There is no such option of cancelling the order so Before it is shipped i want to cancel it and place another order.

    I have placed an order on 17th nov 16 with street style store for 3 pair of shoes and made the payment through credit card.
    The order reference id is #1085090 however i'm not able to track this. Can any one please let me know how to track this order its been almost 11 days now.
    An early response with the date of delivery will be highly appreciated.

      I placed my order SIXNQOKLF on 22/10/2016, it was prepaid.Site promises to deliver within 3-21 days.After 21 days I called their customer support on [protected] .They said it will be delivered in next week.
      But did not get any updates fro their side even after such a long time.

      Its such a worst service from them and misinformation!
      I really dont want anyone to place orders from this site, They are bloodsuckers!This site should be closed.

        The above is the detail published by You on my order page.

        I have queried again and again on the status and haven't got a single substantial response from your end.
        When you mention Tracking number, I am assuming you have dispatched the order from your warehouse.
        Either the tracking number mentioned is incorrect, or you are lying about it. In either case, this shows your incompetence.

        The resolution i want is either of the two mentioned below:
        1- Cancel the order and initiate a refund. I do not wish to get entangled into another round for my own money, so try to make it as hassle-free as possible.
        2- Update the tracking number/courier service, wherever it is that your executives have made a blunder and ensure I receive the order as soon as possible.

        Please bear in mind the order is already 56 days late, which is beyond the stipulated time mentioned on your website.

        What about the tracking information updated on the order page? If the order has still not been dispatched from the warehouse please don't mislead by putting that up!

          I am just pissed of mailing and contacting you people daily. Its just unacceptable and annoying.. I placed an order and paid for it.its been five days or more .I didn't receive any confirmation mail regarding my product. At least give me confirmation. Its just like throwing money in a dustbin.           I got products from this site before also. I think there is some problem.
          i think its a fraud site .
          I exchanged 2 of my order but one was delivered other was missing I complain on ur helpdesk but no one contact me.so please contact me its urgent.I have tried a lot on your customers service number but it not in service.

              Hi,
              I have got the refund mail from that site after complaining about it in this consumer complaints website. The mail said that you may use the voucher of same amount to purchase other product or you may click the refund option.I choose refund but the refund didn't happen. After reminding, they sent a mail saying that we are raising a ticket and our operator will be contacting soon for solving the refund problem but since then there is no reply .Please help me out with this issue ASAP.

                  They have called me but to give refund they are asking my account has low balance so they can not do the refund. they are asking it should be minimum balance 5000 in account. No online shopping sites ask this things. They are saying they can not do refund and items is not there with them.                     I am writing this complaint inform you regarding your inconvenient and gruesome customer service. Well to start, I placed my order on 18th October (#[protected][protected]for 3 pair of flats. On 10th November, I received a mail notifying me about splitting up of the order that I placed and accordingly I received 2 out of 3 items on 14th November.It is a matter of grave concern that I have not yet received the complete order even after the completion of an entire month of placing it. Even after writing multiple mails n phone calls, there is no response at your end. To add to that, neither do you accept Cash on Delivery n nor a provision of tracing the order.

                    I understand that SSS is a small start up n is still emerging, but atleast as a service provider it's their primary responsibility to atleast address to the concerns of your customer. I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and inform me about the tentative date when the item is likely to get delivered.

                              I ordered 1 dress from streetstylestore.com order no# 1002933 on 09/11/2016 after several reminders they delivered it on 23/11/2016 .But they completely messed up with the size and quality. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. Items I received were just horrible and ugly! Nothing looked like pictures. Colors, material, and sizes – everything was wrong the discription given on the website was completely wrong that Rs899 dress cloth is not even worth Rs 100. I sent them an email and demanded a refund. But now they are telling that they do not have refund policy its possible to exchage and exchange will also take 1month time. They are simply fooling innocent customers.at the time of placing order it was never mentioned that they dont have refund or return option otherwise why anyone will buy from them.its just a strategy to bluff customers and get money in return of total garbage.i had ordered few shoes from this sites before, that was also the worst quality .that time i left think its just Rs499 but this time they are cheating for even high amount good growth. The worst website ever! They are not returning my money. Do not purchase anything, this site is a scam.

                              I was got deceived by the picture. The actual product is very different and of bad quality. Even I am chasing them to refund. Nobody is responding, neither via mail nor phone. They really pathetic service.

                                A very bad experience with sss. i ordered for playtime sneakers (white color). i received the shoes in gray color. despite repeated followups for than a week and even sending them the photos of the shoe there was no response from them. even the contact number mentioned on the website is fake. not at all accepted from sss. even after warning them they don't reply to the emails.

                                  I had placed order for 2 pairs of shoes by end of September this year. I was delivered the products after a month, on November 4th (the website promises delivery within 21 days)
                                  One pair of shoes out of the two that i had ordered looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures on the website. Thw return policy page on the website says they do not have any exchange policy unless it is for a size change.
                                  In my case I did not even recieve the product that i orderd. They have decieved me by showing pretty photos in their website and delivering gross imitation of the product.
                                  When I mailed their customer care I was asked to provide pictures of the product that i recieved. I promptly sent the photos but the responses from their end is terribly delayed and unhelpful. In reply to the photographs sent I recieved email explaining their existing exhange policy, which I am already aware of.
                                  I need the pair of shoes that I have right now replaced. Either provide me exactly what is shown on the website or let me exchange for another product. If neither can be done I need my cash back.

                                    I have ordered product on 10/5/2016 of Rs 1, 000 for Cash on delivery (COD) however without given me the notice after a month they have sent a message saying your product is Return - COD Refused .

                                    Again after a week we have reordered the product as per their request on 7th Nov'16 & after their standard delivery mode which is 3 to 21 days, still there is not update from them on the delivery status. when we are reaching out to them thorugh call or mail their is no response from them. They not even inform us about the delay in delivery.

                                    We do agree that but if we are ready to pay the amount on COD with new notes of 100 rs then whats the problem.

                                    Also with sach a delay in delivery how can we trust & pay the money in advance. if we would get the product within max to max 8 business days then we can think but as per our old experience this never happens.
                                    so pls don't give sach kind of options to us. instead try to make your delivery process smooth & clean.
