The product i received is different from what i saw on the site. The fabric is faulty and not upto my expectation. I've written multiple mails. Trying to contact on the complaint number but nobody has been available for my assistance. Extremely disappointed with the product and service.
The product is so bad that i can't use it. The fabric and size discrepancies is unbearable and not upto my expectation. First shopping experience with this site and such bad service. I've been trying to reach them but it's not likely to answer my mails and the call won't connect.

As of now we only have the size change policy but in certain exceptional situation like your's we may issue the credit note which can be used to shop anything from our website up to the period of 1 year. But before that, you need to initiate the exchange process.

    I had placed an order from street style store from their 3 for 999 range of slippers but i ended up getting two pairs instead of three however i was asked to pay 1048 (inclusive of COD charge) on delivery. When i opened the package after the delivery boy had left i found that there were only two pairs instead of three. When i sent them a mail regarding the same they said a ticket had been raised and they would investigate, but they failed to mention that i had to send them photos of the products i had ordered. What a hard time i had contacting people there. Customer service sucks big time. Horrible service.

    Its been a month i havent got any response from them . I have all the details saved with me..

      I ordered for a product from their website which had already taken around 20 days now, calling them is actually a frustrating work, no one picks up the call, it keeps on ringing.
      There have been issue with their number which is too often, we have to keep calling them as it shows as line busy or if by mistake it rings up, there wont be any one to reply
      Tried mailing them too, but doesnt look like they actually do something to resolve these issue.
      If they cant deliver my product, then they can atleast call me back or refund the amount with a mail stating that there has been some issue
      But the team actually doesnt care about their users.
      Worst experiene ever, will be the last time I used this site

        This complaint is in regards to a credit note which I have not yet received.I had received my ordered product {Set: Just keep getting (Top + Black pant ) - Size : M} on 02/10/2016. I had raised an exchange request for the same due to a very weird fit on 03/10/2016 and the return package was collected by Nuvo Logistics Pvt. Ltd. on 06/10/2016.The Nuvo Ex Reverse Pick up AWB No. SSS0014526 was collected by Mr. Prashant Jadhav.
        I sent a few emails asking for the status of the return request but there was no update on the website nor did I receive any emails. Finally there was an update which I was able to see only after I logged into my Street Style Store account that the return package has been received at their end on 15/10/2016. After which I sent a number of emails on [protected]@street stylestore.com asking the status of the credit note but gain there was no response. It has been over 15-20 days since I have returned my product but I have still not received any credit note.The product is worth Rs.999/- and I am still awaiting the Credit note.
        Its my earnest request to the team of street style store to improve their communication with their customers so that we are aware of what is happening once we have ordered anything or returned anything.

        I have received the above email from street style store on 26/10/2016 wherein they are clearly mentioning that a credit note will be issued but however, the replacement product was already shipped on 25/10/2016. Now I have received the same product which I returned and now I have to go through the return hassle all over again.

          Its been more than 2 weeks, order has been placed, payment done online, but yet no delivery status can be tracked.
          I am a regular customer here, have ordered hell lot of products, and ignored this kind of service everytime, but now i should stop using your site i guess. No response received on mail queries.

            I ordered shoes but got wrong ones with different colour ..that was not the same which were shown in d pic nd even heels colour is totally different ..
            the colour was dark and it is totally light colour and heels inthe pic was blackish brown but i got the shoes with loght brown colour with wood (lighest brown ) heels which is totally out of match ..
            So plz let me get wright nd same product which i ordered and sme colour shown in the pic ...or return my cash ..

              I ordered a set, a top and skirt. The same product with different top was ordered some time back by my friend with the same product specifications. The skirt which she received was the same as shown in the web image. But the skirt which I have received is off the cheap quality. The skirt is same as the material of a mop.

              I requested SSS to either exchange the product or refund the money. They have loopholes in there return process. They say they do not have a return policy. They are just blocking the customers money, by delivering bad quality products. This is not at all professional.

              Carrying on business on such a vast e commerce medium and deceiving the customers by manipulating the material of the products online and offline.

              Highly disappointed. They are actually breaching with the provisions of the Consumer Court. They do not have a return policy is the loophole in there process.

              I even requested to change the skirt with the skirt which was required to be delivered. I can share the images of the actual skirt which got delivered and which was supposed to be delivered.

              This is a highly committed fraud. Request you to take a serious action against the owners and founders of the Street Style Store.

                I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/11/2016 and till now i haven't received any tracking number.

                The big problem is that they have not even a single number on there website nor they reply on the email.

                My reference number is 1006312 and though they take extra charge for cod so already paid the amount.

                They all are such a fraudulent that after taking order they not even bothered about the customer, they should shut down there sites.

                Please do helpful action on this.

                  I booked my order at 30 September 2016 still its not deliver to me there is no contact number available on site i dropped email but did not got any response
                  even i checked in the courier service site and called them they cut my call after knowing the product is from Street Style Store i need help its already too late

                    On 07.08.2016, I ordered shoes worth 1000 on streetstylestore.com. As they weren't of my size, I claimed for return. The concern person has taken the shoes back and I have re-ordered the shoes of my size. And from then, I haven't heard from them . I tried to contact them through phones, emails, Social networking sites etc. but I still haven't heard from them. Its been 2.5 months since I re ordered the shoes and no one even cares to deliver the product or at least reply to the concerned messages or mails.

                      I had made an order for 3 [protected]@999 on around 25/08/2016 which i received it after 15-20 days from which i had to replace 1 because of size issue.Firstly there was no option of replacement in my account so i even mailed about the issue and it took 5 days to resolve the problem.Then after i made the replacement request it took more than 10 days to collect the parcle.And now already it has been more than 1 and half months that i have not received my order.Delay in reply by the company.Atleast try to inform about the delays so that customer could understand.It would be great if i get my order by coming 2-3 days.I hope this will help me resolving my problem unlike @helpdesk.streetstylestore.com

                        I have ordered a product on this website..They have delivered the product, but the quality was poor.I have returned the product and requested em that i would buy another product in plae of it.As the company do not have a money refund policy, they have given me a credit note worth Rs 900.However, i was facing a difficulty in encashing the same.I have been communicating the same to the company for over 5 months through emails..they promise me to deliver the product worth of that credit note.But they are charging me at the time of delivery.This has happened thrice.The customer care n number is busy all the time..or it doesnt connectAnd they do not reply to the emails properly.Customer service is horrible.They never refund the money nor give me the service.Please look into the matter and do the needful

                            Order#[protected]-2361837 . I haven't received heels that I purchased from this site. Since COD wasn't available on this product, I decided to pay the amount online. It has been almost 15 days that I haven't received this product.                               This is regarding order #1011804. I have used this site multiple times to buy products. I was once a happy customer. So, i saw this white bag that looked good on the website. I got the order and its looks NOTHING like what was on the site. And theres no way to replace it. I have sent a mail as well and no response. terrible customer service. I really cant use this bag anywhere. besides, its a white bag and theres a stain on it too!

                                Till now, the product hasn't been replaced. The faulty product has been collected and no receipt for the same has been provided to me in the month of september 2016. However, even after umpteen mails to street style store, the replaced product hasn't been delivered to me. The order #978051 on their website shows "priority despatch shoes" since 26.09.2016. Today is 21.10.2016 and no action for the delivery of the product has been taken by sss.
                                The scanned image of the document on which sss agent has taken by signature at the time of picking up product from me is being attached here. (Since no receipt has been provided by sss to me at the time of picking the product from me).
                                Sss doesn't provide any proof of return taken by them so that the cash and product both reach them and the customer remains helpless without any proof to present their case.

                                both orders 1055433 & 1055392 created by SSS by cancelling order 978051 (due to technical reasons as clarified by SSS) are still remaining undelivered. Screenshots of fake/ untraceable tracking details shared.
                                It also may be noted that order no 978051 was placed on 26.09.2016 the product of which was found defective and that order has been cancelled by SSS on 01.11.2016 and order nos. 1055433 & 1055392 placed by SSS suo motto on 04.11.2016 and shipped ( as per info on SSS website). However, till date the tracking numbers could not be tracked since the carriers and/ or the tracking number provided by SSS on its website are fake. The articles have also not received me.

                                  I ordered a shoe on this site and received the product but as size didn't fitted well, i returned it for replacement of appropriate size but they didn't send any product to me. I contacted them several time and they even assured me for the delivery but now its been a long time they are not even responding to my mails.

                                        My friend had placed an order of shoes on 19th August and the size wasn't correct so I asked for an exchange of the correct size. On 2nd September the order was returned and since then I haven't received my product or refund. All I get is that keep patience your will receive your product but I don't see any of it happening. It's almost going to be 2 months. I want a refund but they say it's not in their policy. I need help either to get my shoes or the refund money.
