My pair of heel shoes was delivered .l paid rs 1000 as the size was not correct I asked sss for an exchange .the size delivered was 41 .the heels was taken away by the delivery man. my required size is 39 i contacted sss for a month there is no response till today this is my bitter experience with sss .I never had such an experience with other companies my contact no is[protected]

non delivery - fraud site

I have placed my order on 3-March and till date i haven't receive my order. There is no contact number, tracking id on the site along with this their email is also invalid. Now, i want my money to be refunded. Can anyone help??

    Hi,
    I exchanged some really bad quality stuff and got nothing in return!!! Does that make sense? I ordered some stuff and was really disappointed with the quality. So I asked for exchange as you don't refund. The exchange order was placed in October! Will you please either send the stuff, refund my money or send the **** clothes that I returned back to me so that I can give them away to those in need? The amount that is due me is 749/-

      I had ordered a product from street style store. My order was split into two seperate orders. The amount for both the orders was same (999 each).
      When I recieved the first order, I did not find it to my liking and returned it. The return was duly picked up. I spoke to the customer care representative through the e-mail since the once number they have provided on their site never seems to work. He assured me that since I had yet to receive the second order and seeing how the amounts were same for both, he would adjust the amount in the second order so that I would not have to pay anything at all. The second order arrived with the delivery person having no knowledge of the adjustment of amounts and he point blank refused to speak to his superiors or see the mail when it was clearly stated that I would not be needing to pay for this order. His response was " if you want this pay for it otherwise go back".
      Since I was really in need I ended up paying another ₹999.
      Since that day I must have placed over a 100 calls to the customer care they have with the number always being on wait or busy. ALWAYS!
      And when I tried to get in touch with them through the mail, I have just recieved the auto generated mail telling me that my ticket id is so and so. There has been no contact from their side ever since and the customer care has been extremely ignorant. Please help me out with this situation as my money had been stuck there . I went to their reviews after all this had happened and found out I was not the only one facing this issue.

        Hi, I order two pairs of shoes on Street Style Store in Dec, and the products were delivered. Good job, then I realized after trying that the size was wrong, so I requested for exchange, as they dont give refund, at all.

        Then the products got picked up, and I placed new orders. And it has been more than a month, I have not received my products. I have tried to contact the customer care team (online for which I have recieved ticket number, and their phone line never gets connected).

        So I tried to do some online research, which I should have done before placing the order. Now I realize that there are many people who have not received their products or refund

          Hi,
          I had ordered shoes from street style store on December 7 2015 after doing online full payment of Rs 5700 and they asked for 3-21 days time to deliver it, today is Feb 25 2016 and i have still not received any product from them nor any response in the delay in shipping. Every time i try they customer care number its busy or not valid. When we send email they don't response to it.
          I am very much frustrated and now i dont even want those shoes, i just want me money back, please someone help me in taking some action against this kinda fraud company. I am registering complain here with high hope that who ever is taking care of this consumer forum will help me .

            I made order of 1199 INR rupees for 3 pair of shoes using streetstylestore.com on 1 Feb, 2016. Today is the 25th day but they neither delivering my order nor replying me on emails. I have send number of emails to [protected]@streetstylestore.com but all efforts are in vain.
            In addition to this i have tried to contact them[protected] but all times i found this number busy.
            They have provided me Ticket ID - 201795 from their side but nothing action they took.
            I have attached my transaction information provided by street style store and my email conversation with this complaint.

              I booked for "Brown Sugar - Shoe Size : 37. The product was damaged, so I have asked for a replacement. I had already done the payment. The vendor came and pick the shoes on 9. 2. 2016.
              I got message as below---
              "As we have received your email we request you to send us the new product name and correct size which you want in exchange.So that we will dispatch your order on urgent basis."
              Since then I have not got my shoes. I am following them requlary through mails but not getting any response. Plz, help me sorting out my issue.

                My Order Number : WIMRYRRJW ( SINGING IN THE RAIN ) PEACH COLOR 39 SIZE
                I had order this product on Jan 17th 2016. Refused to receive this product this the delivery boy was very abusive and harsh. He wasn't able to figure out my address and screwing me in abusive language, hence rejected the parcel. I have been writing mails to the helpdesk for delivery of the product or helping me place a new order with the same amount which of 899INR. I have no response to my mails nor my calls. Team, its our hard earned money and hope you understand. Shall take this issue forward to media and sue the company for cheating the people.

                  I had made an order on line on this website called "Street style store" in September second week 2015 which was delivered to me in mid November that too with wrong products for which they refused to make a refund of and reverted back only in December against the request.
                  Finally the exchange procedure started in December end but I was granted with the credit note in January end after a series of emails of complain.
                  To en cash the credit I placed an order on the 3rd of Feb expecting the right stuff this time (on time). Now this time they surprised me again by splitting my order into five different orders and charging again for each one of them at the time of delivery in-spite of been provided with the credit note. After I refused to pay for what I have already paid for the delivery boy took back the stuff and has not updated yet. They do not take calls or revert on emails.

                  I placed an order on 1st june and since i was not satisfied with product quality, return request was raised and 1499 amount that i had paid was refunded as coupon.

                  I again placed order on 3rd of september for Graceful Carole-white - Shoe Size : 37 and Meet the countrygirl - Shoe Size : 3.

                  Total amount was 1499 and i had used my coupon that was provided to me as a refund of order placed on 1st june.

                  Firstly it's 11th december and if i am not wrong its more than 3 months that i have placed order.

                  No information on delivery of my order as of yet and on top of that it says tha i have to pay 1000rs on delivery.

                  hahahaha!

                  I know it will not be new for you to receive such mails from customers about flaw in your service.

                  I have been chasing for my order quite since long and request you to please correct delivery amount to 50 as i have already paid for the order . I have used the coupon that you guys have provided me.

                    I had placed order for 2 shoes on Jan 19. I received 1 pair of shoes on Feb 15.
                    From then the order status for the second pair of shoes show PRIORITY DISPATCH. REference number - "BFOSWYMEI"

Its been a month m complaining sending emails but i never got a satisfactory answer. I am failed to understand on what basis they are running there business when their customers are not satisfy with their products and services.. 10days back i got an email confirmation that my products are ready and they will be dispatched to me within 7 days. Now they are saying that they are in huge demand so it is taking time. Firstly, they delivered me a bag which was in pathetic state then they promised me to exchange the product with the product i choose and they will deliver the products to me on high priority. I have also paid the money to them. They not even answer to these complaints.

                        I had placed an order for 2 pair of shoes on January 26, 2016 . These people have a policy of dispatching in a period of 3-21 days ( which in itself is a very inefficient service, because all other online shopping website dispatch orders very efficiently in a period of 3-4 days) .
                        Anyways coming back, I patiently waited for the maximum number of days .i.e. 21 days. On 16 Feb 2016, I enquired about the status of my order places THREE weeks ago, which had NOT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED AS YET.

                        These liars then changed the status of my order to @URGENT DISPATCH' on 17 February 2016.

                        Today ONE MORE WEEK has passed since I enquired about my order .i.e. 4 WEEKS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AND I HAVE YET NOT RECEVIED MY ORDER OF PAIR OF SHOES.

                        This WEBSITE IS VERY INEFFICIENT in their services .It is not worth buying from this website because they take a month to deliver a simple order of 2 pair of shoes and in spite of their inefficient services they expect you to pay the entire money including cash on delivery charges.!!!

                        Further another example of their inefficiency is that no one responds on their customer services email id. So no point in raising an issue with them!!!

                        I placed the order on JANUARY 26, 2016

                        I followed up on FEBRUARY 16, 2016 for the status of my order which was still 'preparation in progress' on the said date.

                        I checked pursuant to my follow up, the status of my order was ONLY CHANGED from 'preparation in progress' to 'URGENT DISPATCH'

                        AND THIS 'URGENT DISPATCH' WAS ACTUALLY DISPATCHED AFTER ANOTHER WEEK .I.E. ON FEBRUARY 23, 2016.

                        and in this interim, NO ONE BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS EXPLAINING WHY IT TOOK ONE MONTH TO DISPATCH A ORDER !!!

                        OVER AND ABOVE, YOU EXPECT ME TO QUIETLY ACCEPT SUCH A DEFICIENT ORDER AND PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF 1050 INCLUDING CASH ON DELIVERY !!!

                          How could i miss not reading reviews about your store before placing an order, so dumb of me first !!!

                          I have placed an order for 3 shoes for 999 on 10th Feb 2016. Today i happened to think I haven't received any update on it. I sent an email to the customer care email id they have provided. Then when i checked in internet for reviews, oh man!! not even a single good review about your store.

                          1st complaint common to everyone: Delay in getting the products we have placed order and worst customer care ever!!! After repeated sending emails to know the update, there has been no response. I have also done online banking and already done the payment :(

                          2nd Complaint: After the products reaches the user, they are extremely of bad quality, they are doing fraud by showing good pictures in the website. Some have even mentioned that the shoes they received were torn.


                          I have not seen even a single good comment anywhere about this store and now I am not interested to buy any product from your store. I am now scared that will I be ever getting the products I ordered, will it be good, if i want an exchange will it be done, will I be ever able to cancel it, will i get refund if i cancel. These are the questions running in my mind. I did a big mistake not to see the reviews and placing orders in your site.


                          First thing, I want to hear from you ASAP.One of you guys should call me and tell me when I will be getting my order, If you don't please cancel my order and refund my amount immediately.

                          I faced a similar issue and in my case I placed an order on Jan 26, 2016 and have still not received it! They do not respond to emails either . I followed up on 16 Feb after which they changed the status of my order to Urgent dispatch on 17 feb . I haven't received my order after one week of their so called 'urgent dispatch' . They need to first understand the meaning o[censored]rgent I guess.

We are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are sort of struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

                          Customers do compare us with giants like amazon, flipkart and so but there is lot of inputs and labour to be done to become a full fledged one.

                              I have returned the product from street style store as the fit was not proper - order id #355001. i still haven't got my refund of 699 rs. the customer service number also is not working either their phone lines are busy or no one picks up and there has been no response to my mails as well. They have blocked their fb page so i can't even message them there

                                Hopeless online store ever seen!!!bunch of fraudsters looting public money online.

                                  Order #409344 (ZUQWCMNJN)... Placed on 20.12.2015 and shipped on 21.01.2016 and status as on 23.02.2016 is still not received and they say that it was deliver long ago...for which I demanded the proof stating its status delivered and since that time they are not replying and don't know how will I get back the amount I paid...
                                  They actually seem to be a fake site...but have no clue why there is no action even after so many consumer complaints...and why everyday a new bunch of people is getting cheated...
