Please be alert about this site called Street Style Store http://streetstylestore.com/
I had booked an order no is BUFWRIRWS with them worth Rs 1000. It has three pair of shoes.

1. Order came in 18-20 days time, which is so so so late as per online
delivery schedule.
2. They were big for my feet and I requested for a smaller size.
3. They collected in after one week and said they will send my size.
4. There has been no update since them.
5. frequent mail to them has fetched no result.

Please avoid these people at any cost.

I have placed an order on 19 April which include three foot wears for 999 due to size issue I have requested( 23 of May, order Id is 705085 ) to replace the same foot wears with size 36 earlier it was size 34 and it's been long that I haven't received any confirmation from your end whether the product has been dispatched or not

Please check and let me know as soon as possible it's been more than 21 days

I have ordered three items altogether order no — 201604251228291601928 (Case for order#656577) around 6th may, 2106. But it's more than one month still my one item has not been delivered.In the company website it is mentioned they will take 7-21 days to deliver the products. I am very upset and frustrated the kind of service i have received. Tried to get in touch via facebook messenger but no result. Kindly consider my complain seriously as payment already been done.
The minimum i do expect delivery of my pending item and penalty please else refund my payment whichever is possible for them.

bloddy hells u guys cant see or what its been 12 days and still the status of the order has not changed are you guys blind that you cant see emails you cant you coordinate with your sellers to deliver the product on time or at-least give the exact date it has to be shipped from delhi to banaglore and you duffers dont know to even reply to emails what a pathetic service are you giving. i want my product and reply to this email email right away else ill sue your site

already i did my payment of 1300 through credit card

I had order clothes from street style in the month of April and received delivery 2months later that too with defects.really disappointed Since I didn't receive the delivery on time when I needed to wear them. Now I want to return it back .the material too of the product is very bad and the kind of service the company is providing is not at all in support of the consumers. Their policies too are not conducive for the customers

I had ordered 3 pair of footwear on may 11, 2016 for the delivery of which i got a call from a delivery boy ([protected]) on 6 june 2016 (There was no intimation of delivery). As i had missed the call from him, i called him the next the and the delivery boy promised to deliver it on the next day. Since then, on the actual day, his phone is either switched off or not reachable. Once a lady picked up and said that the guy is not around and would arrange a call back, which never happened. I was anyway not expecting that. The next day i again called on that number and the delivery boy again promised to deliver by package on the next day. And he failed to do that again. Its 11 today and i have still not received my package. There is no way i can contact anyone to take the status or complaint. Very unprofessional and misleading.

I raised a request to replace the shoes i received for a bigger size and its been more than 12 days or so and nobody has picked up the parcel yet. When i mailed them regarding this, they are asking me to courier it on my own and that they would give me a refund of rs 200/-.
When i raised further concerns regarding this they have stopped replying to my mails. Worst of all they don't even have a customer care number. So how can you trust a vendor like this. Already my money is at stake and they expect me to spend more on returning the product.

I would expect them to at least pickup the order and give me the replace now. I wish serious actions could be taken against vendors like this and they should not even be allowed to run a website when there isn't appropriate details.

i have requested a exchange request 1st time and your worker didn't understood my point and canceled my request himself...
then i contacted you by the email and arranged the request again.. and the invoice which i got is showing an amount payable of rupees 200...
why should i pay when there is not my fault.. i am sorry but your service is 3rd class... i am not going to pay any additional amount because its not my fault its pickup workers fault that he canceled my request himself.. . i have returned my parcel only once.. and i want my product safe and secure positively... i also want to talk to your executive.. you haven't provided any phone details on the website.. what the bad service... if you wont solve my problem you will simply loose you customer and loose your goodwill too.. i have mailed you many times but you didn't solve my problem.. email is working nothing good for me .. improve your email assessment and i want to you povide me your contact number righg a way i want to talk to you as i have not been accessed and you are not solving any of my problem inspite i have mailed many many times.. its very disappointing.. i will not pay for something which is not my mistake.. i want your contact number.. m i clear..

I had placed and order and the payment was made online they didn't deliver my product nor they are refunding it's been three months. Also after mailing them they only reply apologies for the inconvinience please let us know if we can help you. This is very annoying they don't receive calls.
I had ordered shoes and made payment of 1000 rupees.


Kindly help me solve this issue. I really have a lot of hopes from you guys I want them learn a lesson.

Worst response from the team.i had to exchange the product due to pathetic quality and once new order is placed it has been 1 month after i complained via mail, to get a reply from the team and the reply says I have to wait as its a in demand product . I even replied asking if I have to change the order to make it faster and there is no response from them .It has been 20 days from the last mail i received from them. In total it has been 2 months since i reordered.Pathetic quality as well as delivery. And to make a note its a prepaid order.This is the last order I'll be placing and will spread the word to as many as i can to not order from this website.

Please look into this online shopping site which claims to have these apparels which look perfect in the picture, but when delivered which mostly takes 2 months, look like a child's craft project. The quality is very bad the customer service is worse. I ordered a tan tote bag which was damaged and had to send it back since they do not have the money return policy i had no option but to order something else instead. I ordered for black heels which again took 2 months to deliver and when i got them the shoe sent was atleast 3 sizes smaller than the what is shows on it. Further more, now if i want to send this back i will have to shell out 200 bucks extra because its my second exchange. This is by far the worst shopping experience online for me. I will never again be using this fraud site for any of my online purchases.

I saw an ad on facebook for www.streetstylestore.com & ordered 4 pairs of shoes for around rs. 2000. The sizes mentioned on the charts turned out incorrect for 3 of them & the reverse pick up for size change was done on 14th april. Since then i have written to their customer care several times with no response. They do not publish a helpline nor a grievance redressal system as per cyber law. I am at a loss of rs. 1500. This is their address.

I had ordered dress from Street Style Store on 26th April 2016 and today is 6th June 2016. I have not received my product inspite of payment being done through my credit card.

They don't share their contact no. on the site and after several emails to their helpdesk mail id all I receive is a promise but no confirm date when the products would be available.

If SSS cannot deliver please refund my money.

My Order Id : 671958 (3 Items), placed on 03 May, 2016 i received this order after two month after that they give two wrong products out of three. when i sent both for replacement of the product, the courier boy collect the product after that nobody give a message or mail to us mail when i receive both pairs even i can't see my credit points in my account and now they are not replying to us.

I had ordered three flats worth rupees 999 out of which two are sufficiently good and just need a different size for them but one of the flats (Gold Sans Flat) does not look they were supposed to please give me a contact number to your helpdesk also help me change the footwear and not the size for it. As thousand bucks ain't a small amount and waste of it makes no sense. Please answer my query soon.

This is in ref to my earlier complaint regarding order no #711781 made regarding the exchange of footwear.
Still we have not got any response regarding our pickup from your side.Two pairs of footwear were to be returned for exchange, but nobody has come to pick up.Its been now more than 10 days.

Its a big inconvenience caused, Action is required

Sritika this side i still did not get the details of my product that when will it get delievered neither i got a call from your side.. I'm done with my payment procedure if the product is not going to get delieverd then i want my money back.. Nor i got the contact details of yours site.. So if you are delievering my product then send me the detail as soon as possible or else return me my money back..

Two pairs of footwear were returned for exhange by me, some time in april and i have not received the exchanged pairs as yet.

If you guys can pick up the order for replacement in 2 days, i fail to understand why can you not return on time. This is highly irritating.

I have ordered 3 pair of shoes on 28 apr - 2016. They said they took 21 days to deliver the product. It has been more than 21 days and i have not received my order yet. I have mailed to support team also but nothing has happened. Order no. 662579 placed on 28 apr 2016 have not received yet. No contact no. And tracking id available for convenience. Look into this asap

I have had a very bad experience dealing with this online retailer.

Their shoes / sneakers & formal brogue shoes were absolutely low in quality. Not as per image shown online. They took almost a month to deliver the products after delivery & they only offer a size change in return when product is not as promised online.

Their customer care number ever not reachable. I have had to write to them on facebook after not receiving an reply on email & their website contact number being out of service.

For refunds they take forever to reply via email.

Absolute waste of time & money. The amount of time iv spent getting them to respond & checking on my order status, is way more annoying as compared to the money spent.

The only good thing they had delivered was a skater dress, which is decent quality & looked like the image on their website.

The bag was an absolute disappointment & so were the shoes.

The voucher given of my money spent already on bad goods, doesn't work.
Its just such a waste of time!
