Order # 766999, 767017: I ve never had such a disappointing experience. On site its been showing priority dispatch for a week. It has been 15 days I have order but there is no sign of products being delivered. Please arrange it send it asap.

    I'm anisha and i had ordered 3 pairs of flats for 999 on 11th april. i had initiated a replacement a correct size and the product was picked up on. but later customer support they had no information of the replacement and started the replacement. its been almost a month and a half and there is no information about the replacement. i'm till waiting for the replacement to arrive. no response from so called customer support. unable to reach the number provided by the website.

    Please deliver the flats or return my money or else will have to take some legal actions

      I have placed a order of three pairs of sandals and got some size issues, i have sent back the order to your warehouse also on 27 june. Since than i have been mailing and try to connect with them. But haven't got any update from there side. Please change the sizes or refund our amount which i have paid.

          I had ordered 2 pairs of boots on 5th april. i had initiated a replacement a correct size and the product was picked up on. but later customer support they had no information of the replacement and started the replacement process on 20th of april. i'm till waiting for the replacement to arrive. no response from so called customer support. unable to reach the number provided by the website.

            I have placed an order on mid of may 2016, and luckily it was delivered on time. but due to size issue i asked for return, so they came to pick up the product in the start of june 2016.

            Today is 7/7/16 or we can say 2nd week of july 2016 and i neither received my exchanged product nor credit note of it, as its been more then one month.

            Can someone help me out please, as my 1000 rs is block in it.

            On 10th July 2016 I have ordered 5 items ( 4 footwear & 1 dress ) as I have to somehow use my credit note.

            Yesterday I have received all footwears. 2 of them are damaged and rest two are defective piece.
            All footwears were looking different from there appearances on site.

            After all this, I just want my money to get refund in my debit card.
            I don't want any more credit note.

            I can't handle this site any more.

              I'm extremely disappointed with the experience with StreetStyleStore.com!

              I have just received the product 'One for Love" but this is nothing like the product advertised on your website. When products are sold online on a website, the products delivered should be exactly like the products described and in the picture.

              I'm very disappointed and I want return the product back as it is nothing like the picture. The tie straps are nothing like shown in the picture on the website nor is the strap around the toe-thumb.

              I have attached the actual image and that advertised on the website.

              This is sheer cheating the customers! I want them to refund my money.

              Dont use this website, they cheat customers. The quality and design of the product is VERY different from the picture!!!

                  I ordered 3 flats from the site http://streetstylestore.com/ and they took around 30 days to deliver the product after that also when I opened the box it was totally different from the way it showed in the website and I do not like the flats received at all and fitting is also not good. Please do refund my amount of Rs. 999. I mailed them already to the mail id provided and its almost 2 days I didn't receive any reply and the customer care number provided is not available.

                    This has reference to my orders #730673 and #730664 made on date 6 June 2016. You have mentioned on your website that it takes 21 days for delivery but I haven't received my order even after a month.

                    I tried to contact them through mail since they have no phone number available on net or anywhere else. I just received a response stating that they are keeping a track on my order but haven't yet told me how long should I wait for it or is it ready or not or when they plan to actually dispatch.

                    The company actually behaves as if the owner handcrafts every shoe piece himself/herself.

                    I need information on when shall i expect my package.

                      After waiting for almost like a month i finally received my order. crap! crap! crap! you guys have legit tested my patience. i ordered 3 pairs for 999 and honestly quality wise i didn't expect too much. but seriously they were not even worth 100inr each. fine will work and somehow manage. but out of the three freakin pairs one them was not even what i ordered and they looked horrible, i would never never ever would buy or even think of buying such a pair of flats, if you guys didn't have it you could've simply not send it and minus whatever the amount was but sending this piece of. please shut down your site i would suggest. because i know it's a waste of time running behind frauds like you. however i am posting this so that others are aware of your filthiest service. cheap, disgusting, thugs, and all derogatory terms :). shut that down.

                            I have placed an order on 29 june 2016 (order number #773867) and i am still waiting for updates about mu order. its a prepaid order and i nave no communication on whats going on with it.

                            I have written to [protected]@streetstylestore.com for updates, in return i received an email confirming my inquiry ticket and a response within 24 hours. its 3 days already and i have not received any response. the phone number mentioned on the website[protected] a. m to 6 pm), is completely useless as it never gets connected.

                            It is such a shame to have such a poor customer service. if i do not receive a response from sss asap, i am sure going to take a legal action against them.

And other than your not convincing replies, i have heard nothing. You just have 7 more days to deliver my order.

                            SSS, I shop online from all the leading online stores in India and the professionalism they follow in their services are way to high from what you do, FYI the product cannot be tracked with just the useless information you have displayed on the screen.

                            You will have to provide with the tracking number, courier service name and the date of delivery. This is the minimum information I are looking for. This will help me to be there to collect the product. Because you have the most wierd policies.
                            SSS, No response to a query which will screw you. I need a reversion on this today.

                            The courier company used is RQuickExpress ( never heard of), i can check the status which is very basic from the link you have given. There are no contact details of the courier service, the home page asks for some login details but does not display anything. I have not received any email or SMS from SSS about my product expected delivery date.

                            I want to know from you what if i am unavailable at the address at the time of product delivery. How will i come to know about it ? I cannot wait all the time at the address expecting the courier guy to appear any moment. Because as always everything is a stupid mystery. Also FYI your website only has refund policy which is quite stupid again. There is nothing mentioned about the product delivery policy.

                            SSS, have you made up your mind that you are going to give your customers a very tough time and make sure that they don't ever order from you again.

                            You have to tell me, how will i know that my product is our for delivery and who is the courier agent along with his contact details who will deliver the product. So that i can keep the agent informed about my availability.

                            I as a customer am following all the ethical ways of communication that will make sure my product that i have bought paying you in advance is there with me, but a shame on you as a service provider. The customer has to run behind you asking for updates. My only wish is SSS should shut down as soon as possible.

                            SSS, i have rescheduled my product delivery to Monday as i am out of town when your courier guy called. One last thing you can do is make sure they deliver on Monday and i have communicated the same when the courier guy called. I asked for an SMS confirmation form them but i guess it was too much of an expectation from some one like them.

                                  I ordered a product on June 21 and made the payment of Rs. 700 through my Debit card. I received an email om making the payment and I was assured I will receive the tracking number for the order. Also, the was supposed to reach within 20 days.

                                  I received a tracking number but i cannot get any information about the package.

                                  I have sent several emails to the [protected]@streetstylestore.com email ID but unfortunately, I have received no response from the company. I have started to believe that the company is a sham and I will not get the product or my money back.

                                    I placed an order on streetstylestore.com/, inv no - in689552 for 1100 inr in may. its been 2 months and i have not received my order and i paid full amount for the order. and the worst part is there is no other way out to connect with the customer care other than just sitting and emailing. no one even bothered to revert over the emails, completely careless
                                    My money is stucked and i am just getting harassment and nothing else
                                    First time i ordered and its truly very bad experience i will not suggest any one to go for sss.

                                      I placed an order on treetstylestore.com/index.php #726514 for 999 INR on 4th June and didn't get the product delivered as of yet. I had followed up with their support team also without any update. I also placed two more orders #754986 and #755035 for which i followed up without any update. Can we please have someone look at it urgently, I donot need any product, i just want my orders to be cancelled and these people should be forced to close the website.

                                      I got this assurance sometime back as well with NO ETA NO TIMELINES, please cancel my orders and refund the money and i promise i would never order from here or would recommend anyone else to order. Waiting for the delivery 3-21 days is fine but then beyond that it gets gruesome with no support from your team.

                                      Please please please offer a suggestion. What do you mean by I will ensure an early dispatch of the same? How early? I cannot wait.

                                      And if the products are not available it will be made in priority basis and will be dispatched in 5-7 working days.

                                        Its been 2 months and i have not received my order and i paid full amount for the order. this was the third time return order as my prior 2 orders were wrong size and wrong order altogether. every time the order is delivered i have to pay the delivery charges.

                                        My order: yvgwjxggm placed on 04/22/2016.

                                        And if the order isn't right this time i will have to return, pay for the delivery and wait for i don't know how many months.

                                        I want a refund for the order i placed. i placed an order of 999/- for 2 pairs and paid 100/- for 2 deliveries which i had to return cause of wrong order and wrong size.

                                        I want a refund. It has taken more than 2 months to deliver a 3rd return order. The orders first delivered were wrong size and wrong product. I will probably have to wait for another 6 months if this order has to returned for replacement.

                                        Hence please refund my money which was paid to you in advance to deliver products which you guys are obviously incapable for providing.

                                        Your company cannot provide my 3 return order. You company cannot send me the right product or the right size. What the hell do you expect me to do keep returning order and suffering. I am not here to do charity. It is my hard earn money and street style store is is not a charitable institution, infact its a fraud company.

                                        You are telling me about compliance your company follows. How about ethics. You have taken money from me and not provided me with the right order isnt that a part of your compliance policy.

                                        I want my money refunded or else I will have to take further legal action and I will take it if I dont get my money back.
                                        I still haven't received any revert from street style. Still received no resolution. I have made complete payment for the order that I had made almost 3 months back and both times I received wrong and incorrect order and everytime I had to pay for the delivery charge. I waited for 3 months for the order come and if thats the wrong order I pay for the deliver and wait for god knows how long. Hence I need a refund.
