Hopeless online store ever seen!!!bunch of fraudsters looting public money online.
After ordering and receiveing my money 1000rs they said produc tis not available.i ordered on sep 24 2015 im still damn yet to get my product.
This bloody online store does not even have a customer care who speaks to its customers for the orders etc.worst part about SS is they dont have refund policy
based on the multiple complaints court case has to filed against this fraud store.

Order #409344 (ZUQWCMNJN)... Placed on 20.12.2015 and shipped on 21.01.2016 and status as on 23.02.2016 is still not received and they say that it was deliver long ago...for which I demanded the proof stating its status delivered and since that time they are not replying and don't know how will I get back the amount I paid...
They actually seem to be a fake site...but have no clue why there is no action even after so many consumer complaints...and why everyday a new bunch of people is getting cheated...

I placed the above order #483206 on 01/30/2016 and its been more than 21days i have not received my order. I dont understand what is the problem. This is my last order from your site . I am pissed off with your service. You promised me again n again that you'll deliver the products on high priority. Is this your high priority.

I want my above orders n the order which i placed against HFQCNUFBC
Order. I received this product in very bad condition .they agreed that i can select the products of same cost and they will deliver it in high priority and they made confirmation 10days back that the products are ready n they are shipped and it will be deliver within 7-8 days. I dont knw when there 7 -8 days are goin to come.
if i dont get my both the orders within 2days. I will file the RTI against your site. One should not make promises when they dont have the caliber of fulfillling it. I have also made the payments still no response to my emails.

I want all my 4 sandals within 1-2 days. All this issue have gone above my head. Mind you By doing such things you are reverting your customers . If the customers are paying you the amount they expect you to give the best service.

I have ordered an 600/- sandal on 25 Jan 2016, till now i have not received my order. Is this a fake site. I have already payed the amount for this order.
If i did not receive my order in 1 week. I have to go to the court.

I ordered 3 flats for 999. It was cash on delivery and I got the product after 20 days. But the quality was really very bad and the size was not proper. I selected the correct size, the sole size was correct but the belt was very loose because of which as soon as I raise my feet from the ground the slipper was falling down since there was no proper support. I raised a request for return but they said there is no return policy we will only exchange. Though I did not want to exchange after seeing the quality of product, I was left with no other option but to agree to what they said. They picked up the product, but it's already more than 2 months I neither received the exchange item nor return amount. I have been mailing them since then but no reply!! This is the worst shopping site ever. They are cheating. Proper action has to be taken against street style store.

I had ordered 3 pairs of flats under 3 for 999 offer but It has not been delivered yet. Kindly let me know when I can expect the delivery.

This is the worst site I have seen so far. They take your money and then say wait for 21 days and when the 21 days get over, they don't even reply. I ordered for pair of two shoes and made the payment online of 1698 INR. My order no is#[protected]-1192​664. Every time you ask them in starting, they give you some stupid reason that it takes 21 days and all but the truth is, the order never comes even after dropping them mail 5 -6 times. Their customer care number is always busy. No use of calling on that. Kindly help me in getting my money back.

I had ordered a pair of heels on 30/12/2015.But I didn't get product up to that Mark, So I had requested to exchange it with some other products. And also they accepted the request.The final email that I got on 24Jan, and they said it will take 3-21 days to deliver the new products. But it has been already enough time and no one came to receive & deliver the products.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this street style store with cash on delivery payment mode. The order was delivered to me Quite early but i had Size issues with the Footwear and Also the quality of footwear i recieved were really bad. So i wanted to exchange them with Another pair of Footwears. Its been two months now and i have not recieved the footwears. I tried to contact the customer care but I think it is a fraud no. and nobody picks the call. Also i tried to contact through mails the the customer care person always tries to Fool me by saying that the order will be dispatched in 2-3 days but from past two months the order did not get dispatched. Please help Me. I need my money refunded or they give me the product as soon as possible. I cant wait any more.

This is to bring to your notice that i ordered footwear from this company. Disappointment started after ordering, waiting time sucks.

The product was of such a cheap quality that i had to return it on a very next day. Now they are not refunding my money in my bank account and trying to give me credit notes. What the **** will i do with this credit note as i don't want to buy anything from this ****ing company???

Can anybody help?

Hi. I ordered three footwear as a part of your 999 scheme. When I received my order, the size didn't fit me and I wished to return two of the footwear out of the three. After ages, someone came to pick up the box and by mistake, all the three footwear's were returned instead of just 2. I didn't like the material of the new footwear that I ordered in exchange of the one that I previously ordered, so I wished to return it again. When I dropped a mail, I was informed that I would have to pay minimum 200 for the second return. I asked if I can just courier them myself. Its been 20 days and I haven't received any reply. Neither has my third footwear been delivered.

I had placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes with your website, the order number being 494543. The order was placed 2nd February 2016. The invoice is attached with this Email.

I have just recieved an SMS on my cell phone stating that the delivery of the order was unscuccessful due to "NO SERVICE". I had not recieved any call for the collection fo such delivery.

I would request you to look into the matter as the payment fot the purchase has already been made and request that the delivery be made again. I would also like to get a contact number for your office, as the number mentioned on your website does not seem to be available.

Since the order is to be delivered to a University, and has already been paid for, i'd like for the order delivered to the mail office in the University if i'm not available for a personal collection.

Another query is regarding the contact number provided, is it possible for me to change the contact number that has been provided in the order for the collection?

The number mentioned on your website is NEVER available and no one has resonded to any of the emails i sent to your helpdesk.
