didnt get my product yet.

i ordered a shoes from dis store. n its arnd a month i didnt get my product yet or nt evn noe that wheather d ordered is yet placed or cancelled n its around a month. SSS doesnt evn mentn any trackng order no. wat to do now.. -_-
