It has been around 15 days for my order. I have no information on its dispatch. Everytime i mail them, they raise a new ticket, don't solve the issue.
6 days back they mailed me:
Hi shallja,
We would like to update you regarding your order query, we are really sorry for the delay in your shipment, but we will definitely do our level best to deliver your order as soon as we can.
To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon
We are equally disappointed here as you are. Accept our sincere apologies and we hope you will give us one more opportunity to serve you with best of products and at best possible time.
If there is anything else we can do, let us know.

Pooja - i need a solution and not your apology. I told several times that if you guys have issues in delivery why dont you refund my money and do with it.
Every time i send a mail to your customer support, a new person replies - please sort this mess asap. My mail box is clustered with sss mails only.
