I have ordered 3 shoes from your website on 25th april'16 and it's been more than 3 months and i've not received my order.
My order no. Is #657282.
If you can't place the order on time, then why are even flaunting your delivery time and your offers.
Place my order as fast as you can.
And do, provide me with a confirmation message regarding my delivery with including date and time.
Deliver it soon.

I ordered a product on June 21 and made the payment of Rs. 700 through my Debit card. I received an email om making the payment and I was assured I will receive the tracking number for the order. Also, the was supposed to reach within 20 days.

I received a tracking number but i cannot get any information about the package.

I have sent several emails to the [protected]@streetstylestore.com email ID but unfortunately, I have received no response from the company. I have started to believe that the company is a sham and I will not get the product or my money back.

I placed an order on streetstylestore.com/, inv no - in689552 for 1100 inr in may. its been 2 months and i have not received my order and i paid full amount for the order. and the worst part is there is no other way out to connect with the customer care other than just sitting and emailing. no one even bothered to revert over the emails, completely careless
My money is stucked and i am just getting harassment and nothing else
First time i ordered and its truly very bad experience i will not suggest any one to go for sss.

I placed an order on treetstylestore.com/index.php #726514 for 999 INR on 4th June and didn't get the product delivered as of yet. I had followed up with their support team also without any update. I also placed two more orders #754986 and #755035 for which i followed up without any update. Can we please have someone look at it urgently, I donot need any product, i just want my orders to be cancelled and these people should be forced to close the website.

Its been 2 months and i have not received my order and i paid full amount for the order. this was the third time return order as my prior 2 orders were wrong size and wrong order altogether. every time the order is delivered i have to pay the delivery charges.

And if the order isn't right this time i will have to return, pay for the delivery and wait for i don't know how many months.

I want a refund for the order i placed. i placed an order of 999/- for 2 pairs and paid 100/- for 2 deliveries which i had to return cause of wrong order and wrong size.

I ordered 3 pairs of footwears around 15 june from their official website (http://streetstylestore.com/). the order hasn't been delievered as of today, 6 july. nobody responds to the emails sent on the email address ([protected]@streetstylestore.com) given on their website. the phone number provided[protected] is always busy. my order number is 747469. i have paid rs 1000/- for this order.

I am one of the customer who has being harassed by thisr organization and there is no one who can hear me out

I have placed an order on 6th Jun'16 and today is 5th Jul'16, its been a month now that I have not received my product yet

And the worst part is there is no other way out to connect with the customer care other than just sitting and emailing

No one even bothered to revert over the emails, completely CARELESS

i had made my first purchase with your website street style and its been the worst experience of shopping online with your company.

I had purchased two shoes with order id #716556 of amount 1299 on 30th may 2016 with my account registered with your website in name of deepika ajmera.

The very day i received my product i made an replacement order, since size was not fitting well.

After lot of complaining online and emails return order was picked up on 15th june 2016.If i had not complained, no response came in from your side for picking up my return order.

Also since may whenever i have called your helpline number[protected] as provided on website, never the call was picked up, always was replied with all over customer executives are busy.
Like 2 months executives were busy?

now replacement order id i received after issuing an complaint ticket number .

Can i know when can i receive these two products?

I had ordered a shoe from style street store and even paid for it. now the status that is being flashed is my phone is unavailable and hence the order in undelivered. i am journalist and everyday i received atleast 50 calls... why is it that noone called me and then claimed that my phone is unreachable. how.

I have ordered from SSS india once in the past and had a very bad experience so I stopped ordering. However, I was shocked to see that their website has used my photograph without my permission. A friend brought this to my notice and I was taken aback to see that they have shamelessly used my picture on their website. I have been trying to call them to ask them to take it off but nobody is responding. Pls help me resolve this issue as this is a very serious invasion of privacy.

We have ordered 3 pair of flats in SSS and its been more than month now neither i received any order dispatch message nor any updates on it.

My order number is 744811.

Where as my friends who order after me received the items already.

We paid through online where as others preferred cash on delivery and that was processed fast rather than people who paid the amount first.

First time i ordered and its truly very bad experience i will not suggest any one to go for SSS.

I would be great if you credit back our money.

I placed order for two footwear on 31st may 2016, and haven't received any product till date even after constant reminders and assurances.

The order number for the same are #718774 & #779820

Status of one of these order (#718774) says shipped but i haven't received the product. i am unable to track the order as there isn't any link available to do so. the other order has not even been dispatched.

I placed the order for these two footwear on 31st may 2016 for which the order number was (# 718774) but somehow one of the order placement date has changed from 31st may to 2nd june, and the first order number has been changed to two new order numbers mentioned above.

I am extremely disappointed and clueless. the phone number is hard to reach as you constantly get a busy tone.

I have ordered three pairs of flats, a top, a sling bag and a palazzo set on SSS on 12th June, I got the sling back within 3 days but still I have not received the other thing.there is no follow up from their side.I have already paid the amount now I am scared as Its already about to be one month.Please provide the update as I had done shopping for some occasion.

I ordered footwear on 13 June. The payment is already done. In-spite of my repeated mails. I am yet to hear from them. They do not provide any contact number on their website as otherwise they will have to address thousands of grievances. i have never come across any incompetent shopping portal as this one. I will never ever recommend this to any one.

I ordered two sandals for rs. 1798 on 22.6.2016 and even i paid online to them. Still i do not have any confirmation or status of the shipping.. Whenever i send them email at [protected]@streetstylestore.com, they simply reply with the ticket number that we don't have to do anything with. I asked for my refund also. They gave me ticket number. Please please help me out... They are a big time cheaters.... Their website should be banned..
I cant see any option to give this website 0 rating.. So simply selecting 1... But mind dear website owners. From my side its a big zero for you cheaters..!!

I have only received invoice - order id - #760102 and #289171...

It has been 21 days and till now they have not shipped the product. Moreover they had given me a credit note for buying a product but it is useless. Then they told me that i have to just choose a product in my cart and then they will process it. Neither did they process the cart product nor did they ship the other product . It was really foolish of me to give advance payment to these people.
