Am unable to make the exchange on the sss website and have not received any assistance after multiple follow-ups.

Initially sent a mail to the ssshelpdesk, someone called atul nagi responded asking me to do it online. The site does not respond and gets stuck in the confirmation page. I have communicated the same with screen shot many time but no response.

The site is turning to be a con site. There contact is always busy, don't know if they are busy than our pm

Even after stating its a gift, they just son have any value. Either they are into con business or must be fools in business
I had placed an order on December 4, 2016.The order was split and I received only one out of the two that I had placed.It's been more than 21 days as assured in the preliminaries.I expect you to do the needful and let me have the required item delivered.Thank you.

    I had ordered for slippers 3 for 99, out of the three products I received, there was a size issue with one of them. I applied for an exchange. The courier guy came and took back a pair of slippers. I received a mail regarding this too. And was said that the new product will be reach me within a week. But it has been over 1 month, but still I didn't receive my order . Please see to it. Else return my money of that 1 pair of shoe.

      Hi,

      My order was placed on 28th april for a dress on streetstylestore. I was notified due to high order volume, the dispatch will be delayed. Since then it's been almost 2.5 months since i placed the order and i haven't received my order nor any update on the order. The customer support does not respond to any email follow ups. After several follows since may and june, on jun 23rd there was a response that they are doing their best and dont have any refund policy. Till date i havent received my ordr and on second follow up again no response.

      I need an update or refund of my money asap, they cannot deny my money saying no refund policy. Its beyond their promised delivery date

        Worst online service experience. can't you people see any of the complaint on your emails and customer satisfaction percentage on your portal.
        Shut down your store if you provide such a worst service to the customers.
        Respond to the query and replace my product and refund my money as soon as possible. if you people really feel the pain of a customer and their money loss.
        Work on your services or i will reach ceo of the company...

          I placed an order on 2 april, 2016. it was mentioned that the order shall be dispatched within 21 days and it's been over 3 months and the product has not been delivered! i have been sending mails to the company and either they don't respond or if they do, it's never fulfilled!
          This is clear fraud. this company takes money and doesn't believes in delivering the product.
          I am no longer interested in the product and i am completely frustrated now. i am fed up of mailing like a fool and there's nothing done by the company!
          Return my money that's it!
          It's been really really much now i seriously want my money back!!!

              I'm anisha and i had ordered 3 pairs of flats for 999 on 11th april. i had initiated a replacement a correct size and the product was picked up on. but later customer support they had no information of the replacement and started the replacement. its been almost a month and a half and there is no information about the replacement. i'm till waiting for the replacement to arrive. no response from so called customer support. unable to reach the number provided by the website.

                      I have placed an order on mid of may 2016, and luckily it was delivered on time. but due to size issue i asked for return, so they came to pick up the product in the start of june 2016.

                      Today is 7/7/16 or we can say 2nd week of july 2016 and i neither received my exchanged product nor credit note of it, as its been more then one month.

                      On 10th July 2016 I have ordered 5 items ( 4 footwear & 1 dress ) as I have to somehow use my credit note.

                      Yesterday I have received all footwears. 2 of them are damaged and rest two are defective piece.
                      All footwears were looking different from there appearances on site.

                      After all this, I just want my money to get refund in my debit card.
                      I don't want any more credit note.

                        I'm extremely disappointed with the experience with StreetStyleStore.com!

                        I have just received the product 'One for Love" but this is nothing like the product advertised on your website. When products are sold online on a website, the products delivered should be exactly like the products described and in the picture.

                        I'm very disappointed and I want return the product back as it is nothing like the picture. The tie straps are nothing like shown in the picture on the website nor is the strap around the toe-thumb.

                        I have attached the actual image and that advertised on the website.

                        This is sheer cheating the customers! I want them to refund my money.

                        Dont use this website, they cheat customers. The quality and design of the product is VERY different from the picture!!!

                            I ordered 3 flats from the site http://streetstylestore.com/ and they took around 30 days to deliver the product after that also when I opened the box it was totally different from the way it showed in the website and I do not like the flats received at all and fitting is also not good. Please do refund my amount of Rs. 999. I mailed them already to the mail id provided and its almost 2 days I didn't receive any reply and the customer care number provided is not available.

                              This has reference to my orders #730673 and #730664 made on date 6 June 2016. You have mentioned on your website that it takes 21 days for delivery but I haven't received my order even after a month.

                              I tried to contact them through mail since they have no phone number available on net or anywhere else. I just received a response stating that they are keeping a track on my order but haven't yet told me how long should I wait for it or is it ready or not or when they plan to actually dispatch.

                              The company actually behaves as if the owner handcrafts every shoe piece himself/herself.

                              I need information on when shall i expect my package.

                                After waiting for almost like a month i finally received my order. crap! crap! crap! you guys have legit tested my patience. i ordered 3 pairs for 999 and honestly quality wise i didn't expect too much. but seriously they were not even worth 100inr each. fine will work and somehow manage. but out of the three freakin pairs one them was not even what i ordered and they looked horrible, i would never never ever would buy or even think of buying such a pair of flats, if you guys didn't have it you could've simply not send it and minus whatever the amount was but sending this piece of. please shut down your site i would suggest. because i know it's a waste of time running behind frauds like you. however i am posting this so that others are aware of your filthiest service. cheap, disgusting, thugs, and all derogatory terms :). shut that down.

If the customer is stuck wid some situtation or any problem and wanted his or her product that had been ordered should get fast..! So there is no response for the particulare matter.                                       I have placed an order on 29 june 2016 (order number #773867) and i am still waiting for updates about mu order. its a prepaid order and i nave no communication on whats going on with it.

                                      I have written to [protected]@streetstylestore.com for updates, in return i received an email confirming my inquiry ticket and a response within 24 hours. its 3 days already and i have not received any response. the phone number mentioned on the website[protected] a. m to 6 pm), is completely useless as it never gets connected.

                                      It is such a shame to have such a poor customer service. if i do not receive a response from sss asap, i am sure going to take a legal action against them.

                                      Further to my earlier complaint : Rimjim Deka (https://in.linkedin.com/in/rimjim-deka[protected] is the CEO and Founder at SSS. I am sorry but this start up will face really serious legal issues if my query is not resolved.

                                      You people cannot take customers for granted and just escape the inaccuracy in your work.

                                      SSS resolver, I am pretty patient as my money is stuck with you guys. You better be careful of your service. 14 days have already passed since i have ordered. And other than your not convincing replies, i have heard nothing. You just have 7 more days to deliver my order.

                                      Make sure its delivered. All your replies to all the 1035 complaints are the same. Sadly a lot of them unresolved. You are spreading a bad name for yourself and i shall take the honor to make it worse for you. So please send me the product in 7 days.

                                      SSS, I shop online from all the leading online stores in India and the professionalism they follow in their services are way to high from what you do, FYI the product cannot be tracked with just the useless information you have displayed on the screen.

                                      You will have to provide with the tracking number, courier service name and the date of delivery. This is the minimum information I are looking for. This will help me to be there to collect the product. Because you have the most wierd policies.
                                      SSS, No response to a query which will screw you. I need a reversion on this today.

                                      The courier company used is RQuickExpress ( never heard of), i can check the status which is very basic from the link you have given. There are no contact details of the courier service, the home page asks for some login details but does not display anything. I have not received any email or SMS from SSS about my product expected delivery date.

                                      I want to know from you what if i am unavailable at the address at the time of product delivery. How will i come to know about it ? I cannot wait all the time at the address expecting the courier guy to appear any moment. Because as always everything is a stupid mystery. Also FYI your website only has refund policy which is quite stupid again. There is nothing mentioned about the product delivery policy.

                                      SSS, have you made up your mind that you are going to give your customers a very tough time and make sure that they don't ever order from you again.

                                      You have to tell me, how will i know that my product is our for delivery and who is the courier agent along with his contact details who will deliver the product. So that i can keep the agent informed about my availability.

                                      I as a customer am following all the ethical ways of communication that will make sure my product that i have bought paying you in advance is there with me, but a shame on you as a service provider. The customer has to run behind you asking for updates. My only wish is SSS should shut down as soon as possible.

                                      SSS, i have rescheduled my product delivery to Monday as i am out of town when your courier guy called. One last thing you can do is make sure they deliver on Monday and i have communicated the same when the courier guy called. I asked for an SMS confirmation form them but i guess it was too much of an expectation from some one like them.
                                      I am sure you are not thinking that your job is over... I have not yet received my order and a response form you to my message...

                                      i have received my order finally, after making sure that i will get it.
                                      But for sure i am not ordering again. You have to change your service level, if you want people to buy stuff from you.
