I had placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes with your website, the order number being 494543. The order was placed 2nd February 2016. The invoice is attached with this Email.

I have just recieved an SMS on my cell phone stating that the delivery of the order was unscuccessful due to "NO SERVICE". I had not recieved any call for the collection fo such delivery.

I would request you to look into the matter as the payment fot the purchase has already been made and request that the delivery be made again. I would also like to get a contact number for your office, as the number mentioned on your website does not seem to be available.

Since the order is to be delivered to a University, and has already been paid for, i'd like for the order delivered to the mail office in the University if i'm not available for a personal collection.

Another query is regarding the contact number provided, is it possible for me to change the contact number that has been provided in the order for the collection?

The number mentioned on your website is NEVER available and no one has resonded to any of the emails i sent to your helpdesk.

    So I just ordered a 1 or two items from sss. I want to know the tracking details and everything as I've already made an online payment to the store. There is no information given to me about the order tracking number, when will it reach me, etc. And after calling them numerous times, and reading these complaints from people who have bought stuff from here is scaring me a bit. How can I contact them and get a response?

      I have order a product from SSS, and one or two times the delivery boy called for delivering the package. Next time he called, we refused and told to CANCEL and return. And he was such a RUDE with a lady over a call, so rubbishly. He told "if you dont want the order what have you ordered such product". If this type of service will be provided by SSS it will go on a big LOSS.

          I ordered a pair of shoes from Street style store on 30-01-16. I paid through credit card. There is juat one phone number on the website which is busy all the time. The order was shipped to secunderabad on 5th feb. A company called always carrier is responsible for the delivery but they say its in no service zone. The delivery company is neither sending the shoes back to the company so that i get a refund nor delivering my product. The company is even not bothered that i havent received my product. I dont think that they are contacting the delivery company about it. My money is stuck. The company doesnt respond to my mails. Everytime i mail them a new ticket is generated and no further assistance is given.I have contacted indian consumer complaints forum, they just informed the company once, they are not bothered if my compaint was solved.

            I ordered this pair of shoes ie.Order reference is URRMPZYCO on 24/12/2015. I received this product on 13/1/2016. This shoe was not fit to me. I wanted to return this shoes but they dont have such policy. Street Style Store exchange your product only for once, If again you are gettin any issue they will charge you 200Rs. I called to customer care but they have only one landline phone and you never gonna talk to their executives. I entered request to return this shoes, order picked up on 18/1/2016. In exchange of this I ordered two items that according to my first order price(Order Reference JVJFMQLHE) . 1).Silver steps - Shoe Size : 37 2). Love in time in blue - Size : S. Now its been month now they dint shipped my order. I am flodding their inbox but dint get any response from their side. Calling their so called number[protected] don't know why they have provided this number just for the sake to tell they have phone. What should i do know. Please help me out.

            I had ordered few products from street style store on 27th September 2017, and the estimated date for the order delivery was 18th of October. I haven’t received my order yet and in the mean time I haven’t received any information about the shipment of my order neither through email nor do through text message.
            The Account which I Hold of SSS, there as well is no information about my order, it’s still showing as payment accepted. There is no tracking number nothing provided.
            I was expecting my order to be delivered whole day but I didn’t received it. I had ordered for the Diwali but I guess I won’t get it for Diwali anyway.
            I had mailed and made complaint everyway possible for my order but haven’t received a single response from your team.
            I don’t have any idea where my order is..
            I am frustrated with the poor service of SSS.
            What am I suppose to do now..!

            There is no proper customer care service, no contact number..
            where will a customer Go and what will a customer do if this is the condition of SSS..
            The last option is to report a complaint against SSS

                  I received my order today of three sandals, all three of them though are appropriate to sizes but they are big blunder to wear, they are not at all comfortable to wear, so many laces they have, all weak ones and not durable. Also I am not at all satisfied with their look as compared to what I had expected after having it seen on your website before placing the order. The order no. Is 484017 .I have already mailed them about the issue but till now no response has been received.
                  I request you to please let me know how can I return those sandals and can get my money refunded. Also if return is not allowed, please allow me to at least to exchange them for some other sandals available on your website because I am not at all interested in buying these. In worst case, if refund of money is not possible, at least give me credits on your site only that can be used later for shopping later from your store but please do something.                       I had placed an order of three shoes from Street Stlyle store on 28th December 2015 and had received the shoes in the first week of january 2016. As these were of incorrect size, I placed and exchange request ON 3rd January 2016. It has been 45 days but I have not as of yet received the exchanged goods. After a lot of following up and a zillion mails they picked up the shoes to be exchanged on 2nd Febuary 2016. But it has been 14 days after that and I have still not received the exchanged shoes. Also they are now not responding to email queries either and their phone is always unreachable. I am at the end of my tether with them. They have horribly lousy customer care. I will never make the mistake of shopping with them. If they do not have the caliber to run a e-commerce site effectively, their license to do business should be withdrawn because they are just harassing customers

                        I had orderd 2 pairs of shoes from Street Style Store. They have promised a free exchange for the first time on their website. after writing multiple mails there is still nobody here to replace the product. Their customer care numbers are busy for the entire day. They are now asking me to send across the courier by myself by paying Rs. 200. Total cheaters. There is no response from them now. Neither there is any response from FedEx who keeps promising of coming and collecting parcels every evening.

                            I placed an order(NPXWTEMEB) for 3 sandles at 999 with COD on 5th Jan 2016. They split my order into 2(NPXWTEMEB and DLKKKWVZO). I received 2 out 3 products on 5th Feb 2016, for which I paid 1050(includes COD charges). 1 of the products received was of poor quality so I raised an exchange request. The other sandle is still undelivered. For the third sandle the courier company says I need to pay the COD amount again as SSS didn't update them that the entire amount has been paid with previous partial order. When I try to contact them their customer care number is unreachable and over the mail they just apologize with no information about my order. I got one of their executive Aisha's number. I tried to contact her. She ensured I would receive my order by 12th Feb 2016. But only false promises. So I am left with only 1 wearable sandle, 1 cheap quality sandle and 1 sandle is stuck with courier company because SSS executives are so lazy to drop a mail to courier company that COD amount need not be charged again. Highly disappointed.

                              I had ordered 2 dresses from streetstyle store.Both the dresses were of extremely cheap quality.They provided a reverse pickup for 1 of the dresses.however didn't refund the money.I mailed them several times for the refund and exchange of my 2nd dress.However they havent replied.They never pick up their customer care no and dont reply to Emails either.ITS A FRAUD COMPANY .However they keep updating the site every few days.basically they are running the site but not refunding the money.

                                I had placed an order on 21st Dec 2015 for sandals on this site for which I got delivery on 25 Jan 2016 as per their policy they need 21 days for delivery but actually they took whole month..Now I had submitted the exchange request on 30 Jan 2016 but today is 15 Feb and no one came yet for exchange. I have drop one mail on their help desk and in reply they just apologize but didn't mentioned my order status.My amount was already deducted on 21 Dec 2015. Please advise how can I take my money back

                                  It's been approx 1.5 month from the date of purchase, I got neither the product nor my money back. I have been writing mails and mails but their helpdesk is not responding. So I tried calling them it's always busy or ring in exchange.

                                    Hi had place order on 6th Feb of 999 the payment is done by credit card I had call many times the number is always busy nd I don't have any updates of my order that when I will received it ant secondly I placed one more order on 12 Feb of 899 by cash on delivery I got the update on 13Feb that the order is shipped

                                      I ordered a pair of shoes (order no. YKVVVBPRG) on 11/21/2015. In placing this order a credit voucher worth Rs. 450 received from a previous return was utilized. It has been many months and yet there is no trace of my order. I have written countless mails. Every time someone called "Janpreet " sends me pointless email that goes like this

                                      I do not think you people can be trusted. You are cheats! Numerous people here have complained that after repeated reminders when you finally delivered the order, the products were far from satisfactory. So these people had to initiate returns and again they had to face the same careless attitude. You guys are trapping people. Now I have wasted enough time on you. I shall accept this order only if you send me pictures of it first so that I can be satisfied that you are sending what I had ordered. I do not want to find out after paying and unpacking the shoes that they are not what I was expecting. It goes without saying that I am not going to repeat my mistake of shopping from your site ever again. I have learnt my lesson and have learnt it well!
