So I just ordered a 1 or two items from sss. I want to know the tracking details and everything as I've already made an online payment to the store. There is no information given to me about the order tracking number, when will it reach me, etc. And after calling them numerous times, and reading these complaints from people who have bought stuff from here is scaring me a bit. How can I contact them and get a response?...

I have order a product from SSS, and one or two times the delivery boy called for delivering the package. Next time he called, we refused and told to CANCEL and return. And he was such a RUDE with a lady over a call, so rubbishly. He told "if you dont want the order what have you ordered such product". If this type of service will be provided by SSS it will go on a big LOSS.
