I have ordered boots on January 26, 2021 from street style store, and received it on 5th February, 2021, the size was small so I requested exchange, when the exchange of my order received on 13 February 2021, the size of one boot is smaller than the other, it is not even getting fit in my foot, I raised the query against it on the street style store app and In the mail Received in the answer of the query was saying that the replacement order has been successfully delivered and there is no second exchange as per the policy.. they have delivered the faulty product and now saying that there is no policy for second exchange.. like what is this going on.. you guys are making fool o[censored]s, please exchange my pair of boots or give me refund of my order.

Updated by Somya+Gupta It's been 7 days of filing the complainant.. I recieved a call from SSS.. and they asked me for pickup request and said you pickup will be done in 4-5 working days..but till now I didn't got any call or any pickup from their side.

Updated by Somya+Gupta It's been 10 days from the day I filed the complain for my faulty Boots recieved.. the said pickup will be done in 3-5 days but still no pickup I arrenged.. please arrange pickup and provide me my refund.
