Order placed on 10th Apr 2016. Still not received. Payment has been done online. Its been more than 21 days now. Please address this issue on priority else I have to take some serious action. I tried to contact customer care through mail but did not get any response. Also trying to call the customer care number but it is not reachable. Please deliver my order as soon as possible.

I've placed my order on 6th April and not received it yet. It has been more than 21 days and I have already made a payment for my order. My order no is- 619580
I was told by a customer care executive that I will receive my order by the end of the previous week.
I need to know exactly when am I gonna receive it. I am afraid because I've already made a payment. There is no response for my emails and the customer care number provided is busy all the time and I am not able to contact. It's frustrating! Please do respond SSS!

I Have orderd Sandels on 7th Marcxh keeping in mind about good quality & less price even paid the Money today its 2 May & still didnt received my product.
Donty know whats wrong they dontn have staff or purposely they are not delivering the product.I feel i have mad a big mistake ordering the product from this website.Eeven after emailing on the emid id provided by the website no respose.

guys pleaase dont order from this website & if you really feel to they dont make the payment only .better to do COD.

Order Id : 639977 (1 Item), placed on 16 April, 2016 and had made the mistake of paying online. I tried looking for a tracking details online but to no avail. I cannot see if my product has been dispatched nor can I reach the site on the number mentioned for any updates.
After reading all the complaints, I am afraid my money is stuck in the wrong/untrustworthy site.
Please help as to what can be done as I cannot reach the site nor do I know if I will receive my product...

I had placed an ordered of board room worthy shoe on the first week of March and It was delivered on 26 March...I was out of station at the time of delivery...so my sister received the parcel and wait for me to open...so when I opened the parcel it was defect piece..there was crack lines on the hill...I want to change the shoe...sss poor service and quality wise not that good too.I really regret ordering from this sites..

I had placed an order on 15th march, 2016 (Orderid:ouiswulol) for a footwear. The order was received on 28th march. I requested for a size change and the company personnel arranged for the pickup on 4th april. Now, i haven't received the product nor any confirmation by when will i be receiving this product even after 26 days.
Such pathetic customer service by streetstylestore. I request you to either ship me the product or return my money.

Order no. #462695 placed on 18th jan 2016. Till now nothing received.Their phone lines are not working and to all my mails they reply a copy pasted text that order will be dispatched in 4-5 days.

I want my money back and moreover the credit note they have given that too i want refunded because they will never deliver anything.
Worst site to buy anything.Pathetic customer care service.

I returned the order and thay are providing credit slip but i dont wanna purchase anything from this website again so i want my money in my bank account. I tried to contact them but their contact no. Is incorrect and they are not responding to my emails. I am not getting any way to talk to them i just want my money back asap. please take some action against this website and help me to get my money back.

I placed an order for 4 footwear on sss on march 28, 2016. I paid an amount of rs. 1997 for the same. When the products were not dispatched even after 21 days, i dropped a reminder. I got a mail saying that priority dispatch would be done. Till now, i have mailed them thrice. I have been receiving the same reply from their side. In case sss cant dispatch the order, cancel it and refund my money. Sss promises to dispatch orders max within 21 days from the date of order. It has already been a month and i am now extremely disappointed by the services. Kindly just dispatch it within a day or cancel it and refund my money.

I donot want to stretch this matter anymore by sending any further emails. Neither i have the time to do it nor the patience. Rest assured, your lousy services have cost you a customer this time.

I sent a product back for which they issued a credit voucher. I can use that credit voucher against another purchase on their site. When I tried to use the voucher the site gave an error message. I wrote to them on April 13th with the screenshot of the error message and I still haven't received a revert despite of sending reminder emails. Their customer care number is never available. First, they don't give refunds and second if someone wants to use the voucher the site doesn't let them.
They really need to work on their customer care services.
Please Help!

i ordered 3 pair of footwear on 19/04/16 from 3 for 999 category got some size and quality issues they picked up the product from my place on 26/4/16 from Gojavas courier n did not even sent me a single mail or message.. not taking my calls. M very disappointed n worried too my money is blocked order id :#644699. Please help me out. refund or exchange whichever is possible.

I have placed an order on 26th March 2016 for which i do not have any formal email confirmation, I was told that as per policy they take 3-21 days, after calling them n no of times they promised me to put my order on urgent and deliver it as soon as possible.. when it did not reach me i called them on again on 18th April, I was given a reason that due to long weekend holiday courier companies were shut and I will get my order in 3-4 days... I have an email from Karan Bhatia... Today on 28th Apr when i called again.. I have been told that one of the product is not available and hence my order is not dispatch... I do not understand if the product is not available then how come i was able to place an order for the same.. that means they are cheating the customer...when i asked Puja Seth to connect me to her senior she said no one is in office.. when i asked her to connect me to Karan Bhatia and Silky Kapoor.. she said they are also not available in office... I asked her to give me her bosses name and email id.. which she gave and its not the correct one.. some how i managed to find Vishal Puri who is the director of this company's mobile no.. he told me that he is out and cannot talk to me.. I asked him his email id .. and he just disconnected my call... After I spoke to Puja Seth .. within 2 minutes .. I got a mail from Karan saying.. to co operate with them and they will send my order asap... This people are fraud.. they are just taking money from people and using it...

I Have made an order on 14 March 2016. I have yet not received any produc and nor do they answer calls in the given phone number. These people are doing nothing but scamming us the customers. Please help us with this or close this company. In the name of eCommerce we have such fakers around. They have been doing this in the past also.

I ordered a pair of shoe on 12th march 2016 from street style store website. It is already been 45 days. Till now, I didn't received my order and I paid Rs. 899 through online. My order number is 570316 and invoice number is IN561723. Either you refund my money or send my order immediately. Its urgent. All the contact number given in website are not reachable and switch off. Kindly, look after this problem. I really didn't satisfy with this company service. It is my worst experience.

I have ordered a dress from your website and got it after 20 days. I paid through cod. J didn't like the product so I returned it and in return didn't receive a credit slip.when i asked the person who came to take the product about the credit slip he said that they will send it to your account but I hadn't received any yet. I sent mails to you but didn't get any response in return. I guess this is the most worst service i have ever seen. There isn't any proper contact details provided too. I would never shop here again.

This company had not replied me for my product till 30 days and now if i have posted my comments in consumer forum.

They replied with some fake invoice showing 500/- and purchased 1 pair which is wrong.

I have paid for 3 pairs 999/- through my debit card and i have original invoice with me.

Such a bull company this is, i recommend a strict police action against them..

Can anybody help me in getting my money back and also provide me details where i can sue them!!

I hate to say this but I am really unsatisfied with your service, you number is always unreachable or busy so I have no other way to contact you, I want to enquire about the attached order, its been nearly 10 days since i placed this order and I have no update ever since, it just shows in progress. I hope you will take this seriously and improve your service, atleast call me back or reply to this email with the status or get the shipment delivered as soon as possible.

I ordered cobos of 3 shoes worth Rs. 1050 including delivery charges on 14th feb 2016 and cancelled the order on the same day. And placed order on a different set of the same price on 25th Feb 2016. The order dat i cancelled got delivered after almost 50 days and wen i asked for an exchange through mail they agreed to exchang the product just in words but never took and action instead they dispatched the latter order on COD and the delivery guy did not allow an exchange as he said he was not informed about the exchange and took back the parcel. I've mailed the company www.streetstylestore.com for more than 20 times and there is no effective response at all. I'd like to exchange the former product that got delivered with the latter product as they are of the same price.
The order number of the cancelled product which got delivered is #508179 as written on my order list and the order number of the product which i want in exchange is #531776
Please take some action soon.
