I ordered one item order DMKYDPPD signature sneaker size : 38.
The item that is shipped is entirely different from what i ordered.
These are some long boots.
I had made the payment already and now when I am trying to contact on your no, its never answered or it it is always busy.(tried your no around 100 time in last 5 days but no response at all)
I am sorry to say you have very poor delivery and customer service.

My ticket id is 190872 n my order no is 454193 its being more than 21 days i havent received my order n i didnt get any response from your side. I need it urgently n i want a response from your side asap.

I received my order today of three sandals, all three of them though are appropriate to sizes but they are big blunder to wear, they are not at all comfortable to wear, so many laces they have, all weak ones and not durable. Also I am not at all satisfied with their look as compared to what I had expected after having it seen on your website before placing the order. The order no. Is 484017 .I have already mailed them about the issue but till now no response has been received.
I request you to please let me know how can I return those sandals and can get my money refunded. Also if return is not allowed, please allow me to at least to exchange them for some other sandals available on your website because I am not at all interested in buying these. In worst case, if refund of money is not possible, at least give me credits on your site only that can be used later for shopping later from your store but please do something. I had placed an order of three shoes from Street Stlyle store on 28th December 2015 and had received the shoes in the first week of january 2016. As these were of incorrect size, I placed and exchange request ON 3rd January 2016. It has been 45 days but I have not as of yet received the exchanged goods. After a lot of following up and a zillion mails they picked up the shoes to be exchanged on 2nd Febuary 2016. But it has been 14 days after that and I have still not received the exchanged shoes. Also they are now not responding to email queries either and their phone is always unreachable. I am at the end of my tether with them. They have horribly lousy customer care. I will never make the mistake of shopping with them. If they do not have the caliber to run a e-commerce site effectively, their license to do business should be withdrawn because they are just harassing customers

I had orderd 2 pairs of shoes from Street Style Store. They have promised a free exchange for the first time on their website. after writing multiple mails there is still nobody here to replace the product. Their customer care numbers are busy for the entire day. They are now asking me to send across the courier by myself by paying Rs. 200. Total cheaters. There is no response from them now. Neither there is any response from FedEx who keeps promising of coming and collecting parcels every evening.

I have ordered a black seqin embroidery dress, it was cash on delivery but it was a long time n I didn't get this yet... My question is this if I have paid for this then also it happened? Why m not receiving this dress ...

I placed an order(NPXWTEMEB) for 3 sandles at 999 with COD on 5th Jan 2016. They split my order into 2(NPXWTEMEB and DLKKKWVZO). I received 2 out 3 products on 5th Feb 2016, for which I paid 1050(includes COD charges). 1 of the products received was of poor quality so I raised an exchange request. The other sandle is still undelivered. For the third sandle the courier company says I need to pay the COD amount again as SSS didn't update them that the entire amount has been paid with previous partial order. When I try to contact them their customer care number is unreachable and over the mail they just apologize with no information about my order. I got one of their executive Aisha's number. I tried to contact her. She ensured I would receive my order by 12th Feb 2016. But only false promises. So I am left with only 1 wearable sandle, 1 cheap quality sandle and 1 sandle is stuck with courier company because SSS executives are so lazy to drop a mail to courier company that COD amount need not be charged again. Highly disappointed.

I had ordered 2 dresses from streetstyle store.Both the dresses were of extremely cheap quality.They provided a reverse pickup for 1 of the dresses.however didn't refund the money.I mailed them several times for the refund and exchange of my 2nd dress.However they havent replied.They never pick up their customer care no and dont reply to Emails either.ITS A FRAUD COMPANY .However they keep updating the site every few days.basically they are running the site but not refunding the money.

I had placed an order on 21st Dec 2015 for sandals on this site for which I got delivery on 25 Jan 2016 as per their policy they need 21 days for delivery but actually they took whole month..Now I had submitted the exchange request on 30 Jan 2016 but today is 15 Feb and no one came yet for exchange. I have drop one mail on their help desk and in reply they just apologize but didn't mentioned my order status.My amount was already deducted on 21 Dec 2015. Please advise how can I take my money back

It's been approx 1.5 month from the date of purchase, I got neither the product nor my money back. I have been writing mails and mails but their helpdesk is not responding. So I tried calling them it's always busy or ring in exchange.

Hi had place order on 6th Feb of 999 the payment is done by credit card I had call many times the number is always busy nd I don't have any updates of my order that when I will received it ant secondly I placed one more order on 12 Feb of 899 by cash on delivery I got the update on 13Feb that the order is shipped

NSHOYLFBS - This is my order number. Its been 2 months now I have placed the order, I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, I had to follow up 10 times for the order to be picked and now after being picked they dont give a to refund or send the replacement. This Is a complete cheat website, the customer care number is always busy there seems nothing existing like a number like that.

Please be aware, before purchasing something from this website as its freaking time waste to follow up with them.

I have purchased a pair of ladies shoes and when i got the delivery of the product i was no as per expectation ..SO i want to refund it and want my money back immediately but this company is not allowing me to do so and making it very complex to me..

I ordered two pair of shoes of worth Rs.1398 with a coupon code SAVE399. So the total amount was 999.I got a message that my order was shipped to Secunderabad(where i live) but the delivery was unsuccessful due to no service. Later I got no updates on it. I paid the amount with credit card. But I haven't got a refund nor any updates if i will get the refund. There is no direct contact on call with the support team, there is just one number on the site which says busy all the time.I have emailed their help desk a number of times but not sure if my request is being processed.

I request you to resolve it, by either delivering the shoes or getting the refund as soon as possible.

I have written 6 times to street Style Store . I purchased a shoe for 899/- .
The shoe size was large and requested for a return.

The person came and took the shoe from me . Its been more than a month they have not returned my exchange or given me my money.

Even if you write to them they dont respond and they have agents sitting at their email desk who dont understand what the customer is asking.

Street Style Store is there only to cheat people. They have a very bad return policy of their products. They cheat people by taking money and not returning the product .

My order no is XAIUACBGM. I had placed this order on 6th Jan, 2016 and paid for it online. The order had to delivered within 21 days. Its been more than 1 and a half month and I haven't received the order yet.

I have mailed and have been waiting for the order. Its beyond my understanding that why so much time is being taken.

We have ordered two pairs of foot wear from Street style store . as per the delivery timelines the product should have been received by us till now but there is no information regarding a product dispatch.
inspite of so many email followups we haven't received any reply from customer care.
also the number is not valid which is mentioned on their website.

Please response to my email. I want the product to be delivered within 3 days or else refund my money.
