    I ordered a skirt and top set from streetstylestore.com on 1st September 2016. It's over 2 months now and still no sign of the product. Despite constant reminders there is no response from the website. The contact number given on the website is always busy.
    Kindly take strong action against it. Please return my money as soon as possible.
    I have attached the screenshots of the mails exchanged with the website's helpdesk.

        I have ordered belle flats on august 14th and the order number is 874241. the transaction was successfully done. i haven't got my product still and i mailed them regarding the issue but they replied as they are sincerely sorry because there was some operational fault and couldn't deliver the product. this is so disgusting and unpleasant so, could you contact them and solve my issue

          I have placed one order on 6th October(#997132) and one on 10th October(#[protected]). Payment were sucessfully done with online payment mode, but haven't received my ordered till now. I have mailed on customer support Id and got a reply that my order was converted to priority dispatch order but still haven't received it yet. Could you please help me either with the exact date that when I will receive both of them, or just simply help me with the process to cancel the order and how to get my money back in my account.

                I have also send emails regarding the same, but there has been no response. I understand you take a period of 21 days to dispatch the orders, and now you have cross the delivery date by 8 more days.
                This is unacceptable...
                Deliver me my order or i will sue you.

                  I ordered 3 pair of sandals for 999. Out of which 1 i have received. What about the other two? And now when i am checking my order history i can only see 1 sandal, where is the other one?? You are so unprofessional. This is so irritating. Also i have done online payment, you can understand my frustration now. What contact number you have given, either it's always busy or no one picks up the phone.

                        This is in reference to my order no. 1033909. product: set: just keep getting (top + black pant) : m rs 999/- & invoice no: #in1016753

                        I had ordered for this product as a replacement of 3for999 chappals in august 2016. i received the set: just keep getting (top + black pant) in october16. as the product was totally ill fitting, i returned the same within 2 days of the receipt of the set and i had clearly mentioned in the replacement request that i did not like the product and would like to exchange it for something else. i had to do a lot of follow up as after the return packet was picked up there was no update for over 10 days regarding the return. i sent them a number of emails asking the status on their email id [protected]@streetstylestore.com but there was no response. finally after a complaint was registered on consumercomplaints.in, i received an update in my street style store account mentioning the return package was received on 15/10/2016. i then asked for a credit voucher in order to shop something else for the same amount but again there was no response inspite of number of emails being sent to their email address. after a couple of days i suddenly get an email that your replacement product has been shipped and the tracking number was given.
                        I immediately sent an email asking them what product is replaced as i had never asked for a replacement i wanted to change the product and i also told them to stop the replacement as i did not want the set: just keep getting (top + black pant). as usual i received an auto generated email with a ticket number but there was no response from the street style store representative.
                        I did not want this particular product and yet they sent the same for no reason.

                              I have ordered 2 dresses from the website. After following up for 10-15 times they have shipped the product. Again have followed up for a number of times for getting the link to track the product. When I got the link I get to know that product was out for delivery for 2 times but I have not got a single call from anyone for the same. Have even asked for the contact number of courier person but they have not provided the same. I just knew that carrier was "always carrier" (I have not heard it's name before, in fact it's not there in Google as well for tracking orders) and the tracking number is AWP9000877. Now the status of my order shows that the packet was undelivered and returned to warehouse. I don't know what to do next as they are neither picking up the call nor replying to my emails. I am tired of dropping them emails. I want either my money to be refunded or my product to be delivered asap.

                                  Ssspp3520 tracking number and product reference vylgeqcvo was been commited to be received on saturday.. Was waiting since long time but customer care commited on 26 th but no call no deliver person reached here and now i see status as not accepted by customer..

                                  October 10 th got confirmation it's courier but till november 28 th it's not been received. When i check tracking in express online site. It's say customer did not accept.

                                  I did not receive any call or none came to my house to deliver then how is this update possible..

                                  When it commited 1week why is it so late and when courier is out we should get call or messg but no confirmation

                                  It's really troubling calling so many times. My diwali is upset

                                  I have gone through your matter and came to know that your order 1005871 ( VYLGEQCVO ) was shipped on 10/19/2016 and as per the tracking details it says " UNDELIVERED - CONSIGNEE REFUSED TO ACCEPT " but as per your encounter you haven't received any calls or any delivery related thing, which is why i had arrange an delivery for your order 1005871 and it will be done in next 3-5 days.

                                  Please have a little more patience and I rest assure you that you will receive your product soon.

                                  I did not get my oder stuffs yet... I told them I am out out station by 15 I said I will collect...BT they did not come..I gave a mail too..they said I will get . told to wait or 2days..BT its more dn DT..but I did not get it.. Kindly help me with those delivery number...

                                    This order was never dilivered to me. I am trying call as well but no reply. I got mail for credit balance but again no amount was credited in my account.

                                      Order no 869918 had Odered product last two months back and have not received it and now I get a mail that the product will not get deliver I am not a fool that waiting for so long I want my products to get deliver I have mailed then and they had assured that it will get deliver but after two months just giving a mail that it cannot be deliver

                                        I have made a return request for the shoes, but there is no response form Street style store.com

                                        i have given a complain about it three times there was no response, is this the way to fool the customers??

                                        there is no mail also nor a single msg that they may be collecting the product back.

                                        please let me know what all details are required to give a complain because our money is not a waste!!!

                                        i want my money back, the shoes which iv got are not even worth please please return my money.

                                        Your order pick-up request for exchange has been manually registered and the order will be picked-up within 3-5 working days.Once the products are received in the warehouse, replacement order will be dispatched or credit note will be issued.

                                        #1070919 ordered, in returns of #942206.

                                        Its 4 months now the money is with streetstylestore. Headed with n no. of mails n no replays nor the parcel delivered.

                                        Please request you t look into this as we are ordinary people work hard n earn money .. not for these type of sits where they can eat up the money. You can jus go through the order details, like mad m following up from Aug. its been 4 months now.
