    I had placed an order for Pablo Picasso Bag on 4th November(Order reference: ZXFSETBOD). No udates about shipping and delivery status have been received, helpline number is always switched off, mails are never reverted to. I am absolutely helpless as I made online payment and there is no option of order cancellation. Never seen worse consumer service. Their page is innundated with complaints but they dont bother. It was a gift for my sister and her semester is getting over soon. She will not be available at delivery address after few days. Seems like my money went down the drain. Would never deal with thia site again.

      Order number is #1060431: I placed the order for steps on denim sneakers, size 35, on Nov.6 a prepaid order but haven't received the product yet. I sent an inquiry email at their mentioned helpdesk email id, yet no response. Kindly tell me when will i get my product. Order Reference QGBBZJEPK .

      order number is #1105435: I placed this order on Nov.27, it is also a prepaid order. Splash the time rain sneakers, size 35. but i want to change the delivery address for this product. I did raise a request for this but haven't received any reply. Please make the delivery address for this product same as for the order number #1060431. Also please let me know when will i receive the product. Order Reference UQSMZXRED.

      The order was placed on Nov.6, Nov.30 I raised an issue here, and I was told that it would be delivered on priority, but I haven't received the product yet.

      Order Reference QGBBZJEPK - placed on 11/6/2016

      RSSSPP8492, this is tracking number mentioned in my order history, but the site for courier service, refuses to recognize this tracking number and asks to enter a valid tracking number.

      Kindly update me, when will i get my product. It has been 45 days.

          I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 10/12/2016 and I have not recieved the product till today ( 11/29/2016) which is close to 1.5months.

          In their website, the assured delivery is between 3-21 days max.

          After that, Neither they responded to emails nor the refund is happening.
          I would like to get my money back. I do not wish to purchase the product from them.

              We shipped your order on "10/18/2016" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

              So, now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for your products which you can use in shopping in future with us!

                I have not received an order confirmation for order number [protected]-2711973.
                Ccavenue reference[protected]
                The payment has been done already and a confirmation from cc avenue has been received too. But, streetstylestore has not sent any order confirmation.
                No tracking details has been sent.
                In fact, my order details on my streetstyle store account doesn't even mention about this order.
                This has to be rectified as soon as possible because the products are required for a wedding next week.
                One of the products was listed under "same day dispatch" too.
                Rectify it asap.

                  As i have ordered two products and have just received only one out of it.
                  I would like to know the status of my other product.
                  It is almost two and half months that i have ordered the product yet that is not yet delivered
                  Will street style store would be able to deliver my order and if not they should return my money as soon as possible.
                  As my events are lined up for which i need the product if they are unable to deliver my product i will look for other online site for the products.

                      I have order a pair of boots on 21st October. They arrived after almost a month. Due to wrong size I had to request for replacement.. A guy took my product after 5-6 days. I haven't received any response yet. What is the use of the order If we can not use it at the right time.
                      This is very annoying, the contact number provided on your website never took any call.

                      Moreover I didn't expect the poor quality of the product as I can not change it (as you guys do not replace with different product) so I had to order same product with correct size. If you will take more than one week please cancel my order and refund my money I can not wait that long for one product. Its better to purchase offline.

                      As per the telephonic conversation, we had place the new order 1108582 of product " Rivet Combat Punk Goth Boots - Shoe Size : 37 " and the amount of previous order has been adjusted in this order and we had also waived off the COD charge, so at the time of delivery, you will only need to pay Rs 300/-.

                      As far as the delivery is concerned, it will be dispatch within the 3-5 days.

                                I have placed an order on 17th nov 16 with street style store for 3 pair of shoes and made the payment through credit card.
                                The order reference id is #1085090 however i'm not able to track this. Can any one please let me know how to track this order its been almost 11 days now.
                                An early response with the date of delivery will be highly appreciated.

                                  I placed my order SIXNQOKLF on 22/10/2016, it was prepaid.Site promises to deliver within 3-21 days.After 21 days I called their customer support on [protected] .They said it will be delivered in next week.
                                  But did not get any updates fro their side even after such a long time.

                                  Its such a worst service from them and misinformation!
                                  I really dont want anyone to place orders from this site, They are bloodsuckers!This site should be closed.

                                    I have queried again and again on the status and haven't got a single substantial response from your end.
                                    When you mention Tracking number, I am assuming you have dispatched the order from your warehouse.
                                    Either the tracking number mentioned is incorrect, or you are lying about it. In either case, this shows your incompetence.

                                    The resolution i want is either of the two mentioned below:
                                    1- Cancel the order and initiate a refund. I do not wish to get entangled into another round for my own money, so try to make it as hassle-free as possible.
                                    2- Update the tracking number/courier service, wherever it is that your executives have made a blunder and ensure I receive the order as soon as possible.

                                    Please bear in mind the order is already 56 days late, which is beyond the stipulated time mentioned on your website.

                                    What about the tracking information updated on the order page? If the order has still not been dispatched from the warehouse please don't mislead by putting that up!
                                    It does not help when you lie about this.

                                      I have ordered a product.but didn't receive any mail regarding my product. I have paid the money.. I tried many times.its not shown on my order history also.. Don't know whats going on.please revert back.accept the order for which I have paid and delivery it soon and confirm me on my mail.

                                      I am just pissed of mailing and contacting you people daily. Its just unacceptable and annoying.. I placed an order and paid for it.its been five days or more .I didn't receive any confirmation mail regarding my product. At least give me confirmation. Its just like throwing money in a dustbin. Please revert back soon.deliver my product as soon as possible. Its urgent. I need to go out of down. Please confirm the product and deliver it.I am sharing a payment receipt regarding this.

                                      I got products from this site before also. I think there is some problem.
                                      i think its a fraud site .
                                      I exchanged 2 of my order but one was delivered other was missing I complain on ur helpdesk but no one contact me.so please contact me its urgent.I have tried a lot on your customers service number but it not in service.
