Its been 4days you replied but I think the mess your department created has not been taken care of .. i dnt understand what are you guys upto. I dont understand i have paid for my order and you people are torchering me. Now i am not goin to pay the additional amount. I want to see what you guys reply on this.. i have very good to you guys but now it has gone above my patience level. Refund my money or deliver the products without additional amount. The choice is urs now.. your services is pathetic . Every online shopping site are customer oriented and they even deliver the customer the products for free and they underatand the customer's urgency.. In every email you guys talk about on urgent basis.. is this your urgent basis?? Firstly, you agreed on giving the product of my choice then i got the email that they will deliver in 7 days then i get the call that i need to change the order as the merhant is short of that product then again you guys changed my products and then you say that its your department glitch.. what the hell is going on . You guys dont email.. n even if you guys respond you dont take action..i really dont understand by what means you ll give my products or money back..

I will sue you guys

This has not been resolved . They have called me twice on this issue promising to deliver the product within 3 days each time but this 3 days have never come. Moreover the customer # is fake .. whenever you call, it is disconnected. They dont have honest intentions to resolve the problem. These people are associated in making their customers fool and harrassing them..

How can you mark my complain as resolved untill I get my order.? This is ridiculous .you guys just want to minimise your complaints # to give the impression that you guys are are so much customer oriented.. stop faking n fooling people.
