I had ordered 2 sneakers and they were delivered on 2nd april, 2016. I had to apply for return, as their sizes were big. I returned the original product on 9th april, 2016 and am waiting for return product till date. It has been 3 weeks now. The helpline number is always busy. I have tried mailing several times and only get 2 crappy replies, one saying that they are a startup and are still settling and the other mail saying that the exchange process is started, and product will be delivered in 3-10 days. It has been around 21 days and more now. I have had enough of sympathy mails and exhange confirmation mails and want the return product to be delivered within next 2-3 days. You better take an action asap.

It's been more than a month i haven't received my order and my emails are no longer been reverted to. I have already paid an amount of rs 999/ towards my order number tphzbbcmd placed on 5th april 2016.

I feel it very unprofessional for a reputed sight like street style store to behaviour in such a manner

I have ordered 3 pair of shoes from streetstylestore.com but have not received my product after one month also. I tried calling them after 10 days and they said I will receive the details within 21 days. After 21 days I emailed again as the number is always busy but now they are not replying at all. They are neither replying to email nor receiving call. Please help me get my money back. There are multiple consumer who are facing similar issue.

Received a call from sss store after i made a complain on this site. Where the guy mentioned my amount would refund. And instead of that amount has been debited from my account instead of refund. And the no. Is switched off.
Sss store my number was never mentioned in this site. So plz ans. And let me know how my total amount now is going to be refunded

I had done the order on 25/2/2016 of rs. 2097 ref no. #531119
It was cod i received 2 box and paid full amount. On the receipt its mentioned 3 shoes. One shoes is still missing " the charlie shoe " and the other i did returned it back i received the cash in sss credit slip which i am not able to use it due to some technical issue.
I have send mail many time as its been 3 months now i have no reply regarding my missing shoe or any cash back.

The worst online experience.
Even if you could have revert back with a mail it could have solve the problem

I ordered a combo of two footwears worth rs. 999/- on 17th april, 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through a credit slip which was provided to me by street style store when I returned a product last time. No tracking number except Order Reference number: CXLEUJUWA and no any other mail or message was sent to me except this the order received acknowledgement mail. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet.

Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com. And when I call on the number which is shown on their website, it comes to be busy all the time.
Help me get the ordered asap.

The order no 618501 has not been received. The order was placed on 6-4-16 from streetstylestore.com. I have paid the bill through debt card.

Initially i was waiting for 21 days for delivery of the product but now after a month i am very frustrated. I asked to refund the money. But they said they do not have refund policy.

I told them to refund my money because i did not get the product. But there is no response regarding the refund from their side.

The customer care number is also fake. I remains busy always. It is a fraud website.

I am shopping online from past 6 years and this is my first and worst shopping experience.

Please help me to get my money back.

I paid online on 31march now its may already, I havenot got my orders yet.For delivering few items its take almost two months.seriously I haven't seen any shopping site like this.I send message to helpdesk about my order, but there was one reply to click the link or sumthing else .when again I replied to that mail, there was no response.No details regarding the order in account too. Its cant be track the order.improve the delivery service.there is no order status in your cell neither in mail. How will I suppose to know whether the product is reached or not.when it will be dispatch the product.Right now its emergency because I am living this place immediately after 12days permanently.Then where can I get that product after leaving.

I had ordered 1 shoes for street style store on 13th April 2016,
More than 20 days since they do not provide me any confirmation or tracking details regarding my order. also on street style tracking panel their is no information about it .

also I wrote mail for that on [protected]@streetstylestore.com and my last convercation with Mr. Janpreet singh on 29th May and he said "due to the higher demand of the product ordered by you than we had expected, there was some delay. This is to inform you that we have already dispatched your order and will be delivered within 2-3 working days."

So if my order dispatched please update me courier Ref. Number and if it does not dispatch please confirm me when will be .

My name is atiya and i have ordered 3 sandals from street style store website ( streetstylestore.com) with order number 655783 and dated on 24/04/2016 and the payment was accepted but there is no update regarding the order, no tracking details are available. I am quite skeptical regarding the company's authenticity.
This particular company has done this with other users also.

Street style store — the unethical, unprofessional, fraud company

I have ordered shoes from street style store on 27th march 2016, my order no was #596330.

When i called them up at their so call help desk number, which is only a single number and that too its always busy.. They told me that it will be delivered in 21 days, which was not told to me earlier. And i thought that i did a mistake by ordering from this site.

After repeated reminders and almost 3 months has gone but still neither i have received my order nor these people are calling me back and telling me the exact status of my order.

After repeated reminders, mail exchange and calls, i finally received a mail from their end on 28th april wherein they assured that the product will be received in next 2-3 days.. Now even after 7 days, i have not received any call from this unethical and fake company, nor have received any product.

These people are least concerned about the concerns of the customers.

I must say that this is the company with bunch o[censored]nethical, unprofessional, fraud people who are just running a fraud company. Who don’t have any products but have the fancy images to display on their website so the people placing the order will be trapped and later they won’t bother whether product will be delivered or not

Guys, it is my sincere advise to you all that please do not use the services of street style store to save your time and money.

I want to return the product and want to get my refund but this online shopping store" street style store" is not replying me for the same. I am really dissapointed ny thr customer seevice!! I have sent them many mails since the day i receivef the product but they have not replied me even once since i have mailed them about the return n refund. I am a frequent online shopper and have shopped from many other reputed sites as well and returned them product as well but must say they ol replied me n refunded on the very day. But cumin to street style store, this site has badly dissapointed me. I want the refund so kindly help for the same!!

Full description:
I have ordered 3 pairs of footwear from street style store website through cod(Verify the above order number). On receiving the items, i found out that the items which i have ordered was not the same quality color as they looked on website. So i requested for exchange of 2 products though mail. After they accepted for exchange, the delivery boy came and took away the parcel. Since then i have been mailing streetstylestore people but there is no response from them after that. I tried to reach them though customer care number also, i have been waiting for a reply from street style store for over a year. But there is no response from them after the products have been picked up. Highly disappointed with this.

Desirable solution:
I want streetstylestore to return my money with the delayed payment interest since they made me to wait for more than a year without any explanation.

My order is #623838 from this online store. I already paid the money but never got my product. It is already a month, there is no status update nor delivery or any other information from this store. The email responses which they send are also scripted with no information at all. I want my money back or else the exact products that they offered.

I did not want to resort to this, but sss, you guys left me with no choice!
Reading all of these other complains, i am glad that i did not make the payment and opted for a cod.
Only one of mails got a reply where it was clearly highlighted, that it had been only "12" days since i had placed the order and since you take "3-21" days for delivery i should keep patience! Well i did.
You also marked my order "urgent" by the way! That's such a joke. Are you guys really doing business here?

Since then my numerous mails have gone unresponded and the phone is of course never answered!

I placed an order for footwear worth rs1000 in d month of march.. and the product was delivered after 30 days (on 2 April) I paid d amount of 1050 at d time of delivery. then I returned the product due to size issue and placed fresh order with the credit slip provided. Its now more then a month thy have not sent any product also they have stopped replying to my mails. their phone is always busy. and m struggling to get my money back.

I had placed my order on 1st April which I received around 27th of April. That too was not appropriate. I have again placed an order on 30th April and I would request these guys to please kindly deliver it maximum by 6th May. Please cooperate guys. I need it very urgently. 6 days itself is quite enough time to deliver. I would really be thankful if you guys deliver it by 6th April.

I have placed a prepaid order#648983 for a shoes on 21st April. Since i want the delivery to be done by 5th May - as it's a gift, i wrote to customer care. I got response after a day by a rep - Atul Naggi saying that since you have emailed us we will dispatch your order ASAP and will intimate you. It's been 7 days but the status still says - úrgent dispatch' and i have no clue what is happening. I have been writing to them to respond on the status every SINGLE DAY.

The contact number they have provided is ALWAYS BUSY. What is the customer supposed to do in this situation? I would really like someone to PLEASE RESPOND AND LET ME KNOW WHEN CAN I GET MY ORDER. If you are unable to deliver - please refund!
