I ordered a pair of shoes from 'street style store' on November 30, 2016. It never got delivered. I talked to customer care, wrote to them but nothing happened. So I cancelled my order in January.
Then I again tried to place an order with street style store on January 13, 2016. It got delivered in 3 days, however it did not fit me, the size was small. So I applied for replacement on the same day of delivery (Jan 16, 2016), which is very well included in their policy. I received the replacement ticket on Jan 16, 2016 and I was supposed to get the delivery within 7-8 days but the replacement order has yet not been delivered.
I talked to their helpdesk and wrote to them many times. Every time they told me that they are updating my request for urgent dispatch. It's been more than three months now, and I have not received any replacement. After constant writing to them, they finally informed me on April 21, 2016 that product is not going under production and asked me to select some other product and tell them so that they can place the order for me. I replied to them on April 22 but again have not received any update from the StreetStyleStore Team.

I would like to tell you that once we receive the products in our warehouse we will issue you a credit note in your SSS account.
