I have not received my product ordered from your street style store bearing Order Nos- TSS#2303 and BOD#6238. It is a very disappointing action from your's authority.
please kindly dispatch my product as earlier as possible, my contact number is [protected].

I have paid 2497 in total, details are given below. I have received product for 999. What about the remaining amount?
I have already paid 899 (motorcycle boots) +300(COD- candid cocoon remaining amount)+699 (Shining star shoes- returned) = 1898
Motorcycle Boots is for 1299
Credit amount- 599
1898 + 599 credit amount is 2497.
I have sent multiple mails to either send products or return money but there is no reply. Their products are just useless.

She use to assist me when I started sending multiple mails but again she ignored my calls as they know that whatever product they show online is false because what we get at delivery time is cheap product.
Next Arvind started replying on my mails but again there is no reply. This company should be closed as there are multiple complaints registered and they just don' care.

I have ordered a pair of footwear order no.434984 and tracking no : BMPP85002520, ivoice no #IN428327 dated 4-1-16 and received on 18-1-16 somehow due to wrong size i sent them back for size exchange and after that i haven't got any mail or any revert regarding where my product is.. its been 2 months that i am putting immense mails and calls, no one bothers to reply or attend the calls up..
have read a lot about them being frauds and all i sincerely want my products within this week else my money back. hereby attached the bill..

I have not received any update from them till date about the delivery of my products.They do not answer the phone calls or mails either. Asking them to either deliver my order or cancel it and refund my money. They seems to be a fraud company.

Hi I placed a request for product exchange before one month BT they are not replying against my mail . They are not giving me any answer neither the helpline number working . Product had been picked up from my place and credit and products are not exchange till yet

I had ordered three pairs of footwear and I received it after twenty days of my order and the quality of the footwear provided is veryy disappointing . It's been just three days since I started wearing the footwear and in three days the upper sole of the footwear is coming out. Highly disappointed . Also the footwear doesn't match with the image given

This is kamini Singh. I have ordered 1 shoes from street style store in month of November 2015 with order number HEAHZKEGM and that product i received in month of January 2016.
That received product quality was very poor so i requested them to replace this product because of their Non refund policy.
Now from last 3 months i am taking follow up with them but they are not deleviring my product at my place.

I placed an order on 2/24. An amount of 999 was paid through a wire transfer using my debit card and till today I have not received the products that I ordered.

As per their product delivery policy it would take anywhere between 3 to 21 days. However, there were no confirmation on my products shipping status nor a tracking number was shared with me in the first 21 days. The status of the product was always "Packet Ready for Dispatch" during the first 21 days. I choose to wait few more days and on 3/22 I wrote to them asking for an update. They quickly updated the status to shipped and still there was no tracking number shared with me.

Getting frustrated by their services, on 3/24 I requested them to cancel my order and refund the amount. Now, they came back with an URL to track my package (this URL looks static).

I was tracking my package using the URL they provided and I did not see any movement or changes on the package. Moreover, it said the package has reached Bangalore from Delhi on 3/23 and yet it was not out for delivery.

This time I was really disappointed and wrote to them again asking for refund and cancellation, on 3/29. And to make things worse, I did not get a response from them. Attached the emails.

I ordered for two shoes from streetstylestore.I received products that were highly compromised in quality and looked nothing like what they showed in the picture which explains why they only allow exchange.on contacting the manager, ayesha.she saw the following pictures and promised a refund as anybody should.I did not receive the money and I have been repeatedly requesting them for one month.now they do not take or return my calls.this company has absolutely no work ethics or concern for their brand value.my order number is #539325.

I have ordered below product and clearly mentioned the URL in that email:

However the product I have received is not the one i have ordered even after attaching the URL for better understanding. Also the product I received wrong product is of very cheap quality (no SSS tag ).

Requesting you to kindly change the wrong product and deliver the one that I have ordered or refund me the amount.i mailed the same many times but no one is replying and customer care never picks up the call.

I order 3 pair of shoes and 1 dress from sss. I got the invoice in which they mentioned that my order is dispatched by fedex but they didnt provide my any tracking number. I wrote many mails to them, sometimes they say it will take days to process my request and sometimes order is ready but will be shipped in 4-5 days. I want my money back and don't want any order from them.

I had ordered a top and received the order which was of pathetic quality and of wrong size. Someone picked up the product within a day of writing to the helpdesk for an exchange.

Post that the vendor or the helpdesk seems to be absconding. No response to my several emails and calls. The voucher ID received from them is absolutely invalid so is their phone number.

I am never able to connect to their number and even if you do, no body cares to pick it up.

Inspite of writing to the helpdesk, there is no response or action from their end, its 25 days now. When they can pick up the product within 24 hours, why cant the customer emails / queries be responded at that time.

I was told that my money would be refunded however, there is action that.

I did a horrible mistake by ordering shoes (on[protected] from this pathetic website (STREETSTYLESTORE, SSS). This was the first time I didn't choose COD for payment, my biggest mistake. This is the worst website ever, they are fraud. Proper action needs to be taken against these deceivers.
I ordered shoes from this pathetic site, I didn't receive my product even after the deadline was crossed. After warning them I received my product, and guess what it was completely different from what it was shown in the picture. I requested for return. Knowing the amount of time they need to deliver, I thought it would be better if I choose same design but of different size. As I expected, deadline was crossed and I didn’t receive my product. I mailed them to either return my money or delivery my product. Instead of getting the product or money back in my account, these crooks gave me a discount coupon to buy another product from there website. Even after that I tried to buy a product of same price, but guess what that coupon doesn’t work.
I am trying to call them on their helpline number, but like any fraud website there phone line is always busy. I received mail from these people: POOJA SETH, KARAN BHATIA, ABHISHEK NAYAR. I don’t know whether it’s the company or the employees who are fraud, I want some action against them.

I had ordered 1 shoes from streetstylestore.com. The delivery was done in 1 week, however due to size issue i had to return and ask for a smaller size. the Small size which was delivered was defective. It had 2 buckles missing in 1 shoe. Also, the finishing was not proper. from 26th feb 2016 I am asking them to replace it or refund my amount of INR 1149. They are not responding only. Multiple mails I have send, no response.
