I am trying to contact you since last 15 days but you don't even reply the mails and your contact no is invalid.After the pickup procedure you guys just vanished.I need to get my product in exchange or kindly refund the money then

I have ordered 3 pair of shoes from SSS on 11th Feb 2016 & they have promised me that my order would get deliver in 3 to 21 working days.
I have made online payment of rs 999 from my credit card. Daily i am mailing them regarding my order but nobody is replying on my mail. The phone no[protected]/[protected])(10 A.M to 6 PM),
which is mentioned on site is continuously coming switch off. Its been already 45 days & i don't know the status of my order. I think this is a fake site. They are taking money from the clients in not delivering their products & making false commitments. Please help me with delivery of my product or give me my refund back...

My Order number is QVIZVLGCY - I placed this order on Feb 26 and still waiting an update from the site administrators about its dispatch. I don't understand what kind of online store this is.. they have a contact number which isn't reachable and i guess the owners are not serious about their business.

Even after dropping multiple mails, there is just one reply stating that the order will be dispatched in 3-4 days. People working here are blind that they can't see people asking products in return of their money via mails and continous queries. I want to know the status of my order or I am planning to personally go and file a suit against them.

Ridiculous service.

I have ordered on 19th Feb 2016 and order was prepaid and till date(16th March 2016) I am following them up but still no response, neither they are initiating refund process nor they are responding.Pathetic Service they have.
Please do the needful.

I ordered a top worth 600 as the size was too big I initiated an exchange of product.now in my account section in sss the product is received by them and noe it's being around 2 months they did not credited the amount.
Worst customer care service they font even bother to receive the calls and reply to mails.
I want my money back.

I ordered a pair of flats but d product i received was worst..bad fitting, size issue and all.The date i placed my order is 26th Feb'16. From the day i received my order, I am continuously trying to reach its customer care no but every time the line is busy. Seems, this is a fake sight or so.. Very bad service. Then i dropped a mail but nothing happened. I am tired now. Want to get this product return or exchange, whatever possible. I would never ever suggest anyone to shop from this super third class shopping site. My experience was the worst one.

I have been trying to contact uou people since last month i have purchased a dress and a pair of shoes which cost about 2000, i have returned but i havent recieved any points out of how can i reedem my points for further shopping or else please return me my money

1. Till now I have not received my order.
Even after dropping so many mails, I do not get a call back form the, neither I get my order.

2. They do not have money return policy, so if I don't want any product, I am forced to buy another one (even if I don't want to).

Worst site, please do not buy products form here. There are many other sites, far better than this one.

I had bought a product worth rupees 999 whose order id is 493536 and Order Date:[protected]. Its been more than a month and I have not yet got the product. I tried to call streetstylestore but the contact numbers given are wrong.
I mailed these people plenty of time, asking to refund the money if they can't deliver the product. But all these people doing is to give deadlines which they never going to make.
The customer care support is not at all helpful.
This is wasting my time and my money is gone already.

I request to help me with this.

I have ordered 2 footwear from street style store but no response from them till yet and nobody picks up the customer care as well.Have put them mails but still no response as when delivery will be done.Have requested to send the delivery before 20th March as due to some urgency but they are not bothered.Payment is already done so want a refund if the delivery is not done on time.

I have ordered 3 pair of footwear in this website on 17th of september 2015, i received the product after a great delay with 3 pairs with order number 276360 which i finally revcieved on 8th november(after 2 months nearly- i was promised 21 days delivery), and the size didn't fit me

i received only tea date flats-size 40 and quick flats(white) size-40, but glow my cover was missing-there is neither a return of money nor any intimation of the missing footwear., and one final day they came in month of january for exchange of my tea date flats-size 40 to 39, which they took almost about 2 months back where there is no reply at all from their side. Mr.Aravind Yadav is the profound name i receive mails from. He never replies to any mails, can u plz atleast make my order or return my money back, this time i need to receive

I had ordered 2 pair of sandals, one was having size issue, , i registered a change of size request.it came to action after 15 days of delivery,
i some how keeping patience doing every procedure of that.
but nothing happened till today also.
god knows which service they use, , m surprised that they will never call you before coming, , and will give the statement that receiver cancelled the order, .as if we have nothing to do except waiting of the delivery service.
and again you will receive a mail confirming that you will get your order SOON.
i really din know this is the condition of SSS.

I have ordered for one white sneaker. They gave me another white sneaker which I have not ordered for. They told me for return. And I received the same wrong order again. I don't understand what is so difficult to dispatch the order I have ordered for. And for thus they say it's a startup. This is happened twice. And they also don't have money refund in their policy. Helpline number is not working always in busy. So poor response. Please help me out or I will be forced to complain to police. This is the second time and m very serious. The money that we r using to buy ur products is from our hardwork we earn it and you people are earning that money from us by cheating us. This is the last warning.

I have order two pairs of shoes from the website of this company, but the product quality is too bad as it is some else shown in picture display. This is really unfair and making the customers fool by showing such high quality images of product on website.
Further, they are not reachable on number mention on their website as well as not responding to the mails even. Please help me out. I need my money back.

I have ordered the footwear on 31/1/2016, from street style store. however after repeated emails and call, they shipped 2 pair of shoes which has been delivered to me on 11/3/2016 which is like 49 days, where in in an email, they have claimed to ship the goods within 21 days.

Also, in-spite of continuous email, SSS doesn't bother to revert back neither gives clear picture of what is the status and when will they ship out the goods. Even on Calls, they do not reply back correctly and are rude.

This experience with SSS is very bad and would never purchase anything from them ever. Neither will recommend it to anyone.

All i need now is my money back for the ones i have paid. since this will be the minimum they can do for my efforts and patience I have put on them in last 1.5 months.

1.5months back i ordered a bad which was delivered to me within 4 days but it was in pathetic state then i asked for refund they refuse as its against there policy. Then they agreed on exchanging the product so i orderes two sandals i got one of them 3 days back after 1.5months.. and they took the bag and i talked with one of their agent and she promised me to deliver the second sandals asap on urgent basis.. this statment i have been listening from 1 month and nothing happening . I want my sandal urgently as i belive that they wont give me the 2nd sandal immediately as i believe that they will not deliver it as they already have my money with them and now the product as well.. please reply or call me with the status of the product as these ppl are not replying my emails from last 15 days.

I ordered a pair of boots on street style store and although i received the boots within three to four days, the boots were of really bad quality. The size was way too small. The suede is damaged and is rubbed off. The packaging was horrible and there was dust inside the packaging. At first, it was surprising how they are even marketing such a product but after reading the reviews on SSS i think i should feel obliged that they at least delivered my product. (read sarcasm)

I put in a return request for the boots and they took forever to accept the request and provide me with a credit note. Every time I would trying using the credit note, an error would pop at the payment method stage. When i finally managed to complete the order, they put in a COD charge of Rs. 50. So i canceled the order and now the credit note is not working. it says that it has already been used.

I have put in numerous requests for them to revert the credit to my SSS account but they keep closing the request without even replying.
