I have sent lot of emails for exchange but still there is not response.Its been 3 months I am following with Street Style. I need my money back if you cant exchange.

I made the exchange request 9 days ago however still not received any update on the same. SSS takes your money and makes sure that you get harassment in return.
Very very disppointed

My order number is #556089 . I did not get my product and payment is already done . I send so many emails to customer care but no one responds .

i dont want any products from your website please return my money back ASAP.

I want to exchange my product which is of bigger size than I want . I tried to contact street style store but thy gave no response to my three mails ant their costumer care number comes busy al the time. And the instructions give to change the product ant helpful. Please help me out. I want to replace my product. Thank you...

I bought a dress from street style store . I ask for an exchange because of size issue i paid them the amount and after that they took the product and never gave me the exchange ...They took my money and the product ...No reaponse to my mails ..Even the contact no which is given, not working ...Froud people fake company

I think the owner are note taking business seriously why don't u'll recieve the call i[censored] don't want to sell then close your app response to our call

This complaint pertains to the site www.streetstylestore.com
the day my order under order number 441996 was delivered, i lodged in a request for replacement since the size of the product was two sizes small.
January 25th, 2016, they confirmed my replacement but no further communication was carried out from their end.
February 12th, 2016, i wrote an email to them requesting them to look into the same issue yet again.
a person named Arvind Yadav replied to my email on behalf of the email on the same day stating that the pick up will take place within 2-4 working days.
3days ago i had to email them yet again since the pick has yet not been initiated and not a phone call or text or email has been written from their end!
the shoe is still lying in my room in its box, unused. and my money is still stuck! an amount more than INR 1, 000 is a big enough sum for a student like myself living in a hostel in a city 2000 kilometres away from home.

i request whoever is reading this to help me get my product replaced! i am not asking for the money but in the least, help me receive my product!

I have ordered products worth rps 1700 for wich I've not yet been received a confirmed delivery date..and on the other hand I could see worst comments and reviews against their products so I don't want the delivery of those...I mailed them and asked for a refund before delivery but there is no response from their end...

Order using a debit card on 3/9/16 and immediately regretted. Order status- shipped(1 product) no tracking details provided yet.
Order status- priority dispatch (joke!)
Do not get tempted by the offer and never ever make an online payment.
Asked for contact number through email, Facebook and Instagram. Upright ignored every time. All they do is keep repeating how it takes 3-21 days.
All in all a bad experience.

I had ordered 2 shoes from the site. I have received the order but I am not satisfied with the quality of the shoes. Its quality is totally different from what they have uploaded for the display on their site.I am not getting the return option on street style store site.After that I called on their customer care number but no one is receiving the call. I am very much disappointed with the service they provide.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, and when i didn't find its size right, i made a request for returning it but as they don't have return policy, then i was ready for exchanging my product also. I sent them link of the product which i wanted in exchange and other size related information. But the company is not replying to my email, and i have sent them so many email. Now as I have invested my money to this company but don't have any product in hand. I feel like my money has been sunk because they are not processing my request. And their contact number doesn't provide any contact. And i don't find any hope that my product or money will be back into my hand. I feel so irritated from this company. But I request to consumercomplaints.in to help me to have my product or money back.

I returned three pairs of footwears and they have received it. i received an email from their agent stating i should send him my order with the product name and size and vouchers to be applied . it's been 9 days and i have not received any response. neither is anyone picking my calls.
i want a quick response to my email and place my order asap.

I have been facing harassment by them since 6 months. When i first placed the order ot was delivered on time but had to return one shoe. Then they sent me a parcel which i never ordered and also took the payment as i was not at home.this matter kept on stretching coz they were not ready to accept their mistake nor were they ready to refund my money.finally, i agreed to place a new order against a credit voucher which they raised on mu account.i placed a new order on 29th jan 2016 but till 2nd march i did not receive my parcel so i decide to cancel the order as i was going out of town.i came back and sent them repated mails but they din bother to reply so i had to again place a new order for which i received instant confirmation but they din adjust my credit voucher against the place order. I have sent them mail agaim demanding adjustment and obviously the product but i am not getting any feedback from them.have called them thousands of time but no response.
I am really sick and tired of continuously bugging them without any feedback and it seems as if my full money is going to be fraudulently forfeited by them

This company should be sued legally and the proprietor should be put behind bars so that they get a lesson against troubling so many people or say consumers.

Please please help me get through them.

I have ordered 3 pair of shoes from SSS on 11th Feb 2016 & they have promised me that my order would get deliver in 3 to 21 working days.
I have made online payment of rs 999 from my credit card. Daily i am mailing them regarding my order but nobody is replying on my mail. The phone no[protected]/[protected])(10 A.M to 6 PM),
which is mentioned on site is continuously coming switch off. Its been already 45 days & i don't know the status of my order. I think this is a fake site. They are taking money from the clients in not delivering their products & making false commitments. Please help me with delivery of my product or give me my refund back...

My Order number is QVIZVLGCY - I placed this order on Feb 26 and still waiting an update from the site administrators about its dispatch. I don't understand what kind of online store this is.. they have a contact number which isn't reachable and i guess the owners are not serious about their business.

Even after dropping multiple mails, there is just one reply stating that the order will be dispatched in 3-4 days. People working here are blind that they can't see people asking products in return of their money via mails and continous queries. I want to know the status of my order or I am planning to personally go and file a suit against them.

Ridiculous service.

I have ordered on 19th Feb 2016 and order was prepaid and till date(16th March 2016) I am following them up but still no response, neither they are initiating refund process nor they are responding.Pathetic Service they have.
