazed to see how the hell they can play with customers money and time?? if they can not fulfill the requirements, they shouldn't at least cheat them.
    Please take an action asap.
    for reference, I am sending you pictures of the items mentioned on the package and what I found inside. plz look into this asap .

    After filling complaint here, I got a call from one of their customer care executives by saying that my pickup has been arranged...and next day I mean on sunday.. I got a call from +[protected] Named RAHUL. By saying that your pickup is arranged
    but because of the consumer form, we have to sort ur query within 24hours. Therefore, plz do provide me access of your phone via any desk amd open SSS app to resolve how we can improve it.. and how r u not able to see your orders.
    I did that coz I read already in your comments that you have soled all issues raised for SSS.
    All of a sudden, I got 4 msgs from my UNION bank app or the transactions. It was so shocking for me.. I do have his recordings by claiming that he is from SSS. Plz do the needful 🙏🏻

    SSS is most insecure app I have ever used fot shopping. this kind of disgusting incidents have never happened to me earlier. I do online shopping always but it’s d worst thing ever happened. Please look into the matter.

            I added footwear from SSS in my cart and proceed to checkout through debit card. I made payment through debit card and it got successful (screenshot attached), But when it directed me back to SSS website. My order was in cart only and it said proceed to payment. But the amount already got debited and it is not showing on their website. They took my money but have not placed order. I want my money back.

              I had ordered a pair or shoes from that app and I tried to cancel it but saw that the item was shipped so there were no cancel option..then I tried to raise a query and tried to mail them and tried to cancel the order, after that they sent me a mail saying they would contact me with in 24-48 hours but there was no call or message...so I opened the app to check if I could return and exchange the product..the app was showing that I couldn't exchange the product nor I would get a refund on the product..so I raised a concern again on their app and again there was no response..then on the day of delivery the delivery boy came and forced me to take the order I refused to receive it he threatened me badly for this...the delivery boy was to rude and abused me with bad words and the said " you've to suffer the consequences" I mean why would I have to listen to all this for just a product I wanted to cancel.

                              I ordered boots from this pathetic site. Pre-paid for the order and got different a size. After which I initiated an exchange and then received a pair of boots for the SAME LEG. They got my order wrong twice plus the boots were dusty and kind of worn out.

                              Despite being their fault they won't issue me a refund and gave me a credit note which doesn't work as well.

                              This site a load of crap and honestly wouldn't even buy anything from here.

                              Kindly issue a refund and stop fooling people.

                                I had a ordered a combo buy offer for 3 clothing items for 799. And i knew that they didn't have money back policy. So they don't do just returns. But they can credit that amount of money as street style store credit so that we can buy something else from their website. But when i requested for that, so they said me that you can only exchange the item. You can't return it. So i requested them to give as credit, so that i can buy something else from your site. But they didn't reply to my message. I again sent them a message but they haven't replied to that too. 3 days no reply. Moreover, the clothes are not my size and colour of one of them is not at all like the picture. I tried to contact them through their customer care number, but it only said, all the representatives are busy right now, try later. A customized fraud message it seems.

                                      My replacement order for boots was placed on February 4 and I didn’t receive it yet.
                                      The tracking number on the website is:

                                      Upon calling ecom express I got to know this tracking number is invalid.
                                      I informed Street style store about this and asked for my refund and they keep saying Please wait for the item once you get it return it for a refund.
                                      So according to them I should keep waiting for an order that I don’t know the delivery date for just to return it.

                                        I ordered two pair of same boots on 27/11/2020 and I received then in the first week of December. But one of them was not fit so I requested for exchange and the product was picked up by the end of December and since then I have not received the exchange product till now. Today is 1st of march and I just can see the status on my profile that the exchange product has been received from the last 1.5 months but nothing about shipping of the product. I really liked street style store at first but now I am really disappointed with it because of the problem I faced. 3 months period is not small. Kindly provide me with explanation about this and I want my product.
