I have placed order on 31st oct'16 and today is 23rd of Nov and I haven't heard anything from you guys. It's been more than 21 days.

I have sent an email requesting for status and received no response. And when i call customer care number it doesn't connect or none pick up the call. Never faced such a trouble in connecting to any customer care. SSS will lose more customers if this continues.

This is frustrating as I have never faced any problem in online shopping. I have ordered these shoes for an occasion and it's in just few days.

Please deliver my order asap!

    I tried using the voucher code provided by SSS for the items on my cart, but in vain. It says voucher not valid. Kindly refer the below conversation for reference and solve the same asap. It has been more than 4 months since the order was placed. today am neither having the products or refund. Atleast give a valid voucher to make further purchases. I have prepaid rs.1400/-

      I ordered a pair of boots on 23rd November, 2017 and made the payment for the same through my card.
      Since then I I haven't received any update on the same.
      The contact number doesn't work. Even the help desk is of no avail.
      I have complained a few times on their help desk and even tried to register the complain through their Facebook page but of no avail.
      I want an update on my order and a proper delivery of my products or please refund me my money at your earliest.

        These guys are unbelievable! It has been like *2 months* since I placed an order with them, they still haven't come around to DISPATCH my order plus they are not available via mail, I want my money refunded right away.

        This is a absurd way to do business. PATHETIC.

        Please have them reply to me and refund my money because I don't think they'll be able to deliver anything to begin with.

        If I wanted my order to reach me after three months, I would've used a pigeon.

        The order was placed on the 10/18/2016 and today is 11/23/2016.

          I got shoes in big size and it seems not similar as it was shown in the picture. I want to return the shoes n get my money back. I m a student and I am not from India. I m studying in India. I don't have any indian account so i[censored] return back my money dont ask me any account I have that u want to transfer money there. Please try to return in cash as I have paid in cash. Hope u wil understand my problem n solve it. Thank you..

            I placed two orders on the 31st of october . It's 22 days and I still haven't received my order yet. There has been no communication from the CSR's regarding the issue as well. Post complaint I received a message saying that the parcel would be delivered immediately but that hasn't happened either. I would like an initiation for refund for the two orders made.

              I have to travel outside Indiaand so I requested the team to process my request .. i made rhe order 12 days back ..after that I have tried to reach them via various means of communication..but thwy neither respond over mails nor calls .. very Poor cuatomer satisfaction ..even my order was a prepaid one.. if i would have known this, i might have placed my order on some other website..i will never ever recommend to make purchasing with them..

                I had placed an order on 11/18/2016 (order number: #1086117) and since then neither am i able to track the order nor am i getting any response from the company.I am unable to contact SSS.I i have already paid for the product and if not refund then at least the company should provide a date for delivery...

                  I have placed an order on Street style store.com and also made the payment. But still not received my order and now it has been more than a month.
                  Kindly provide me the refund for my order.

                  They are not providing any response and i contacted customer care but no response. They are so unorganized they don't know how to run a business. They are cheating people and making money but not delivering the product.

                    I ordered boots from your website on 17-nov-2016, order number #1085766. Amount of rs.699 debited twice from my account. Meanwhile its showing order cancelled on your website.

                    Nobody answers your helpline number. Is it the fake company or what??.. As per my knowledge my order is cancelled. Want to know when i'll be getting back my money.

                    Request you to please improve your service else you will loose all your customers and ]also let me know about my order status asap.

                    Also, i m still waiting for your reply. You guyz are so unprofessional and theirs no process which you follow. I just wanted to know the status of my order and why my money deducted twice for one product? Are you guyz thieves?? From last week i am thinking yes you are. Either give me the clear picture of the things, deliver our product and return the second amount which you had taken. Else the address mention in your website i'll come over there and solve the issue.

                      I'd like to file a complaint regarding the shoes I purchased from street style store, Order reference LWWQNVDDP placed on 10/17/2016 20:44:25 . I received the product on 6th of November and the shoe broke into two on the same day within 2 hours. They supply terribly low quality products at high prices and there is no response from the customer support.

                        I purchased white sneakers however they displayed the shoes on d website very difrent from what dey sent me. My friend ordered the same shoes and she received exactly what was on d website but I received a difrent one and now they say they wil not exchange. Its a prepaid order. Vry vry unhappy and this is wrong way of doing business!! The size fits me perfect but why should I be geting something i didnt ask for.

                          Hello,

                          This is in regards to order number #976927 made on Street Style Store online site.

                          I had ordered 2 footwear for 1299 on 26th of September 2016, payment mode was online transaction through debit card.
                          It is more than 50days & still haven't received my order now.

                          I had to gift this to someone on her birthday and thanks to this site that I couldn't.
                          They have been testing my patience and this is the second time i am facing such issue. Thankfully i got the learning and won't be ordering from this site now.

                          Requesting them to either deliver the order by this month or return the money.

                          I wish to change the delivery address now, since this no longer is a gift now, and i don't know how to update the address in the order that i have made.

                            I ordered two items from SSS on prepaid payment option and their website shows shipped.But it has been 15 days and no delivery.
                            I am not understanding what is taking them so long to deliver within same state.
                            Even their support team never replies to mail.

                            Really frustrated by such poor services.

                                A month back I received the product in SSS with the order number 1003168 but due to size mismatch I had to exchange it.
                                As per the return policy I immediately initiated a mail to [protected]@streetstylestore.com to raise a exchange request since there was no replace option in their official SSS site, based on my concern ticket number 394563 was raised and it was immediately closed with no action.
                                hence I had to raise another concern and then 2nd ticket was raised with the ticket number 395440 post which I received a mail on 5th Nov'16 from the Agent Navdeep SIngh stating he would initiate the exchange process followed by the same mail he sent and I was told that my pick up will be done in few days and once it done I had to collect a pick up receipt from a third party service provider and send him a confirmation mail stating pickup is done.
                                later on 8th Nov'16 I got my product picked up by a 3rd party service provider and I received the receipt on my pickup confirmation based on which I immediately wrote back to Navdeep SIngh based on his mail discussion.
                                its now 15 days after my pick was done I have neither received any acknowledgement on my exchange nor on my money refund of worth Rs. 750 including delivery charges from [protected]@streetstylestore.com
                                this Service providers does not have any customer service contact number neither they responds our query & concerns via mail which makes the customer more frustrated and insecure towards the money spent.
                                I really need a response here to know the status of my request from SSS service store. Please help!

                                  I order a shoe on 2-11-16 and make online payment but after that i don't receive any tracking no or other information that when approx i get it. even by calling them they don't receive my call for complaint and not answering my mails.                                     Sir, it been 15 days since the order has been placed and I have mailed several times I have just been provided with the order num and no further details. It says it will be delivered by fed ex. Where is my tracking details. My original order was actually placed on 13th october. Just refund my money and do not give my money in the form of the credits I want the money back to my account. This is actually so depressing. Waiting for almost 2 months for my order. I want some improvement from your side or I will be left with no option other than complaining to the consumer court.. I have been waiting for this order since 2 months.. it been a way too long. Highly disappointed.

                                      And im just getting replace option there i dont want to replace the product as what is shown in the website is not same as the real product. I want to return the product..and want my amount back

                                      Im trying to contact them since last night. I have provided my no also for a call back in my mails but no one is arranging call back for me as they have received the amount and now they don't bother. Im really disappointed.

                                        I have been writing to streetstylestore.com about my complaint from more than 1 month and no one gives a heed to my complaints. I have returned the product and yet not credited with the voucher amount. Its really very frustrating as you do not have a working contact detail except an e-mail id.
                                        And its not the first time i am facing such kind of issue. Customer service is too bad as an e-commerce site.
