I have ordered some products from street style store (delhi) online on 5th october 2016 (order reference number: #994926). it has been more than one month and the order is not delivered yet. I mailed them asking about the details of my order but no reply is entertained by them. I have also contacted them through the contact number given in their site but the contact number provided is continuously showing switched off.there is no return policy given neither the cancellation of the order is done.
i would be very thankful to you if you help me in getting my order either delivered or cancelled with the total amount refund as soon as possible.

I ordered a shoes on 2nd September, but it didn't shipped yet. What is wrong with your shopping site? Why do you cheat on costumers? If you can't shipped products on right time then why did you open your shopping site. You all team are cheaters.

I had placed an order no #797594 ( shoes) on the 10th July and I have still not received my product. Its been 4 months now... I have already paid for it online. You have 2 options-

1) either deliver the product asap OR
2) refund the payment

I have been following up time and again and I do not have any more patience. This is the worst online service ever experienced.

Pathetic customer support. I placed an order on 8th October, 2016 & today is 9th November, 2016. There's no tracking number nor any update on the product status. Also, i 've dropped an email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com but there's no update. Continuously called on the provided number [protected] (10 A.M to 6 PM) but there's no response sometimes my call is in waiting list and sometimes you guys aren't responding. How irresponsible your customer support is? Agree that you don't have courtesy to update on the order status but atleast have some courtesy towards customers to respond on Emails & call.

I have placed n order of a shoe on 3rd may n still der is no update . Wat d hell u r doing SSS . HBRQPWUKT h is my order number placed on the 9th of october 2016. They have not sent any tracking id, but say the product is shipped. there is no response from the phone number, their email replies are not answering any queries at all.
I want the parcel delivered or the money refunded.
They should at the very least communicate with their clients.

Today I got a call from delivery boy that he had received the product but its a Cash on delivery. When I have already paid for the product how SSS can ask money for the same.

I had ordered 3 pairs of slippers for INR999 which I am not satisfied with the products at all.I have contacted them for return of money instead they said we do not have company policy of returning money back instead you can order a new size !!! When the customer is not at all satisfied with the products received then where does the point of ordering a new size of slippers come from ???? Later they agreed to take back the products and promised me to create a credit request once they receive the products.Now it also shows in the website of my order history, they have already received the products and now no one is responding either to my mails or calls.This is so DISGUSTING !!! They are literally playing with the customer's time and money !!! Such a crap it is !!! Its like i have to call several times or send mails repeatedly they do not have a concern for replying.I need my money back !!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 21st October by making an online payment. I mailed them on 27th october to know the date of delivery. I got a call from them by a person by name Rohit Bhalla. He said I shall get my order by the end of the week and I haven't got it yet. I am trying to call them and mail them since more than a week now. There is no trace of any sort of intimation from them. They just send a Ticket No. Which doesnt even tell the track of my order. The last track record shows that It has reached Delhi and RTO has been given on 28th october. No development since then.

I have no idea when am I going to receive my products, I have been mailing you people in the coustomer care ID but no care is taken!

My orders BNSSKSMJG and RIXJUXILX have been pending. It has been 21 days. I'm worried coz i have already paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Either send us the order or refund the money if there is going to be further delay. They need to be dragged legally for being fraudulent to consumer court.
