On 12 may, 2016 i ordered three footwear for 999/-
Order id: 688507
Invoice number: in678523

*no tracking id provided*

Payed for it by my credit card and the longest waiting ever began.

I mailed them after 3 weeks (Since their website said they take 21 days max). So on 2nd june nancy arora from sss sent me that my issue has been forwarded to concerned dept and ticket generated 285662. Days passed by and sent them again, now once more on atulnaggi from sss, 11 june ticket id 293375 genersted with same cliché mail that concerned dept will revert soon which they never did.

Thus is absolutely shameless and against the law. Sss is keeping the customer's money for months without delivering what they promised within 21 days.

Please help.

    My order number is 726782. Due to the incorrect size of shoes i requested for an exchange request. The person came one day after and took the wrong size of shoes and after that day no reponse has been made to me on when are they going to get the correct size. Its been one week i have been mailing and mailing but no response at all is given from them. I have been shopping online for years but this has been the worst experience. I firmly assert that either send the correct size of shoes or refund my money back to me otherwise strict actions could be taken against you people.

      I ordered boot in march and from march 31st they r exchanging the product to me but till date i did not received any convincing response from them & after that when i ordered a sneaker which i snot exactly the same as it looks in the picture i told i want to return & want refund so they give me rubbish answers like they don'rt return money. my patience is badly tasted i m waiting for my boot form 4 months. Even i ask them to refund the money but they won't. i m badly frustated with this site. this site is a fraud. should be banned also.

      Now after receiving the credit note which i have to lump it, i wanted to get rid of your site & just used the credit slips to order products. Now the order got split received one of the order but the other order #858894 is yet to ship & the products which i ordered are still available & as per Your site policy it takes 7-21 days to ship so as per your knowledge 21 days are also over now. At least you should revise your policy or just shut down your business. Even for the last transaction with your site i m having trouble. You are having the baddest service i have ever seen in my entire life. If u can't ship the product just return me the goddamn money in my account & this time no credit slip.

        My order number is - [protected]-1755515. I placed my order on the 14th of june for 3 pairs for rs 999. I haven't recieved any email or sms telling me about my delievery. I am clueless as to whether i will get these shoes or not. If i am not getting the shoes, i would like my money back. I did email them too. I do not understand why they haven't given a number on which we can call and check.
        I have never such an experience before shopping online. Help!!!

        So the Street Style Store sent my order with in a week of my complaint. The flats are nice indeed. But the problem with the site is that they dont have a number to contact them. and from a friend who told me about their site i got to know that they take awhile but they always send the orders. They usually take 20 days. But this they should mention. As once the customer has paid advance they want to know when their order will come.
        Anyway ... I am happy with my flats!

          Hi,

          My name is vidya. I would like to lodge a complaint against street style store and request them to return the amount of inr 2376.18 immediately.

          I had placed order for two shoes from street style store on 14th june 2016 and made payment of inr 1188.09 through net banking however, after they received the payments the site got closed. I checked for details for my order but it showed no orders placed.

          I thought there might be an issue with the internet and again placed the orders for the same products for amount inr 1188.09 and again i faced the same issue.

          I have crossed verified the details of payment made twice (1188.09+1188.09=2376.18) from my bank (Yes bank) and i have the required complaint numbers 1065967 and 1072418 and also the confirmation details of payments received twice through third party - avenues india pvt ltd ([protected][protected] and [protected][protected].

          Order details placed with street style store - order # [protected]-1781207 and [protected][protected].

          Street style store is not responding to the call nor there is any way where i can get in touch to get the details.

            It has been around 15 days for my order. I have no information on its dispatch. Everytime i mail them, they raise a new ticket, don't solve the issue.

            6 days back they mailed me:

            Hi shallja,

            We would like to update you regarding your order query, we are really sorry for the delay in your shipment, but we will definitely do our level best to deliver your order as soon as we can.

            To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon

            We are equally disappointed here as you are. Accept our sincere apologies and we hope you will give us one more opportunity to serve you with best of products and at best possible time.

              I ordered a combo of three shoes worth rs. 999/- on 26th april 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through cash on delivery (Cod).

              I went for a replacement of my 3 pairs of sandals due to incorrect sizes. The delivery executive took back the sandals after 2 days.
              I was not informed of how to proceed further with the replacement and the credit notes!
              Adding to the problems, they have not provided any contact number except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com.
              I asked them about my product and same day i got a mail from them saying they will inform me in a day or two. Also, i have not been refunded the amount paid by me which is rs. 999/-.
              Till date no message has been delivered nor any initiative has been taken up.
              Therefore, i kindly request your goodself to either provide me the replacement of the sandals or refund the money!

                As you mentioned in email that the product will delivery within 3-4 days as per your previous delivery date is already finished. What happen now? 5 days got over and you guys are still sleeping after gulping the customers money. Now you guys will give nice excuses to extend the time limit for delivering the product. Till the customers hopeless you guys will play exchanging email games. How long i have to wait and listen to your excuses. I have worst experience with you guys and i'm reluctant to shop and paid in advance. I have seen so many people are tortured by you. If i will not get the product i will definitely go to the cyber crime for this issue for sure with other guys and suit a case on you nancy arora.

                  My orders were placed on jun-11 2016 and the amount i spent is huge-3594/-and those are yet not delivered as promised. I have mailed them several times but have not received a single reply from them. I don't want their products any more just want my money back.

                    I have paid them 1798 rs for order no 688982 which is of two pair of shoes but havnt received the products even after 40 days of placing order. I have mailed them a hundred times but all they say is that i can only wait infinitely and nothing more can be done. I don't want their products anymore, just want my money back asap!!
                    I have been trying to connect with then for so long but there is no respnse that shows they care about their customers. I have also posted on this fb page but no replies!! These are sick ignorant frauds who just know how to fool people!!!

                      I have placed my order on streetstylestore on 19thmay. Till now i have not received my product. They people committed to deliver the product within 3-21 days. Its more than 1 month now. And there is no response from their end. I have done the online payment of 2198rs. They people not even respond to calls. After 10 mails 1 reply will come. That too they have stopped responding after 15 days. Mr karan bhatia was the name of the person from this site who responded twice. But now i m not getting any responses. Order no. Of the product:- #699611. Kindly take strict actions against this company. Also please help me to either to get my product or refund my money back. I will really appreciate it

                        I have been requesting these people to exchange the shoes that i had ordered for rs.800
                        They said they will take 7-12 days to collect it from my house. It is almost 1 month now and nobody has came to collect the shoes. I am highly disappointed.                           Hi.. I ordered dress from you got the complete different item. Even aftering paying extra to your courier guy i got a complete disaster from you.                             My order nos are o #711898 and #711921.
                            I have not recieved any of the intimation regarding status. Already had mail chas with some associate of sss but no action is been taken.
                            Following is the mail i recieved from this guy. When i responded, i havent recieved anything in return.

                                Order no 682477 placed on 9th may for Rs 1499 and prepaid order, till date there is no trace of my order. So they have taken my money of Rs 1499 and not given my product and it is 41 days and I im not going to wait any more. This is a fraud company and they are cheaters the problem is that the order is prepaid and my money is trapped. For last 1 month the order is showing as priority dispatch and no tracking Id nothing has been provided yet.i keep getting mails from resolver id saying that we are sorry and we have informed the warehouse about priority dispatch of the order. So what has happened After that still not received order. I don't want rubbish replies, pls return my money back Rs 1499 enough is enough!

                                I have purchased an apparel order no 682477 on 9th may the order is prepaid. It's been 41 days now and there is no update from anyone, this company is fraud they just take your money and don't deliver your product. I just keep getting mails from resolver Id saying that warehouse has been informed and your dress will reach you shortly but no tracking Id nothing, for past 1month my order status is showing as Priority dispatch, 41 days over is this what you call priority. I have had enough of your nonsense, you people are frauds and liars, I just want my money back Rs 1499 Immediately.this website should be permanently blocked so that other customers are not cheated!

                                  As i got this product very late upon that when I make it to change one of my footwear i got it first ignorance then a response comes up very late after that wearing those sleepers a very uncomfortable and wth bad sol of it upon within a weak it break from down and is hurting me alot
                                  So keep the good quality of footwear so that customer like to buy more from your site and give quick response to your customer on time
                                  Or is dere any process to exchange those footwear

                                    Worst experience ever...!! Totally disappointed.. Just knw how to fool customers n take money from dem n dnt give dem dere things.. I hav odered slippers n d size was not accurate from 10 days im calling no response from ur side n im recieving irrelevant mails ur query will b solve in 24 hours now it has been 10days no response..                                       Received 3 pair of shoes worth Rs 2749/- cash on delivery after months of placing the order. The size received is too large and therefore I have initiated replace of these items. I Have not received any response from their side till now or did not even receive a message that replace has been initiated. The contact number provided on the site is always busy whenever I try to call.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had ordered three pairs of shoes from street style store. After a month of follow up the order was delivered. However, due to size issues I need to exchange 2 pairs. Inspite of repeated mails to the company's customer care department I have heard nothing from them
                                        The process of return says that I need to login to the portal & select replace. However, the status of my order is still re delivery hence I cannot do the same through described procedure.
                                        My order reference number is #676406
                                        In spite of making several calls and sending repeated emails, I have not received any answer from the company.

                                        This is pathetic customer service.
                                        Can this be communicated to the company?
