Hi SSS (who I'm coming to think of a complete fraudulent enterprise now),

It is very upsetting to be writing a complaint here yet again.

This is following a long chain of complain/ redressal mails regarding my order ref: JEUACCCMK.

After repeated mails to you (also involving a scam call from someone claiming to be from SSS asking for my credit card details and a police complaint about the same), you eventually responded saying my order has been shipped and I'd received the tracking URL the following day. This was 4 days ago- on March 7th. After repeated mails, I have received no response from you- neither the URL nor the parcel in sight.

Meanwhile because I left my no. here in the vain hope to hear from you, people have been mistaking it for your no. (since you have very smartly- though not quite so- put up a no. on your website that DOES NOT WORK). So your unfortunate customers (like myself) are calling me instead thinking it's your no. and saying how there is no trace of their orders. I have thus far received 6 such calls from different people.

What are you guyz doing? If you're running a scam, here, this might be time to shut shop and run.

If not- respond, call back- basic ethics, guyz! You can't run a business on auto-pilot.

How do you propose we go about this?

I ordered two pair of shoes with the company three months back. Delsssp132641 is the order id. I never received the order. Finally i asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount.

Now after a lot of complaining and follow up i have received this voucher code for my money #473874_998.

The problem is i want to buy a combo pack of 3 for 999. The voucher you have provided, i am not able to use it with save498. Initially i paid 1000 bucks and now if i will not be able to use this voucher with the voucher that you have provided, its a loss of 498 rs for me. Also why have you provided a helpline number at all when nobody is getting any help from it and its always busy and you never want to take any calls.

I want a solution to my problem within 2 days or else i am coming with cops to the head office. You guys are doing a great job troubling innocent customers and assuming that we have all the time in the world to deal with this nonsense.

WBXHXHGIK is the order id.i tried calling them many times but the line is always busy.Mailed them also a couple of times but no response.

i haven't received the product WBXHXHGIK but they have placed a request for return, how can i replace a product which i have never got

I placed my order in jan 2016, i actually wanted to cancel my order and get a refund but according to this company there is no refund so i placed order again. its more than 2 months now and i have not received my order. Called them so many times but phone will be always busy. Mailed them 100 times but there is no reply . Please do something i spended almost 2000 here as a waste.

Its been more then 20days. I have ask these guys to replace my shoe. One of the guy came down and took down the shoe. Now why are you guys so slow. Stop sending the mail and solve this issue soon. But the results comes to zero. I tried calling on there number but it is always busy. Guys I am really frustrated now. Is this the way you serve your customers. There has been no response to my return request .i have mailed them numbe rof times and there has been no response . also the contact number is unreachable

I have bought 3 pair flats for 999 which was cash on delivery. When I checked the product its not worth buying here paying 999. The quality is really bad. Tried calling to the customer care number but there is no response at all. I need my money back. I have sent many mail and there no response at all. This is fake/ Fraud company. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING HERE AND DONT WASTE THE MONEY. ITS COMPLETELY FRAUD.

I have placed 2 orders -Order No.PZTNNVFDG and URCOQIFYN, the orders were placed on 28th Feb payments made but Not yet delivered, when a mail was sent to the help desk they send a tracking number P[protected] which when tracked Number doesnt not Exist.Phone lines always busy. I had raised a Ticket of complaint with them they closed it saying the parcel is out for delivery

I placed this order on 14th of January 2016 but as of now i haven't received my products yet and this is really depressing. its been almost 2 months. 2 months for delivery of the product what kind of a service is this. its slower than a snail service. and they have stopped responding to my mails. and i don't have any contact no. to contact other than an email id which is useless.
Please help me to get my products asap or refund my money.

Trust me .. I am left with no words about your customer service and your company. You people are not customer oriented ..just because you guys have big people with you so no body can sue you even of they sue you guys that will hardly make any difference to your fraud company. Do you realise or know the defination of customer service . When am i going to get my products. After so 1.5months and after emmensed tortured by your customer service. You TAT for delivering the product is 3-21 days for the fresh order not the exchange one. You guys have got your money why would you give attention to our concerns. You guys really need to learn what customer service and business means. You guys are not at all professional. You guys dont even have the curtesy to reply to customer even if you have emailed that to a template which you paste to every customer . I want my product within 2days and i ll not pay additional money. So before you send the products mention that i have made the full amount.

I have been writing mails to you for the last 2 days concerning my order no. JEUACCCMK. I got an auto-mailer saying your customer care people will get back within 24 hours but I'm still waiting to hear from you.

The only phone no. you have provided does not work- likely a landline that has just been permanently placed off the hook.

I have made the full payment of Rs.1000 for my order and I want to know the delivery status.

Revert back at the earliest please.

I had placed an order for two products 3 months ado. I had mailed them personally telling them that it is an urgent order and that it needs to delivered at the earliest. One was a Cash on Delivery and the other was a pre-paid order( in return of a horrible product that they had sent) . I got a mail from them saying that my request is duly noted. However, even after 3 months i am receiving the same reply. Even international orders are delivered on time. I am not sure why no action is being taken against this firm. Its utter nonsense and a sad way of duping the customers. Pathetic is the word.

I have ordered combo pack of Rs.999/- of shoes, which I have received late. After receiving the order, I found one pair of shoes is in small size for which I have sent email many times.

I always receive one reply regarding the complaint ticket number and support representative will respond you in 24 hours which never happens.

Even there is no contact number where we can contact except email-address. I am highly disappointed with Street Style Store.

After more than a month, you people want me to wait for another 21days for
my products. And still one product is waiting. On product IOGFAJFTX you have mentioned COD replacement and on 2nd product you emailed me for payment processed. What about the delivery status.?


What are you guys trying to do? I want my both the products within 2days and i am not going to pay anything.. remember this..

Yesterday, i have ordered a pair of shoes order no-[protected]-1365490, i didn't get any confirmation mail or message from your side. What is the expected time for delivery of said product.

The most disappointing e commerce website I have ever come across. I have completely wasted my money and there is no one to give any information about it. I wonder who gives these websites the permission to gulp people's money like that.
