[Resolved] Street Style Store — Order not received despite repeated reminders | |||||
I had place my order on StreetStyleStore.com on June 4, 2016 [Order Number: 726796]. As per the company policies, the products are delivered between 3-21 days of placing the Order. Despite my repeated reminders and emails (please refer to the attachment) to the Street Style Store Team, the order has not yet been delivered. I have been getting the same response from you since the last 20 days!!! You people have been coordinating with your vendor management since the time i have lodged my complaint which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Looking at the way you are 'expediting' the process, I do not expect the delivery of my order any time soon and hence would like to cancel my order (as mentioned above). I expect a full refund of the amount, as well (INR 999).
