I have purchased a pair of ladies shoes and when i got the delivery of the product i was no as per expectation ..SO i want to refund it and want my money back immediately but this company is not allowing me to do so and making it very complex to me..

I ordered two pair of shoes of worth Rs.1398 with a coupon code SAVE399. So the total amount was 999.I got a message that my order was shipped to Secunderabad(where i live) but the delivery was unsuccessful due to no service. Later I got no updates on it. I paid the amount with credit card. But I haven't got a refund nor any updates if i will get the refund. There is no direct contact on call with the support team, there is just one number on the site which says busy all the time.I have emailed their help desk a number of times but not sure if my request is being processed.

I request you to resolve it, by either delivering the shoes or getting the refund as soon as possible.

A person from the company called on 13-02-16 and told me i will receive it in next 24 hours and if face any further problem i may contact in that number.Later the delivery company called and said my place was too far. Updated by Shivani Agrawal A person from the company called on 13-02-16 and told me i will receive it in next 24 hours and if face any further problem i may contact in that number.Later the delivery company called and said my place was too far. I have ordered sandals but haven't received any communication regarding the product. Tried calling on the halpdesk no. which is not reachable everytime of the day! This is disappointing and since I have already paid for the product I demand either the product or my money back. This waiting period sucks and the website is a big time fraud...would never recommend or buy anything from here.

I have written 6 times to street Style Store . I purchased a shoe for 899/- .
The shoe size was large and requested for a return.

The person came and took the shoe from me . Its been more than a month they have not returned my exchange or given me my money.

Even if you write to them they dont respond and they have agents sitting at their email desk who dont understand what the customer is asking.

Street Style Store is there only to cheat people. They have a very bad return policy of their products. They cheat people by taking money and not returning the product .

No one should buy from them

1756775 Order ID. You have sent me the wrong sizes and colour of shoes. Horrible quality. What I received Delois nothing like the picture on your site. Do not think I will just let it go. I paid rs 1099 for this. There is no customer care number and nobody we can speak to .

I have seen there are lots of complaint against them delivery, material challenges, customercare is not working & responding on time . I don't know why they open ning site, if they not managing properly . I request to consumer forrum to close this agency, so to avoid fraud cases . Even you have full address of them .

Hi,
I recently ordered a bag from SSS which got delivered to me Yesterday (Feb 10th). My order no. being 495807.

I put a mail on the same day for return of the product because it is not at all as it appeared in the image and quality also is too bad to use.

The mail procedure is on a halt. (My Ticket ID - 202575.)

I received a bag with yellow and black patches on it as if it was dumbed for years in warehouse. I email them to refund my money but they refused as it is not there policy but they asked me to select products which are of same amt .i was adamant on my words that i need my money but afterwards i sent them the product name so that they can replace the bag with them . Hi, this is Neelam from New Delhi. there is a private brand named SSS(http://streetstylestore.com/) which firm is located in Delhi only, sells women stuff like footwear, handbags etc. it is being almost two months when i had bought two shoes which i had received after a week. one was ok but other had size issue so i had returned it. as they have only exchange policy so i had bought another shoe in behalf of returned shoe. now it is being a month but they did not send yet even after writing them so many emails and making so many calls. They are only promising to send it in next days in each call. this is so frustrating. how can a firm take this much time to send a single shoe. I have paid them already for that product. they dont even have refund option they have only exchange policy. so i cant even apply for the refund.

I dont know even complaining here will work or not but if it does pls help me and take an action for such firms and whoever is reading this pls do not buy any of product from this website. you will be cheated.

You guys have the worst service. I have put 2 out of 3 items for exchange which i have recieved around march.. but i haven't got my items back, the items have already picked up for exchange. SSS — Product not delivered

SSS is the worst online site for shopping. i placed my order on 24th august and they promised to deliver my product b/w 3-21 days now its been more than that... dey dnt mail back or cal back ..the worst online shop...Stupid people.

Okay, so here's the thing, SSS.
I'm a little surprised by the exchange policy, as your website says that the returns or exchange should happen within a week of delivery of the product, but I don't understand how that is possible since there is just one customer care no. which is possibly busy all the time?!??? I purchased a tunic which is the smallest size available, and I've been waiting for over a week now for someone to pick up my call or revert to my emails. I hate sending stinkers especially cos this was my first order with you guys. And I'm very disappointed. Maybe you could answer my query here and let me know if this tunic is ever going to be returned or do i need to especially come to delhi and speak to u guys!? I need a reply ASAP since none o[censored]s are doing charity here and everyone's time n money is pretty valuable.
