    I ordered a pair of shoes on 21st October by making an online payment. I mailed them on 27th october to know the date of delivery. I got a call from them by a person by name Rohit Bhalla. He said I shall get my order by the end of the week and I haven't got it yet. I am trying to call them and mail them since more than a week now. There is no trace of any sort of intimation from them. They just send a Ticket No. Which doesnt even tell the track of my order. The last track record shows that It has reached Delhi and RTO has been given on 28th october. No development since then.

    I got a call from them on 8th November. They said i will get my order till the end of the week . and its already Tuesday now. I havent got my order. And also, they aren't picking up any calls

      I have placed an prepaid order for 3 footwear on 20th october.
      I have no idea when am I going to receive my products, I have been mailing you people in the coustomer care ID but no care is taken!
      When will I receive my product
      Is there any minimum time period for receiving the orders or you people will deliver tge product according to your whims and fancies !!!
      Tge worst part it, no coustomer care number provided nor do the representative calls or take care of the mailed send.

      I requested to exchange my shoes size & 2 weeks are gone and still they have not delivered my product.they told me it will be delivered to me within a week but its not. so how much i have to wait more. i got what i want but the size was big & i want 1 size small. do as fast as you can and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

        My orders BNSSKSMJG and RIXJUXILX have been pending. It has been 21 days. I'm worried coz i have already paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Either send us the order or refund the money if there is going to be further delay. They need to be dragged legally for being fraudulent to consumer court.

          I had placed an order of 3 shoes on 9th October, which was delivered to me on 20th October.
          My order no. is #1003514.
          Payment mode was Cash on delivery.

          The bill on the box says about all 3 items which i had ordered so i paid for them, but when i unbox it there was only 2 pairs.

          So i mailed them regarding the issue. They made me wait for 5 days, then on 26th October they replied saying that they had forwarded the issue to the concerned team and will get back to me within 48 hours, but they didn't replied after that.

          Today is 5th November, still i haven't received my item.

          This is so irritating. If company can not send me the item then refund my amount back.

Payment were sucessfully done with online payment mode, but haven't received my ordered till now.                             I ordered 3 pair of sandals for 999. Out of which 1 i have received. What about the other two? And now when i am checking my order history i can only see 1 sandal, where is the other one?? You are so unprofessional. This is so irritating.                                   This is in reference to my order no. 1033909. product: set: just keep getting (top + black pant) : m rs 999/- & invoice no: #in1016753

                                  I had ordered for this product as a replacement of 3for999 chappals in august 2016. i received the set: just keep getting (top + black pant) in october16. as the product was totally ill fitting, i returned the same within 2 days of the receipt of the set and i had clearly mentioned in the replacement request that i did not like the product and would like to exchange it for something else. i had to do a lot of follow up as after the return packet was picked up there was no update for over 10 days regarding the return. i sent them a number of emails asking the status on their email id [protected]@streetstylestore.com but there was no response. finally after a complaint was registered on consumercomplaints.in, i received an update in my street style store account mentioning the return package was received on 15/10/2016. i then asked for a credit voucher in order to shop something else for the same amount but again there was no response inspite of number of emails being sent to their email address. after a couple of days i suddenly get an email that your replacement product has been shipped and the tracking number was given.
                                  I immediately sent an email asking them what product is replaced as i had never asked for a replacement i wanted to change the product and i also told them to stop the replacement as i did not want the set: just keep getting (top + black pant). as usual i received an auto generated email with a ticket number but there was no response from the street style store representative.
                                  I did not want this particular product and yet they sent the same for no reason.

                                    Order was placed on 27th September 2016 and has not been received till today 1st Nov 2016.

                                    There has been no tracking ID, there is absolutely no way to track the order to contact the company, no helpline number, no one replying to the mails sent to the helpdesk...

                                    This is unacceptable...

                                    Is this how you treat your customers?
                                    There has be some ownership here...

                                    What is the blocker.. why are these complaints not being addressed????????????

                                      I just need my product or money back. It's been almost a month now.
                                      Sss has worst services, they can't deliver the product on time, cant even reply back to mails. They can't progress if their services remains same.

                                        I have ordered 2 dresses from the website. After following up for 10-15 times they have shipped the product. Again have followed up for a number of times for getting the link to track the product. When I got the link I get to know that product was out for delivery for 2 times but I have not got a single call from anyone for the same. Have even asked for the contact number of courier person but they have not provided the same. I just knew that carrier was "always carrier" (I have not heard it's name before, in fact it's not there in Google as well for tracking orders) and the tracking number is AWP9000877. Now the status of my order shows that the packet was undelivered and returned to warehouse. I don't know what to do next as they are neither picking up the call nor replying to my emails. I am tired of dropping them emails. I want either my money to be refunded or my product to be delivered asap.

                                        I have went through your order history and came to know that your order was shipped from our end on 25/10/2016 and as per the tracking status, it was showing " PACKET UNDELIVERED " which means it was not delivered due some reasons, though we are not at fault but still considering the customer's view, we are arranging the delivery again so please make sure, you be at your phone and home.
