Pathetic customer support. I placed an order on 8th October, 2016 & today is 9th November, 2016. There's no tracking number nor any update on the product status. Also, i 've dropped an email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com but there's no update. Continuously called on the provided number [protected] (10 A.M to 6 PM) but there's no response sometimes my call is in waiting list and sometimes you guys aren't responding. How irresponsible your customer support is? Agree that you don't have courtesy to update on the order status but atleast have some courtesy towards customers to respond on Emails & call. Your order 1001691 ( POEHFLQRO ) is going through the last stage of quality-check, so hopefully it will be done in next 2-3 days, once it's done, it will be ready to ship and then only the tracking ID will be generated. So, kindly have a little more of patience and you will receive your order soon. I have placed an order no #1075013 on 11th nov still there is no update on tracking number. Your company does not even bother to respond on emails they why do you even provide customer support help desk email id's and contact number. Its a very pathetic service.

I have placed n order of a shoe on 3rd may n still der is no update . Wat d hell u r doing SSS . Ur have already taken the money as i have done the debit paymemt ! So this is the last warning or msg frm an irated customer . I have mah product delivery in 1 to days other wise return my money i[censored] cant deliver my product .this is d final call bcoz its already 15 days up so plz otherwise i have to take some strict action towards ur firm .

Hello what the hell is happening out there i have been called hell number of times and its always busy i[censored] cant really ship the product eveb after 21days when will you deliver the product like seriously! I atleast need a reply out here if my product is ready and will be delivered or is messed up out there 😑 order number -1575354 reply soon atleast
