Further to the mentioned order number, its been 25 days that I have placed my order. I have been trying to reach out to the team but there has been no response. I was informed that the product shall reach me in 21 days. Please advise. Neither I want the order to be cancelled nor I want credit back in my account. Either you return the money to my credit card from which the payment was made or you deliver the product on priority.

Kindly respond or I shall take this up to higher authorities for the fraud you are committing with customers.

I have shown enough patience but the order has been on priority delivery since 5th October (as updated on your website itself) What kind of priority delivery is taking more than 13days to deliver. Please advise the same.

Also, kindly update a tracking number for the order. The one mentioned on the website for my order is incorrect. The least you could do is share the right tracking number and the contact details of the carrier.

    I have still not got many of orders, the products for 747802 & 946730 has been picked up, but no new product has been delivered yet in exchange of those. And moreover i have total 7 number of pending orders, and they are not visible in your site. What is going on??? For the orders 747802 & 946730, its been mentioned "credit note is given", what does it mean??? Karan who is assigned to the ticket number #389861, he is not responding to my questions, most of the below orders are prepaid, no updates on that?? Is there any joke going on?

      Also there is no option to get my money back

          My order number is 1017384 and 1017409. I ave made orders on october 10 and paid the amount already, 2 of the items were cancelled as they are out of stock which is not my problem and have given me amount in form of credits which is not acceptable. I want the amount back into my card. And so far haven't recieved any products its a month either i dont receive any updates. I have emailed them for which there is no reply.

          I wanted to return one product as its quality is the worst and i am not able to access my account it shows that email id doesnt exist...Help me with that as well dont u people reply on any emails?
          I have recieved two items and a sorry note what that needs to be done in???? And learn to pick up the phone or respond to email.I want to return one sandals as well what will i do with credit note as u people are least bothered to deliver the products i want my other items in 2 days else pls put those with u do u understand i have ordered on oct 16 ans what is the today date?
          I want immediate response to it..else u transfer the amount to my account not a credit note do u think after worst experience anyone will come and take products again from u ?

            As i tracked from your website it showing that my product has been delivered today evening at around 5.24 p.m. But till now i didn't received it. Waiting for your revert and take necessary action as I didn't received my product as of now..its been so many days i didnt get any mail or text from your side. This is really pathetic
            Im trying to call on your customer care no but no one is receiving call..i have also forwarded you mail 2 times but no response from your side..i just get an auto generated mail from your side that you have received my query with ticket no I really want you to take necessary action as i have made online payment abd according to your tracker my order has been delivered but I didn't received it yet.

            hey,

            yes i have received the order but i want to inform you that i received is very different from what show in your website. I have attached images also.
            I order 4 products from your site but im just happy with only one product and for that also there is size issue and for others im not at all satisfied. i can understand that there can be slightly different but the product is totally different i request you to replace the products with other shoes( im ready to pay extra difference amount, if there will be higher price) or else refund my amount in my bank account.
            for one product that is Fly High With Me - Shoe Size : 38, i have placed a request for size change but for others im not at all satisfied with the quality of the shoes. Request you to take necessary action..or else i will have to take help of social media.
            i have attached the picture of original product that i received and the one shown in your website.

              In request to order no. #1035384 dated at 10/25/2016 that I havent received yet neither have I observed anybody follow up for the same, neither do they receive calls on customer care no. just leave the customer lost and unaware about the product/service pathetic service highly disappointed. Nor do I remember getting a confirmation call for order although I have receipt generated right in front of me.

                    I had placed an order on 3/11/2016 (order number: 1053621) and since then neither am i able to track the order nor am i getting any response from the company. i tried mailing them but all my tickets are still being processed. i tried calling them but their number remains busy throughout the day. please look into the matter. i have already paid for the product and if not refund then at least the company should provide a date for delivery

                      This complaint is regarding order reference oxjccrgeu - placed on 08/29/2016

                      It is almost 3 month and i have still not received my replacement order,

                      I have been waiting since 2 months for the right product, you guys have taken payment and not yet delivered correct size. No further communication has been done from company's end even after making so many complaints, writing several mails. I have tried a lot contacting these people but nobody is there to answer me. Wrote on their facebook page as well but no reply

                      I want instant action on this, either deliver my order asap or refund my money,

                        I ordered three footwears worth rs. 850/- on 25th Sep, 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet.

                        Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com. And when i call on the number which is shown on their website, they seem to be busy ALWAYS.
                        I mailed them thrice about the same, getting no informative response.

                        I kept asking them about my product through repetative emails and still i get no response.

                          I ordered for clothing online from SSS and did an online payment of 6000 rs on 15th October. They garunteed it would reach by 21 days. It's 15th November now and I have still not received my clothing. I want to take a legal action against. Them. So many women fall prey to such online shopping scams.                                 I ordered 2 shoes from style street 2 weeks before. Their delivery is 3-21 days. Last week I was informed I am traveling this week. So I sent an email to them regarding my order. Their customer care never picks the call nor they reply on emails.This is their customer service. If the customer is in need they don't even pay a heed to talk to us. I tried calling their customer care and don't even pick the call. But can't they understand that because of an emergency I have to leave this week for 3months. Then who is gonna collect my order or will they simply keep the money in their pocket. These guys should know how to treat a customer.. What I ask is a simple thing reply my queries and give me a solution. My money is gone now and I will be travelling. If they could have heard me and gave me a solution then it would have been great.

                                  I had placed an order for 4 shoes and paid an amount of Rs.2299. I have not received any of the shipments or details of shipment. Had been constantly following up with the site. The first response was that i should wait for 21 days . I did wait and then send a mail. Till now I have not got any proper response on when they cans end the shipment.On 31st they split the order into 2 and one of the orders the date of order is shown as 31st October, and status is shipped. Till date I have not got any delivery. And there is no number to contact them.

                                    This is regarding my Order Reference RYGAGVJYC - placed on 10/22/2016.
                                    I have placed the replacement request for this product due to size issue.

                                    As per request, the product was picked up from my address on 22/10/16.
                                    But i still didn't get the new replaced product.I tried to track the item but the tracking number is invalid. Its almost 20 days now and I haven't received any information regarding this.

                                    Kindly look into the issue and reply back with some information. And your call center are not responding, So please its a request kindly take some action.
