I had made an online purchase of 2 products from the website of street style store on 23rd April worth 1098/. However I haven't received those products till date. Despite mailing on their heldesk also nothing has happened. Infact the customer care number provided on their website is also fake. I feel this a fake website to cheat customers. Kindly help.

Its taking forever. The strange thing is I haven't received even a single call despite been writing to you. I request you to kindly cancel my order and transfer me my money back.
Can anyone help me with a contact number atleast. This is the worst experience of buying online. I want you guys to return my money.

    Its been more than a month, my order is still not delivered to me. I placed the order on 8th april-2016. On 2ndmay-2016, i tried to contact the customer care via email. They said as soon as the tracking details are generated, they'll share it with me. On 7th may-2016, i tried to contact them again asking for the delivery date of my product. I haven't received any reply from their side till now.
    My order id is : qenqfmmik

    The only way a customer can contact them is via email, that too they don't respond. They don't provide their customers any provision to track their order. The website casually claims not to worry about the delivery for 21 days & then drop a mail. Its been more than 30 days, still no update regarding the order.

    I just want the product to be delivered asap, if not then please refund my money back. I'll be more than happy

      I had made a purchase from streetstylestore.com on 04/5/2016.


      The website says it will get delivered withing 3-21 days. but i have still not received the product. They do not reply properly so there is no way i can know a fixed date as when will i receive it.

      they do not reply to the mails properly. Even if they do, they do not resolve your problem. there is not other way you can contact them, apart from sending a mail and hoping that some day some one would reply.

      I wanted the product long time back. now it's just frustrating.

      It is a very pathetic and fraud website.

      The numbers that show up in the search result if you search for street style store customer care number are fake numbers. They pretend to be streetstylestore.com and convince the customer to give credit card details. Already they have duped a lot of customers.

        Order #641184, still not received almost 30 days no reply from company dropped many mails and messages this company should be closed they are fooling customers taking their money and keeping it.

        Earlier company person is sending me a reply when I had ordered that youyr product will come in 21 days and now after 30 days no reply at all nothing from companye end. its a week I have been following up they are making a fool o[censored]s

          Its almost 3 months, I have not received my order and when I called them up on their help desk number, which is only a single number and that too its always busy. Finally they connected me to one of their senior Aisha, contact no. [protected] whose number is most of the times switched off and if by chance it is switched on, then it is never responded by her

          Let me tell you guys, this company is run by unethical, unprofessional people.

          Guys, it is my sincere advise not to buy anything from this company.

            I have ordered a shoe and order no is 666364 but the colour and the quality wa tooo different from the pictures they have put so I returned back to them. They came to pick the shoe and gave a pick up slip as said to call customer care for refund or for a credit slip details, first of all their is no. No to call them so I mailed soooo many times to them to ask but no reply...such a hopless store not worth to buy from these store at all...ahhhhh. No customer attention n proper response.

              I have placed an order on 4 april. I made online payment of Rs.899. The site promises to deliver the products within 3-21 days. However i haven't received it till date. Its more than a month. I have written to them several times about the same but to no avail. Half a time, they dont even reply. And even if they reply, they just assure that they are trying to despatch the product. They dont even pick their calls. Order no. #626750.

              I ordered for 3 for rs999 shoes from streetstylestore on 8th of april. On the website it is written that the order will b delivered within 3-21 days. My order has not been delivered yet. Its been more than delivery day as writen on the site. I want to know about my order 's status as i have made my payment online.

                Order details can be seen in the attachment. .I received it on 01may and that was totally a disaster wen I saw the two pair of footwear which I ordered in a small box..other was not even leather..it looked like local cheap quality stuffs..even the roadside footwear would look better i[censored] compare those. .I asked for a return. .n pick up was scheduled. .n was done a day later..but after dat..I m not getting any response neither to my mails nor to my queries on Facebook page..they justvsend me automated mails for few days..after dt nt even those. they have removed their contact number from the site. .I m getting no leads for this n it's really very frustrating. .as according to their policy only exchange can be done. .no refunds. .

                  I placed an order for 2 shoes (For 999) on 04 april, 2016. I paid the full amount that time itself (I know big mistake!). After absolutely no reply from them for more than 10 day, i mailed them. I got a reply (!) saying this :

                  "as per your query regarding your order #613786, we will like to tell you that it has been"18"days since you placed the order with us. And our site takes the time period of 3-21 days for the delivery."

                  And the status changed to "urgent dispatch" (What ever that means). Okay, so waited for "21" days to get over. Still no information about the product. I mailed them, no reply. I called them, always busy! Today is 10th may, more than a month has passed.

                  I wouldn't have cared had i not paid the amount. Moreover, their products are pathetic. I had taken 2 shoes previously and liked them a lot and hence ordered these new shoes. But those 2 shoes' quality is so bad that even a drop of water puts a big stain (Forget about washing them).

                  I know they have this policy that they won't return money, but i need my money back. I have already sent an email to them asking to refund the money and gave them 7 days of time. After that i'm going to consumer court (Guess what, no reply for that too!).

                  I just want the refund and not the delivery. I have made this very clear in all my mails that I will not accept the product. Just refund the money.

                  PS: you can't say that "it's our policy that we don't refund the money since we are a startup and don't have big funding". Because it is also your policy to deliver the item in 3-21 days. So if you can break this policy of yours, then you can very break your other policies.

                  I just want the refund. Please do not send the product.

                    I purchased two shoes from SSS, under the "2 for 999" offer.
                    They arrived after a month. I was not happy with the quality at all. They looked so much more different on the website.
                    Nevertheless, I patiently waited to return the product.

                    When I initiated return, it said that my order was "2 for 599" where as I had bought it under the "2 for 999" offer.

                    I expect a 999 credit slip because that was how much I paid for the products.

                    I wrote to the person in charge so many times, no response.

                    This means that they are cheating the customers when the time comes to return the products!

                      Hi Team,

                      I've placed an order for 3 pairs of footwear for 999Rs on 09/Apr/2016 and after a lot of follow ups I received response and after a lot of time then received the order on 09/May/2016 (1 month).

                      Couple of days ago, I received an email from the site team saying my order has been split (without my permission) and I'd be receiving it within few more days. I cared less about this change in delivery process hoping i would get my items as promised at least and was also informed that delivery fee of 50 Rs won't be charged as it is a split order.

                      Yesterday i.e on 09/05/2016 I've received the item and as I opted COD for the same of amount 1048 Rs after receiving the courier I found only 2 pairs of footwear with a broken seal.

                      Below is the email I received for the concerned team

                      In order to make sure that your ordered items get delivered at the earliest we have split your order. If you have selected "COD" as a payment option then the COD charge of Rs 50 will be applied only on the orignal order.The COD fee will be waived of on the split orders.

                      I logged into the site and was really surprised by looking at the order history. As I order three footwear at once on 09/Apr/2016 but as of now its showing them as two separate orders with different prices each..
                      Now the pricing has also got changed without my consent and even the order date has been changes. Now, I'm being charged 999 + 50 Rs delivery changes for 1st order (#625881) and 499 + 50 Rs for 2nd order (#677118).

And the status in the website shows "payment accepted" from the past 1month. Send numerous mails to the customer care but no proper response from their side.                                 I would like to return the same as i am not getting confidence for there product size like this.
                                I am trying to contact their customer care number but it is not responding, it has been a week now.
                                As per their policy, we need to return /exchange in a week but in their process we need to go to my orders for the same, but this order is not reflecting their.

                                I have loose my confidence from this shopping site, you are requested to kindly do the needful.

                                When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note/replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

                                      I ordered a pair of shoes from 'street style store' on November 30, 2016. It never got delivered. I talked to customer care, wrote to them but nothing happened. So I cancelled my order in January.

                                      Then I again tried to place an order with street style store on January 13, 2016. It got delivered in 3 days, however it did not fit me, the size was small. So I applied for replacement on the same day of delivery (Jan 16, 2016), which is very well included in their policy. I received the replacement ticket on Jan 16, 2016 and I was supposed to get the delivery within 7-8 days but the replacement order has yet not been delivered.

                                      I talked to their helpdesk and wrote to them many times. Every time they told me that they are updating my request for urgent dispatch. It's been more than three months now, and I have not received any replacement. After constant writing to them, they finally informed me on April 21, 2016 that product is not going under production and asked me to select some other product and tell them so that they can place the order for me. I replied to them on April 22 but again have not received any update from the StreetStyleStore Team.

                                        I placed my order on 7-Apr-16 and made a prepaid payment from my debit card of Rs 1299. There is no tracking of the package, no message nothing, so when I got concerned after 20 days, I mailed at [protected]@streetstylestore.com,
                                        I got a vague mail saying it will be delivered ASAP but again, no date when.
                                        After that I have been mailing on the same ID but no response. I have called their customer care a thousand time but it is either busy, waiting or not answered.

                                        Kindly note that Order Id : 624823 (1 Item), placed on 09 April, 2016 is still not despatched from your end, how long will it take for delivering a single product. Its already been over 21 days as your site states for.

                                        we don't expect such poor service.
