The one in the site is a total different print. Very weird print and the left side doesnot match with the right side. Bad quality. These guys dont know what is synthetic leather. They literally nailed 2 papers and gave me. Total dissapointment. I have waited for a month for this package. The pictures on the website were misleading. The package i got was totally different in the website.

        Order reference #1005028. It has been 16 days since I have made payment and ordered. I still haven't got any shipping confirmation nor any tracking number. I have sent so many emails and only responses I get is that my mail has been sent and shall be attended but never happens. It was only attended once but it was not at all relevant. Please provide me a tracking number and the name of the carrier if my products has been dispatched. And if not, please do soon because it has been 16 long days and I am running out of patience.

          I ordered flat sandals from the site streetstylestore under the category of 3 for 999, , , the site says that the product will be delivered in 3 -21 days, , but i got my product by 2 months, , the prodcut was very disappointing of cheap quality, the prodcuts were not like how it was shown in the picture, , , the size was too large, , quality doesnt have a value of even a penny, i requested for a pickup and the request has been accepted, , they agreed me that the pickup will be done in 2 days, , it has been over 45 days now, , where is your pickup?where is my exchange? you should pay compensation fr me, , , only thing i have to say is that never order from this site, , this is such a fraud thing, , , i hope u will do necessary actions for this, ,

            I have buyed 3 pairs of ladies sandals from their online store, After receiving the products I found that one pair is not of my size, I have tried several times from their website to file an exchange request but their is a bug in their website and no other contact number or email working. I have raised this issue in their complaint forum but there is no reply. Please help me out!!

                  I have ordered three pairs of shoes on 1st september 2016, only two pairs are received and since then they haven't contacted me once for the same.

                  \all they are doing is delaying the delivery just because they are out of stock.

                  Their site mentions that the order will be delivered with 21 days of ordering.

                  Mine is a prepaid order and haven't received the full order yet.

                  Worst part is none of them is giving prior notifications whether i am going to receive them or not.

                  Also apart from that their worst delivery practices, they are changing the order date from its original to the nearest past date possible, which makes it look like that the order is placed in past recent days only.

                    This is the worst experience with SSS site for the first and the last time. I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes (Size 42) on 14th September (attached) from this site. The shoes were loose in size so I placed the replacement but no one came to pick those up. I complaint through this forum, after that they contacted me on 5th Oct and assured me to replace my order for new size (Size 41). After returning all the 3 pair of shoes on 7th Oct, I sent them follow up emails twice, after which they responded that replacement order is in process on 18th Oct but after checking the new replacement invoice (attached), they replaced only two pair of shoes but I told them to replace all 3 pairs of shoes. I am still waiting for the replacement product but I need all 3 pairs of shoes.

                      Hello,

                      I placed the order on 24th of september. They claim to provide delivery within 3 to 21 days of placing order which is quite a long time. Although, 21 days have passed, i can't see any update on this order. Their customer service is very poor. They don't even have a customer care number on their site. Only mode of communication is e-mail.

                      Even though i have sent a lot reminders via mail. Every single time they say that order is being processed. I have prepaid for this an amount of rs. 999/-. But this is very harassing and i as a consumer feel robbed. Please help in this regard.

                              The product i received is different from what i saw on the site. The fabric is faulty and not upto my expectation. I've written multiple mails. Trying to contact on the complaint number but nobody has been available for my assistance. Extremely disappointed with the product and service.
                              The product is so bad that i can't use it. The fabric and size discrepancies is unbearable and not upto my expectation. First shopping experience with this site and such bad service. I've been trying to reach them but it's not likely to answer my mails and the call won't connect.

                                I had placed an order from street style store from their 3 for 999 range of slippers but i ended up getting two pairs instead of three however i was asked to pay 1048 (inclusive of COD charge) on delivery. When i opened the package after the delivery boy had left i found that there were only two pairs instead of three. When i sent them a mail regarding the same they said a ticket had been raised and they would investigate, but they failed to mention that i had to send them photos of the products i had ordered. What a hard time i had contacting people there. Customer service sucks big time. Horrible service.

                                Its been a month i havent got any response from them . I have all the details saved with me..

                                  I ordered for a product from their website which had already taken around 20 days now, calling them is actually a frustrating work, no one picks up the call, it keeps on ringing.
                                  There have been issue with their number which is too often, we have to keep calling them as it shows as line busy or if by mistake it rings up, there wont be any one to reply
                                  Tried mailing them too, but doesnt look like they actually do something to resolve these issue.
                                  If they cant deliver my product, then they can atleast call me back or refund the amount with a mail stating that there has been some issue
                                  But the team actually doesnt care about their users.
                                  Worst experiene ever, will be the last time I used this site

                                    This complaint is in regards to a credit note which I have not yet received.I had received my ordered product {Set: Just keep getting (Top + Black pant ) - Size : M} on 02/10/2016. I had raised an exchange request for the same due to a very weird fit on 03/10/2016 and the return package was collected by Nuvo Logistics Pvt. Ltd. on 06/10/2016.The Nuvo Ex Reverse Pick up AWB No. SSS0014526 was collected by Mr. Prashant Jadhav.
                                    I sent a few emails asking for the status of the return request but there was no update on the website nor did I receive any emails. Finally there was an update which I was able to see only after I logged into my Street Style Store account that the return package has been received at their end on 15/10/2016. After which I sent a number of emails on [protected]@street stylestore.com asking the status of the credit note but gain there was no response. It has been over 15-20 days since I have returned my product but I have still not received any credit note.The product is worth Rs.999/- and I am still awaiting the Credit note.
                                    Its my earnest request to the team of street style store to improve their communication with their customers so that we are aware of what is happening once we have ordered anything or returned anything.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have received the above email from street style store on 26/10/2016 wherein they are clearly mentioning that a credit note will be issued but however, the replacement product was already shipped on 25/10/2016. Now I have received the same product which I returned and now I have to go through the return hassle all over again.

                                      Its been more than 2 weeks, order has been placed, payment done online, but yet no delivery status can be tracked.
                                      I am a regular customer here, have ordered hell lot of products, and ignored this kind of service everytime, but now i should stop using your site i guess. No response received on mail queries.

                                        I ordered shoes but got wrong ones with different colour ..that was not the same which were shown in d pic nd even heels colour is totally different ..
                                        the colour was dark and it is totally light colour and heels inthe pic was blackish brown but i got the shoes with loght brown colour with wood (lighest brown ) heels which is totally out of match ..
                                        So plz let me get wright nd same product which i ordered and sme colour shown in the pic ...or return my cash ..
