I have ordered 2 dresses from the website. After following up for 10-15 times they have shipped the product. Again have followed up for a number of times for getting the link to track the product. When I got the link I get to know that product was out for delivery for 2 times but I have not got a single call from anyone for the same. Have even asked for the contact number of courier person but they have not provided the same. I just knew that carrier was "always carrier" (I have not heard it's name before, in fact it's not there in Google as well for tracking orders) and the tracking number is AWP9000877. Now the status of my order shows that the packet was undelivered and returned to warehouse. I don't know what to do next as they are neither picking up the call nor replying to my emails. I am tired of dropping them emails. I want either my money to be refunded or my product to be delivered asap.

    Congratulate to me as i got my product delivered after 75days with hell lot of follow up. My request to all please give a second thought before doing business with sss. They claimed a delivery within 21days and if you call before 21days, the customer support executive will show you a unwanted attitude.       Ssspp3520 tracking number and product reference vylgeqcvo was been commited to be received on saturday.. Was waiting since long time but customer care commited on 26 th but no call no deliver person reached here and now i see status as not accepted by customer..

      October 10 th got confirmation it's courier but till november 28 th it's not been received. When i check tracking in express online site. It's say customer did not accept.

      I did not receive any call or none came to my house to deliver then how is this update possible..

      When it commited 1week why is it so late and when courier is out we should get call or messg but no confirmation

      It's really troubling calling so many times. My diwali is upset

      I have gone through your matter and came to know that your order 1005871 ( VYLGEQCVO ) was shipped on 10/19/2016 and as per the tracking details it says " UNDELIVERED - CONSIGNEE REFUSED TO ACCEPT " but as per your encounter you haven't received any calls or any delivery related thing, which is why i had arrange an delivery for your order 1005871 and it will be done in next 3-5 days.

            I have made a return request for the shoes, but there is no response form Street style store.com

            i have given a complain about it three times there was no response, is this the way to fool the customers??

            there is no mail also nor a single msg that they may be collecting the product back.

            please let me know what all details are required to give a complain because our money is not a waste!!!

            i want my money back, the shoes which iv got are not even worth please please return my money.

            Its 4 months now the money is with streetstylestore. Headed with n no. of mails n no replays nor the parcel delivered.

            Please request you t look into this as we are ordinary people work hard n earn money .. not for these type of sits where they can eat up the money. You can jus go through the order details, like mad m following up from Aug. its been 4 months now.

              The one in the site is a total different print. Very weird print and the left side doesnot match with the right side. Bad quality. These guys dont know what is synthetic leather. They literally nailed 2 papers and gave me. Total dissapointment. I have waited for a month for this package. The pictures on the website were misleading. The package i got was totally different in the website.

                    Order reference #1005028. It has been 16 days since I have made payment and ordered. I still haven't got any shipping confirmation nor any tracking number. I have sent so many emails and only responses I get is that my mail has been sent and shall be attended but never happens. It was only attended once but it was not at all relevant. Please provide me a tracking number and the name of the carrier if my products has been dispatched. And if not, please do soon because it has been 16 long days and I am running out of patience.

                      I ordered flat sandals from the site streetstylestore under the category of 3 for 999, , , the site says that the product will be delivered in 3 -21 days, , but i got my product by 2 months, , the prodcut was very disappointing of cheap quality, the prodcuts were not like how it was shown in the picture, , , the size was too large, , quality doesnt have a value of even a penny, i requested for a pickup and the request has been accepted, , they agreed me that the pickup will be done in 2 days, , it has been over 45 days now, , where is your pickup?where is my exchange? you should pay compensation fr me, , , only thing i have to say is that never order from this site, , this is such a fraud thing, , , i hope u will do necessary actions for this, ,

                              I have ordered three pairs of shoes on 1st september 2016, only two pairs are received and since then they haven't contacted me once for the same.

                              \all they are doing is delaying the delivery just because they are out of stock.

                              Their site mentions that the order will be delivered with 21 days of ordering.

                              Mine is a prepaid order and haven't received the full order yet.

                              Worst part is none of them is giving prior notifications whether i am going to receive them or not.

                              Also apart from that their worst delivery practices, they are changing the order date from its original to the nearest past date possible, which makes it look like that the order is placed in past recent days only.

                                This is the worst experience with SSS site for the first and the last time. I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes (Size 42) on 14th September (attached) from this site. The shoes were loose in size so I placed the replacement but no one came to pick those up. I complaint through this forum, after that they contacted me on 5th Oct and assured me to replace my order for new size (Size 41). After returning all the 3 pair of shoes on 7th Oct, I sent them follow up emails twice, after which they responded that replacement order is in process on 18th Oct but after checking the new replacement invoice (attached), they replaced only two pair of shoes but I told them to replace all 3 pairs of shoes. I am still waiting for the replacement product but I need all 3 pairs of shoes.

                                  I placed the order on 24th of september. They claim to provide delivery within 3 to 21 days of placing order which is quite a long time. Although, 21 days have passed, i can't see any update on this order. Their customer service is very poor. They don't even have a customer care number on their site. Only mode of communication is e-mail.

                                  Even though i have sent a lot reminders via mail. Every single time they say that order is being processed. I have prepaid for this an amount of rs. 999/-. But this is very harassing and i as a consumer feel robbed. Please help in this regard.

                                    I had placed an order for 2 shoes on 13th sep, and till date i have not received the products. Its been 2 months now. No one receives calls, no one responds to mails. They are simply cheating people.

                                    I had placed an order for shoes on 29th Nov and 2nd on 10th Dec and till date i have not received the products. Its been 20 day now. No one receives calls, no one responds to mails. They are simply cheating people. i have to say very very very bad service you provide to customers.

                                      Shoes stiches are going after wearing just for twice.. Seriously, it is too much. Don't waste the money and time of customer. You people dont know proper and good stiching; if you guys want i will send the snaps of it also. Respond to me as soon as possible. And sss are also not picking my phone (For complain).
