We have ordered one shoe pair from street style store . Till date i haven't received the material. Seriously this is the one of worst online shopping site . I have seen there are lots of complaint against them delivery, material challenges, customercare is not working & responding on time . I don't know why they open ning site, if they not managing properly . I request to consumer forrum to close this agency, so to avoid fraud cases . Even you have full address of them .

    Hi,
    I recently ordered a bag from SSS which got delivered to me Yesterday (Feb 10th). My order no. being 495807.

    I put a mail on the same day for return of the product because it is not at all as it appeared in the image and quality also is too bad to use.

    The mail procedure is on a halt. (My Ticket ID - 202575.)
    Can somebody please help to take this procedure to the next level?

      I received a bag with yellow and black patches on it as if it was dumbed for years in warehouse. I email them to refund my money but they refused as it is not there policy but they asked me to select products which are of same amt .i was adamant on my words that i need my money but afterwards i sent them the product name so that they can replace the bag with them . But they did not reply me.

          Hi, this is Neelam from New Delhi. there is a private brand named SSS(http://streetstylestore.com/) which firm is located in Delhi only, sells women stuff like footwear, handbags etc. it is being almost two months when i had bought two shoes which i had received after a week. one was ok but other had size issue so i had returned it. as they have only exchange policy so i had bought another shoe in behalf of returned shoe. now it is being a month but they did not send yet even after writing them so many emails and making so many calls. They are only promising to send it in next days in each call. this is so frustrating. how can a firm take this much time to send a single shoe. I have paid them already for that product. they dont even have refund option they have only exchange policy. so i cant even apply for the refund.

          I dont know even complaining here will work or not but if it does pls help me and take an action for such firms and whoever is reading this pls do not buy any of product from this website. you will be cheated.

            I am seriously fed up of trying to contact SSS. They never pick up the call (trying since 2 weeks) and now even stopped replying to the mails as well. Forget getting a solution.
            I have returned few products and want to exchange it as they do not have a policy of refunding money but there has been no revert. I feel like my money is all gone as neither i have the products nor the money.

              I ordered shoes on 14th nov 2015, and the website says that the product will get delivered in 3-21 days. But i have still not received the shoes and the customer care department is not helping.and they are not even cancelling my order. This is so frustrating.
              Every time a new person replies on the mail saying that they will look into the matter but no one is really looking into it. I either want my money back or get my product delivered. I want them to Atleast tell me a clear scenario.

              To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. We are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

              Customers do compare us with giants like amazon, flipkart and so but there is lot of inputs and labour to be done to become a full fledged one.

              We state that we shall be producing best quality at a very cheap rate. Our designs are attractive and we are working on our grey parts to be a perfect e-commerce.

                1)Online order was placed on 28Dec'15. Rcvd a Damaged product that too after followups, on 12Jan'16 after paying COD of Rs 1249/-

                2)Requested an Exchange order or a Credit Slip facility online on 16Jan16. Pickup was completed on 28Jan'16 that too after several followups

                3) Now my money has also gone, the product has also been taken by the Company and its been 12days that I am following up but there is no indication of the credit balance or the receipt of new exchanged product

                Been more than a month my product is not exchanged or returned

                I had ordered a pair of shoes from street style store.com Its been more than a month and they still din exchange the product or returned the amount . They just send one automated mail everytime i mail them that's it. They don't even have a customer care number
                You guys have the worst service. I have put 2 out of 3 items for exchange which i have recieved around march.. but i haven't got my items back, the items have already picked up for exchange. I couldn't able to find my order details anywhere neither on the website nor on my email.. I didn't even get my money back.I don't have my order details.

                    Not receiving placed order

                          Okay, so here's the thing, SSS.
                          I'm a little surprised by the exchange policy, as your website says that the returns or exchange should happen within a week of delivery of the product, but I don't understand how that is possible since there is just one customer care no. which is possibly busy all the time?!??? I purchased a tunic which is the smallest size available, and I've been waiting for over a week now for someone to pick up my call or revert to my emails. I hate sending stinkers especially cos this was my first order with you guys. And I'm very disappointed. Maybe you could answer my query here and let me know if this tunic is ever going to be returned or do i need to especially come to delhi and speak to u guys!? I need a reply ASAP since none o[censored]s are doing charity here and everyone's time n money is pretty valuable.

                                    Mine is a return order. It has been almost a month i havent received my order yet. And i have already paid for it. They DO NOT PICK UP OUR CALLS and DO NOT REPLY TO OUR MAILS. Not only me but there are many others like me facing such problems from them.
