I have placed two orders but none of the product has been delivered yet as it's been more than 3-21 days as per their policy.

It's been more than a month but neither any of the product has been delivered nor any acknowledgement.

Please either deliver it within this week or provide my money back.

As per their so called policy, they don't provide refund and because of this i have to use cash back and place order again.
This is the fourth time when i am placing a complaint for this site.

What is going on with streetstylestore?
I don't understand that why I haven't received my orders yet.
It's been more thn 1.5 months when I placed my order.

I have got a call from sss on 21 Oct saying that they will deliver my order with in 2- 3 days, and it's been 10 days from the call.

I don't understand if they don't want to deliver the product, why they are proving their site to place order.

This is last warning I m giving to sss that either deliver my order thinking this week else refund the amount back to my account, not the your site.

Can you please update about the arrival?
Your customer service number never works, no information is given about your delivery.
What is going on at your end?
Your agent called me 10 days back n told me that partial order will be delivered within 3-4 days... And it's been 10 days plus.
I don't understand about your service and your fake promises.
People are getting bothered by you guys again n again because their money are blocked.
Trust me, no one will take interest in your site in coming days, as because of your pathetic service and policies.

    Firstly, i ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Item (4940-just a pair) have default, one shoe is different from the another. Secondy, item (17184-here to staple flat in natural) doesnot look same as appeared on the site. Appearance is totally different. Highly disappointed. So, please refund my money if possible or issue me a credit note.

      But tell me one thing, you people don't deliver product so how can i order another product from you. I need only my refund that's it. I can't trust your company.

      It seems like its a fake and fraud company who took my money and they are not refunding and not even delivering my product ehich i ordered from you. You have to get me a solution.

        I had ordered 2 pair of shoes and even did online payment. That was almost 3 weeks back.
        But to date I havnt received any email/call/message from StreetStyleStore about my product delivery.
        I tried sending emails to their customer care but no response. This is very disappointing since there is no communication hen I will recieve my product.

          no reply to the mails that I have sent. No contact details.They stopped replying to the mails and the contact number mentioned is a fake number.
          No response of the exchange product and My money is also not refunded.
          worst shopping site.
          Please dont buy anything from this site. They will scam you.

          I have order a product of Rs.599 and i have made the online payment, its been almost 20 days the TAT shows 3-21 days
          but i see no response from this site for the delivery or any update worst online shopping site.

                  In reference to my Order No:1015865, I had ordered for “Boardroom Worthy Shoes” on 15th of October 2016. However, I received a completely different pair of shoes; the shoes that I have received is of Orange Colour with a Brown heel, unlike the one that I had ordered for, which is of brown colour with a black heel. As much as I appreciate the impressive improvement in your delivery, I think that it’s highly unethical when you deceive your customers by sending the wrong product.
                  Please find attached my Purchase Order and the picture of the product that I have received, for your reference.

                    Hi,

                    I have already tried everything but SSS is really pathetic site I have ever seen in my whole life.

                    I wanted to get my shoes replaced because the size doesn't fir me, i can't see replacement option on their site so I emailed them. I got one response which says there will b replacement button on their site and it's over. I emailed them back to back seeking help to get my shoes replaced but nobody is responding to me.

                    I wanted to wear shoes now because I am in need now not later mind that SSS Team!! For God damn sake atleast give me a contact no so that I can directly discuss writing all the time does no work and it takes too much time.

                    Please help me out or take your product back and refund my money.

                    Consider this complaint of mine as warning because you have limitlessly irritated me now!!

                    this name "silky" is also a fake one.. i also got the mail from "silky kapoor". seems like these people has only a single representative to clear our queries.
                    Replacement of my shoes with a +0.5 size or if you can refund my money back directly to my bank but not to your wallet or something it should be great!

                    Whatever it is please expedite your process!

                    It's Diwali time I may not be available in the town in some days then again don't put your non sense policy of first time free pick up n later 200/- per pick up because understand this is your mistake that you have delayed the process by months not me!!

                          continuous follow up landed me in the response that it is in high demand, but promised to deliver it ASAP,

                            I have got the wrong product that too after 1 and a half month.. nobody is bothered to reply back from sss
                            And I havnt received all 3 shoes which I ordered 1 and half month back.. their contact is also never connected. Nobody replies on mail nor on fb .. also they say product is out of stock after me ordering it. They keep saying will revert back no response till date and i have already paid cash..

                              I order three pairs of sandals in a combo and i paid through internet banking. The ordered was delivered to me on time but i have issues with the size with one pair so i Requested them for exchange. They took the single pair ordered for exchange but till date they haven't send me the exchanged item. My order has been placed around 1st week of July.

                                I ordered two items from the streetstylestore website. #952744 (A dress) and #952693 (Boots) on the 15th of sept, 2016. Dress was returned to be exchanged & delivered to their postal address on the 3rd of oct, 2016, as the size was too small via tracking id re[protected]in. Haven't received the items yet.                                   Order reference CZMJRVQSU .i have given back the product for replacement . # 633065 the number.but still yet now i havent got back the product .its been more than 3 months. i might be filing a case as soon as possible . before that try to delivery back
                                  ordered a chappal from street style store. CZMJRVQSU placed on 13/4//2016. i havent given replacement order but no one came to collect it so i couried back the product to them. but still yet now i havent got back my orginal product .its been 6 months im behind this .its was 500 rupees product for courier charge 250 extra given. so plz can u help me in getting back the product .or shud i file a case against them for not delivering the product.product id #633065

                                        I have ordered the items with the order id is "#1003270, Payment has accepted and its been 20 days waiting for the order,

                                        I have been sending mails and calling them up but they give one or the other reason. Everytime I call up they ask to give one more week time! I feel they are cheating the customers and not going to deliver the goods.
                                        They do not have the 'Cash on delivery' option which would be safe for both the buyer and the seller. Money has already been paid through the account. Amount paid is Rs. 1398/-
                                        I hereby request a refund of Rs.1398/- or request the order to be delivered as soon as possible.

                                        shoes through this site(SSS), they promised to give delivery but as of now i haven't got anything. i have my payment and order confirmation in mail. please help me in getting my product or refunding the amount. i think such sites should be punished because they fail the costumer trust which can affect other shopping sites too which are trustworthy...

                                        Status is displaying from 4 days "Order is ready for dispatch"...its not a elephant size order so taking, so much time to deliver it ..

                                        Please anybody give me the Exact contact number and address of it.

                                        Product not delivered yet payment done more than 1 month . I have placed 2 pairs of shoes but got only one, can u please let me know why my order is splitted and at what time I can get it.
